We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.

Can someone help, which one is better Sunny Twist Stepper or Mini stepper (original)?
Thank you reaching out! Yes, both twist and regular steppers are great for targeting the glutes and thighs! You may be able to target the glutes, and inner and outer thighs differently with a twist stepper due to the side to side motion - however, you'll find with the resistance on a regular stepper you can target your glutes and thighs very effectively.
I don’t have the bands for my stepper, could I use hand weights instead? Thanks
That should be fine just be careful with your grip not to drop it on your feet!

Do anyone know how to loosen the tension in the stepper.
The stepper should have a knob that can adjust the resistance of your unit.
I don’t have the twister version stepper. Is that an issue?
I would recommend to still try out the video and make minor changes to fit your current equipment. As long as you get a burn and finish the workout with some sweat you did a great job!

What is it set to ? As far as the resistance on the stepper?
