    We just used it to get a little moderate stepping everyday. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxgAz8z9Y03AXTl_xgiCmYWfRKpnpW8nYG But after a family member had some medical issues and getting into bed and out of bed (with a really high 28” above the floor matress ) we added a little fluorescent glow in the dark tape to the edges and they now can get into and out of bed safely! What a difference this little stepper has made for them. and we still use it for daily moderate exercise routine also.

      The calorie count for this workout will vary based on your height, weight, age, gender, workout intensity, etc. For a more accurate calorie estimate, we recommend using a fitness tracker, or an MET calculator.     Can someone help, which one is better Sunny Twist Stepper or Mini stepper (original)?

      Thank you reaching out! Yes, both twist and regular steppers are great for targeting the glutes and thighs! You may be able to target the glutes, and inner and outer thighs differently with a twist stepper due to the side to side motion - however, you'll find with the resistance on a regular stepper you can target your glutes and thighs very effectively.

      That should be fine just be careful with your grip not to drop it on your feet!

      O meu também não tem. Eu uso o peso e às vezes coloco um elástico de força por baixo do stepper e uso para força de braços. Para mim dá super certo.

      The stepper should have a knob that can adjust the resistance of your unit.

    I don’t have the twister version stepper. Is that an issue?

      I would recommend to still try out the video and make minor changes to fit your current equipment. As long as you get a burn and finish the workout with some sweat you did a great job!

    Hi!
    I have a the Sunny stepper too... but the display wasnt working properly and now its stops after 7 seconds.
    Do you experience the same problem?

    What is it set to ? As far as the resistance on the stepper?

      Thank you for reaching out. The resistance can't be adjusted on our mini steppers, so it does not have any levels. The resistance is designed to give a challenging workout for your lower body.
