- Whenever I'm in a different country, I love checking out the traditional local markets in the city. I'm with my friends, Sandy and Carlos and they are going to take me on a market food tour. Where the stands offer rich snacks, full meals, juices and smoothies, traditional clothing, gifts, and many more.

Let us take a moment to appreciate that Sandra is such a good guide.
Except she did not know half of the food that was being served to mike.
@@javiertrevino5145 Like what? she knew everything.
And she's so pretty
Keiara Watson she knows what she’s talking about it seems like salty is fishing ...
She’s really not tho
I'm enjoying her Australian accent. Then when she switches from Spanish to Australian English. So weird! But cool at the same time!
Same!
I thought that her accent was more like a New Zealander not Australian.
yep 100% a Kiwi accent
Kiwi
Yup weird but unique.
It’s freaking me out how she speaks perfect Spanish but also Kiwi English.
'Australian' English thank you!
It's more Australian accent than a Kiwi one!
Kiwi?
Yeah she sounds kiwi
chilar6 new zealand
I never met a fellow Latino/a with an aussey accent when they speak English
It's so weird to me lol
I thought I was the only one baffled by that, it's kinda cute tho.
Yeah kinda quirky doe
It's spelt, 'Aussie'. Thanks

👌
Good for you
yellow meloe
Can’t tell
She was an awesome tour guide. She knew her stuff. The food looked amazing. Here i am eating a damn hotdog that i cooked in a microwave. I😪
Damn lucky... I'm out here with some cold rice and soy sauce. But, I do agree Sandra was awesome lol.
roberto hernandez same
Am I crazy to think she has a hint of an Aussie accent?
Im here eating my rice with a kimchi
Lovely and thicc!
Sandra really made this video much more interesting - what a sweet lady!
This is one of the many reasons why I love being Mexican and Hispanic in general. 🇲🇽 you should also try Pozole rojo (my favorite) and the traditional gorditas.
Those are my favorite dishes
Pozole blanco wins for me.
pozole rojo smacks 😩😍😍
I love mexican food.
Leave my country
I’m from New Zealand and my jaw dropped when she started speaking! I really was not expecting that 😂😂😂
Lacey Kenyon yeah pretty crazy
if you're from New Zealand...how can you tell that its not an aussie accent
Damn a sunday in mexico is like a day in heaven.
Amen
Damion Miller ❤️🙏
Mike is having the time of his life in Mexico, envious from South Africa.
Come down any time
@@peaceandlove544 up*
Same here! We are all very envious here 😭😭
Mike stepping out of Asia and into Mexico! Now we talking! haha!
Sandy is really humble and sweet. I liked how she explained everything about the food ingredients. Cheers!
I love her voice, accent, and personality!
bust0ne yes me too ❤️❤️👌👌🙌🙌
bust0ne I’m confused at her Australian accent, she’s Mexican.
I've finally been tricked by one of these profile pics .-.
@@squiremuldoon5462 She probably studied or lived somewhere in the U.K. for a period of time.
On her chin
She’s an amazing tour guide and especially beautiful 🤷🏽♂️❤️
I'm soooo jealous of him right now. I miss Mexico and my mouth is watering with every dish. Am living vicariously through you, Thanks for the trip down memory lane!
Thanks for doing this episode.
Authentic Mexican. Doesn’t get much better than this!
C Perez it’s perfect 👌👌👌❤️❤️
But flautas are not tacos!
Carlitos looking like the third wheel lmao!! 😂😂
He almost looks like the bodyguard.. But am sure he was still having a good time. 19 minutes of content that was likely filmed over 8 hours.. so lots of time to goof around between recording sessions. :)
He's always standing there uncomfortably without knowing what to do.
Give the man a feed!
he's too funny lmao
I have a feeling he takes a lot of pride taking Mikey around, cool tour guide, it's not about him but serving the customer who's also a friend. Mexican Pride and humbleness... Notice no cell phone in his hands!
I don't think I've seen you as happy as you are in mexico in any other video😂❤🇲🇽
I see the exact opposite
Obviously you’ve never seen him in Japan
@@johnnyblaze1098 i didn't ask for your opinion😁
Bok愛 don’t need you to ask me for my opinion. I’ll just give my opinion when I damn well please. 😁🖕
@@johnnyblaze1098 you're still here?? Jesus get a job or something💀😭
Mexicans have one of the most amazing and delicious foods in the world. Thanks for sharing. Yummy 😋
She's so pretty and graceful.
Poor Carlos always looks amazed at Mikey eating.... hilarious 🤣
P A-B 😂😂😂
Streetfood is the BESTfood.
I love this host she's so expressive and confident about her food and tradition... even tho she got an Australian accent
Kiwi accent not Australian
@@curtbro100 NO AUSSIE ACCENT
Carlos is so cute, seems like a good friend but sometimes he makes weird/awkward/shady faces and shifty eyes hahaha
I thought I liked Mexican food until I saw this.
Now I would die for it.
Esha Khanna 😋😋😋 yummy ❤️❤️❤️
Same here bro yo! 😭😭😭😭
Menudo ( pancita ) is awesome if they make it the right way, some make it very rustic ( estillo rancho ).
Pho is better
You are right, good soup. The tripe in the menudo must of not been cleaned proper.
Menudo is the bomb 🖤🖤🖤🖤
Abel Campos ❤️❤️
Anyone who hates menudo didnt get good menudo and who ever made it probably didnt wash it real good. If you dont wash it good it has a gamey and shitty taste.
Very interesting food video!
Totally different from Japanese food, so I need to try that to expand my world!😊
Love the video as always!😁
“Tostadas ninjas”😆They was moving so fast though.. starting about focused.
All i got to say is that i found this channel randomly on my suggestions and it has easily became my favorite channel of all keep up the great work mikey
OMG it's Sandy again YAAAY! Tgis lady is awesome! Carlos is such a sweetheart too. 💙 I wish I had friends like them both.
I have been to mercado coyacan multiple times. The tostadas are awesome. Living here as a medical student is awesome.
This is making me miss Mexico so much 😢🤤 🇲🇽
I see Mexico City, it’s an instant like even before watching the video. One of the best city in the world!
Gabrielle Leblanc-van den Berg that’s true, no doubt ❤️❤️👌👌🙌🙌🙌
QUE PINCHE ORGULLO
SER MEXICANO!!!!!!!
🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮
Menudo is good but depends if u have a taste for it i hated it as kid but now i love it
Can’t eat belly meat!
Gut stuff is only a challenge if it ain't washed right. I'm used to the texture though so that might impact my view.
Is that women an Australian Mexican? That's pretty cool!
Alex F ❤️😍
That's what I was wondering!
Her accent is great lol how she said certain words that's definitely a aussie or nz
New Zealand accent, not Aussie
That's definitely an Aussie accent!
1:00 to 2:00
Sandra: This market...
Mike: yeah
Sandra: ...fresh produce...
Mike: yeah
Sandra: ....this that....
Mike: yeah
Sandra: ...tacos....
Mike: yeah
Hahahaha
She beautiful no cap
Hahahaha you are a crack dude 👍👍👍👍
😂
He def wanted to just hear her talk lol
Omg 😂 he cracks me up when he says tortilla like “tatiya” lol 🌮 😋
Mikey and her would make an awsome couple. Just Sayin!!!
I'm surprised you've never eaten Chile Relleno (stuffed pepper). Also "verdolaga" is purslane. Wish I could join you!
The Chile Relleno are the poblano pepper. Very mild and easy to find in the States!
Purslane is actually a weed, and you probably have some growing in your yard!
The ice cream in Mexico is some times made with water so it might be called nieve (snow) rather than helado(ice cream).
Scorpion Don I believe nieve is closer to sorbet, another cold treat that does not contain dairy. Snow cones normally use a sugary syrup added to crushed ice for flavor. In my experience nieve does not use these syrups.
@@randomnerd1015 ok ok the last you mentioned is called "raspados" and yes, nieve is more like a sorbet
Sounds like Italian Ice
Mexican food looks amazing omg.
Only México could make Mike say "too spicy" 🤣
They all do, They talk a big game about how spicy there foods is, This fool looked at the Mole Tostada and barley took a bite he thought its was hot because of the color. fuck this punk he is fake as fuck.
Yes exactly 🤣
Shes a great host and very pleasant! Great vid as usual.
Jay A Lay the best ❤️❤️😍😍👏👏
Why am I torturing myself and it's 1 AM now
Ram Lesh 😂😂👌👌
Try 4am
5:40 am
Perfect Spanish and a Australian accent 😮 super jelly
You made me really really happy with theese mexican food series. Made me even more proud of my country.
I love that at the beginning of the Mexico Tour they each got their own, but by now they’re sharing. Sharing food is a big step. 😂❤️ They’re cute!
Sandy AND Carlos 🙌🏽 the Mexican Dream Team
I have never wanted to go to Mexico until I watched your videos Mike...now it’s definitely on my top 5 bucket list destinations. That food looks so damn good 👐 Thanks for the awesome inspiration Mike. 😁
It never fails, I get super hungry when I watch your videos! Thanks for highlighting Mexican food!
Perfect buddy movie. Not afraid to eat. Looking GOOD. I can almost taste the food!
You are so excited to travel to Mexico and eat all the amazing tacos and Mexican foods Mikey I love seeing this. This is a fantastic series 😍😍
FitAngie amazing food ❤️❤️👌👌😍😍
These videos are my favorite! Love everything you do and eat!
Kyle Rangerstown ❤️❤️❤️👌👌😍😍 the best video
Love your guide she is so confident and knows her stuff. A woman through and through..
Missing Mexico and food seeing this fills my heart with joy.
I love how he takes huge bites to really get all the flavor unlike some other people that basically nibble it and say it’s not for them and miss out on how good it is
Tacos EVERYWHERE heaven on earth 🌮🌮😇🌮😇🌮🌮
Love all the food you showed. Also thank you for the lovely guest on this video. And great keep it up, on the videos.
I really like this senora. So kind and helpful, she is a perfect guide. I wish I had one when I was in Mexico.
Tickets to MX are booked once again! Can't wait for 3,5 weeks of delicious food! Everyday is tacoday!
Man this video made me look forward even more :D
I should know by now not to watch on an empty stomach. Those tostadas + the hurrachas looked sooo good. A shout out to Mexican food! Yumm.
Nature Girl huaraches* means sandals 😂
@@beer996. Yes, we know. The food is called "sandals" because of the shape of the tortilla. Carlos tells Mikey that in the video.
So glad you had a huarache they are my favorite!
Sandra es muy buen guia, sencilles, pasiencia, conose la comida ,muy bonito modo ,muy bonita sonrisa, muy biena actitud en soltura de su persona y conocimiento del tema para saberse condusir.🌹🇲🇽🐝
You should return asap because September is our national month 🇲🇽💚 and especially to try the "Chile in nogada" (a typical dish of the season) OMG what a wonderful dish!! Seriously. I'm so glad of saw you enjoy our food and of having discovered you by Lalo (La ruta de la garnacha). Greetings from Mexico City 🙆♀️💕
I like this girl .Never seen anyone so chill and gentle like her in Mike's previous video
it makes me so happy to see you enjoying foods that I grew up on! I havent been to mexico in a few years, so thank you for letting me see this beautiful country again!
I’m very happy you are enjoying the food from my country!!! 🇲🇽🇲🇽🇲🇽
Why does the food you get always look so delicious! I can’t wait until I’m an adult and I can travel around the world like you do ^w^
You will love it, go to school, work hard, save your money, eat healthy, sleep well, excercise, have positive friends and you can travel when you grow up, now you do not need a lot of money if you plan in advanced, grest hostals and Airbnb around the world.
I’m in Mexico City now! Great video

Sarah Hsieh 👏👏👌👌❤️❤️
Hope you enjoy your stay :D
We have the best food 😍😅
@Auset Ausar I think all mexico has their own thing, meaning mexico in general has good food.
love seeing you enjoying all the mexican food
All the food looked so fresh & delicious that it was giving me goosebumps lol
This guy is gonna turn Mexican... he will become Pilipino😂
whats filipino got to do with mexican
steve boy because Pilipinos are basically the Mexicans of Asia... if you don’t think so... which other ethnicity eats Menudo 😂and speak Spanish as there second language
haha
This is true, I’m Mexican (and living in Mexico lol) and my boyfriend is from Oaxaca but his eyes look a little bit asian so I say to him he is probably pilipino, also my aunt went to USA once and she was mistaken for a pilipina too lol
Laura Taffy in Lincoln California there is a lot of Oaxaca families my sister live there and they call them self Los Wahacks and have property in that town...Crazy they also look Pilipino and Spanish is there second language because they’re indigenous 😂✌️
yummmm...
Larga vida!! Mexico!!
Thanks for this video. Much love from Mexico
Love this video. Very representative of Mexican food! Great job 🥰🥰
I love the fact they shared their food with each other..kinda girl I like.
Mines too and I am straight 🤣🤣
I LOVE all your videos from places that deal with SPICY food😋. So happy to see another great video. Thanks Mike👍Greetings from El Paso Tx
Lucky. Y'all have better food than here in South Dallas.
@@TeamLegacyFTW at least in Dallas you have more cultural diversity restaurants. But I will say that there's more tex mex in the east part of Texas.
You're killing me Mike 🤤 I can't wait to go back to Mexico 😄 thank you for an awesome street food tour Mike 👍
Mexico city ❤ I'M OBSESSED WITH TOSTADAS COYOACAN! MY FAV! I always go at least once everytime I'm in CDMX. I love watching them make tostadas on a busy day. I always prefer sitting right in front of where they make them. Chicken tinga definitely one of my favs!
🤤😋 I'm hungry now after this I want some food.
Yanji Yang I am hungry more than you 😂😂❤️❤️😋😋👌👌
caution: watch only if your stomach is full
Or watch while eating 😊
conditions required : you must have the same food shown in the video😂
@MIX_MASH. Point!👊
Thanks for the late warning
I'm so glad you got to experience Coyoacán!!!!!
What an awsome down to earth guide.
omg I love her ^___^ she was a great addition to the video
You know it looks good when Mikey's lost for words!!
Sam Burtenshaw 😂😂👌👌

Wow! my mouth was watering the whole time, torture!!😋
Of course Mikey would finish the food tour with some ice cream ;)
Strictly Tacos 🌮🌮🌮🌮
Amazing! if I ever go to Mexico I’m going straight to the food! It’s super delicious, authentic and all!
The original "Marquesita" Is from the south of México (Yucatán), maybe u can visit this part of our country and fall in love of our mayan recipies... grettings from Campeche, México.
Priscila Watson 🙌🙌❤️❤️👌👌😋😋
Are you originally from there? Yucatán Merida is my father’s homeland
Because people keep asking/wondering, Sandy is Australian and Mexican/Macanese .
SnowClover just out of curiosity how do you know what her background is? Not being rude, genuinely would like to know.
SnowClover Nvm, I just watched her video with Mike where she mentions her background. Really surprising to me because it’s uncommon, but interesting.
Very interesting mix. Pretty cool haha
This Mexico tour is killin me Mike! Such tasty lookin food!
YESSSS ENOJY THE FOOD FROM MY PEOPLE!! I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!
Viva México 🇲🇽 ❤️ All the things I took for granted when I lived there. I miss the food so much.
Damn it Mikey xD , I am feeling hungry noww 🥵💔 Keep making good content as always 💯
I’m at home all hungry looking at this. Looks so good. I love Mexican food
Watching this video at 1 in the morning and it makes me want to go crazy looking for food haha thank you for this awesome video 👍
Why would anyone like or comment this comment??
If i could i would retire down there in the safe zones. The people are so nice. You don't want to go on vacation to those ghetto dangerous slums LoL
I live in the states and never had BBQ 🤣
I live with Texas BBQ AND Mexican Food
@@Gilgamesh97C I'm mexican but i need those Caucasian friends that get down with smoked food and BBQ's. Come to think of it mexicans and whites have alot in common, we just gotta look at the similarities instead of our differences. 😃
For real though 😩
