- Second day in Oaxaca Mexico and it was a traditional Oaxacan breakfast of eggs and insect. Then it was off to try some of the different traditional Mole offered in Oaxaca and finally the CHEESIEST TACO I've ever had!

Victoria is a wonderful young lady, she could be mayor of her town some day. Well spoken and not shy. Has an answer to every question. There have been two women mayors of Fresno and after seeing her gifts of working with you Mikey, she should be mayor of her town after she gets that small business owner skill set that comes from real life business management under her belt. I expect great things from that young lady in the years to come.
