After seeing this video I had to try these taco's. While ordering I told the guy I saw the "Mikey Chen" video and he just laughed. While waiting for my food I noticed a woman and 2 of her children were watching this video and I commented how I was here because of Mikey too. TACOS ARE AMAZING!!!!

Hi everyone I just wanted to say thank you and totally appreciate the love you have shown me here in Mikey Chen's channel. Sorry I didn't get back to some of you I had a slight complication but better now because of the Amazing doctors and nurses doing there job saved my life because of them I'm here to right a thank you note. Much Love and Appreciation to everyone who sent me get well soon including Mikey Chen. Once I'm able to I'll be taking a trip to visit my sister in Seattle and hit up and eat up some of the places Mikey has eaten at. And visit family in the mid west of United States and eat at some of the places that Mikey has visited. And hopefully sooner than later I am going to go back Korea and visit family members and to save money on hotel rooms lol I'll be eating same places that Mikey has hopefully. And hopefully stay a week in Japan where my cousin is a teacher and enjoy the foods that hopefully eating same places that Mikey has eaten at well that depends on if my cousin can get time off from work. Once again to Mikey Chen Crew Thank You For Your Very Kind Words Of Encouragements On Getting Better. I definitely will be trying my best this Virus takes a toll on your lungs and on your joints. Some days it takes a toll on my breathing and other days I'm struggling to take breath but I am getting stronger and one day I'll try taking a trip to Mikey Chen's restaurant in New York and in Texas. Once again thank you to everyone who has sent me get well soon that is my inspiration and encouragement to getting better thank you everyone including Mikey it's much appreciated!!!

Mikey please do a Middle Eastern episode Dallas has so much great Middle Eastern food especially in Richardson it is loaded with good stuff! Also as a Dallas Italian I would love to show you all the great pizza spots!

@@MikeyChenX The one pizzeria all the Italians in Dallas go to is Pizzeria Testa in Frisco, also my Sicilian friend owns Cibo Divino in Dallas which has authentic pizza as well. Inside of Eataly there is a Pizzeria straight from Naples named Rosso Pomodoro, I have a friend from Sardinia with a place that makes a pizza which is a cross of Neapolitan and American style called Urban Crust. For NY style the best is Ferraris in Plano. Numero 28 in Allen is pretty authentic too! These are some of the top Italian places, I happen to come from a culinary family we have owned pizzerias in Italy and NY and I wouldn’t mind guiding you around the Italian side of things! As for Middle Eastern the choices in Richardson are Endless but the best Arabic buffet in the game is called Ali Baba and right now is Ramadhan so the dinner is bound to be off the hook!

Thanks for the recommendation. The wife and I just went to Taqueria Nuevo León in Carrollton today for an early lunch. It was delicious. Their rice is absolutely delicious too. Can’t wait to go back.

Enjoying the outdoor sunsets. So glad we got to see some different kind of food. Both the Mexican restaurant's looked good and greasy. Yum But the soup with ramen did look sooooo good.

I don't take any medication but still have this problem lol. I ate Korean chicken, dumplings, pork buns last week and I will be having tacos tomorrow! Good luck with your treatment and enjoy all the food as much as possible!

I knew the food scene here in DFW was gonna blow his mind! We are far more cosmopolitan than people realize. Used to live in Arkansas, didn't discover Pho, until my family moved here. Been in love with it, and Asian food in general, ever since.

Living in Canada for the last 35 years, I truly miss all the delicious Mexican food in my hometown of Fort Worth Texas.
Yes, Canada is so not known for authentic Mexican food at all, especially BC. I am going to Texas when things get better with covid.
We're (slowly) getting better at Mexican food - as more Mexicans move here and show us how to do it right, lol. Montreal has decent Mexican now ehre even 5 years ago it was laughable, not sure about TO, Vancouver etc. tho.

I spent a good portion of my 20s eating at the original Herrera's Cafe on Maple. I know that they have had to move several times since family took me out of Dallas but I have such fond memories of dragging non natives to stand in line in the parking lot. Between the dripping window unit A/C by the front door and the mariachi bands on the juke box, I knew my guests would be won over when the food arrived. Enjoy my home town! I just wish that all the best restaurants, bakeries and ice-cream places of my youth were still around for you to discover.

We made cheese and Jalapeño,
Pineapple, sweet chili, and Pork with raisins,
Jalapeños, carrots, potatos, and
Green olives! They were delicious!
Frito Pie with mustard, onion, pickels.....so good

If you’re in Houston, go to M&M grill (down Almeda road) get their double loaded burger! A lot of nearby college students go there to treat themselves with the loaded burger.
Yup, it’s amazing. I also remember a food truck nearby something “king”. Middle eastern food, rice with lamb. Was the best food I have ever eaten. But it’s been a few years now maybe they are gone.
Gyro King, don’t know why i didn’t remember that. Don’t be fooled by food from a truck, it’s soooooo good. Get extra sauce with the rice plates. You will go back on the daily!!!
