It's a great way to get in a workout while reading emails. I haven't yet mastered the art of composing an email while working out, but I look forward to that. You can definitely get a workout by bouncing up and down (my boss enjoys laughing at me "prancing"), but it's easier in Zoom meetings to use more core control to not bounce up and down so much. I haven't had the courage to do a full-on workout while in a meeting yet, but looking forward to that too!

What Stepper are you using ? Does it heat up after half hour ? How many calories do you burn in 30
Minutes. Sorry for so many questions I used my new stepper for the first time after 32 mins of cardio the bars at the bottoms were super hot so was just worried that is it going to last or not
Any range or idea on how many calories are burned with this workout? I know it depends on a lot of things but I’d like to know an average! Txs
Unfortunately, we do not have an average for this workout as it varies greatly depending on the user. Results will be different for each person depending on a variety of factors from your current fitness level, your fitness goals, diet, sleep, stress, etc. Many people will begin to notice results themselves in 4 weeks' time with exercise and positive diet changes. We recommend taking photos from the front and side and comparing your photos at the end of the month to see your progress!
😮 I love it but I can only do intervals of 45seconds on and off for 30mins lol I literally haven't worked out since 2013 😂

How many calories are burned in total?
That all depends on your BMI, BPM, and duration of your workout. Everyone is a little different in how quickly they burn calories while exercising.
How many calories about does this workout burn? I love it, very challenging but I enjoyed it regardless!! Definitely better than going to a boring gym.
The calorie count on this machine is just an estimated average, which will vary based on your height, weight, age, gender, workout intensity, etc. For a more accurate calorie estimate, we recommend using a fitness tracker, or an MET calculator.
The machine says only use for 15 mins at a time or can overheat ?

Steps are so small. There is cardio but I am not seeing muscles engaged. How is resistance adjusted? Also, many will need to hold on in the beginning for balance.
Hi Kristen! This stepper's resistance is adjusted by height only. The larger the step, the more challenging. There is a balance component with the mini steppers.
