Would you recommend this unit. I am looking to cut brush along a ATV trail. I have 43 km both sides. Not all of trail needs done but a good percentage of it
@@anthonymorrison2167 no. I'm using the existing hydraulics for the front loader, so when I have the cutter running, I can't tilt the bucket. So far that's not an issue.
That is awesome! I need one...
Nice! Thinking about buying one. Wondering if I can use my 3rd function ports to power it?
Neat rig. Someone mentioned $500 to get hoses, so real cost is closer to $2,500 with the heavier mounting bracket. Definitely considering it.

I have the 3rd valve... with that i presume i will be able to make the bucket move as well as operate the sabre?
I have one and am not too impressed. Vibration issues have resulted in some small bolts and plastic bushings failing after not many hours of use.
Now that you have used this a bit.... worth the $?
I use this on my JD 1025R. It's well worth the money
did you add the third function and if you did how does it do ? would being able to tilt the bucket make much of a difference?

@@rossbeverley6458 all in all do you think it"s a good deal and worth it?
@@anthonymorrison2167 I've only used it for one season, but for the money, it seems very well built, so yes.
@@rossbeverley6458 thanks ordered one today can"t wait to give it a try.
Is this made by John Deere? What's the item make and model?
