Hi, I really enjoyed this work out. Im glad there were modifications as I’m not quite there yet... I’ve been doing the standing ab kettlebell work out for a while as I find working on the floor too much for my back and recently started the kettle bell arm workout too... now that we are in quarantine I’m hoping to do more workouts to strengthen my upper body at home. Thank you, I can’t wait to try more 🇬🇧

Hi Amy I was looking for an arm specific workout and this was it! Killer workouts! I did it with a 15 lb dumbbell as that is what I had!!
