Alyssa! Your videos are so awesome! They want me to have total hip replacement someday soon. Very advanced arthritis in my right hip. I’m only 55 and trying to wait as long as I can. Your videos are helping me so much with pain relief and I feel stronger even after a couple sessions of different videos I’ve been doing. Thank you so much! ❤😊

Greetings from France ❤. Your video seemed to attract my 2 year old Siamese cat. You've got a big fan now. First she tried to touch your doggy but finally gave up as doggy went to sleep. Then she was catching your hands and fingers and putting my phone on pause 🤣. She was reallly enjoying watching you and I tried my best to get a glimpse of what you were trying to explain. This video was VERY VERY helpful as I was able to work on my wrists and fingers (broken after many aggressions). Exactly what I was looking for, in addition to all other amazing videos. My Newfoundland too is a big fan of you as she barks when you move. Now you have THREE followers. Thanks for sharing caring and making a 72year old SMILE 😊👍👍👍❤❤❤🐾💐💐💐🥰🥰🥰🐾🐾🐾

It’s been a long time since I used some of those muscles, 😂 but these exercises really helped to loosen those unused muscles. Looking forward to seeing improvement in my mobility and I will use your videos to guide me. Many thanks for the time and effort you put into these videos!!!

I’m so glad I found your videos. I used to ski, ride horses and play tennis. At 68, climbing stairs is arduous. I don’t have knee pain but I do have developing osteoarthritis. My right leg (my weak side) is not as strong as it used to be. I hope I can do some of the other exercises I’ve seen you demonstrate (like repeatedly getting up from a sitting position without using hands). Thank you.🙏🏽

Just start doing a minute when you get up and are still warm.
You can even do a few neck and arm movements every time you’re sat on the loo. 😅
It sounds daft, but it all moves lymph around your body and improves your flexibility, -little by little.
