Great question, the only show able content is the demo. Some have access to a QA version that is not being shown to the public and is used for testing, so the beta is all we have for now! I’d recommend going at the demo again and trying new things! An update for the demo is rumoured to be soon so that would be a good time to dive in, and I’ll be reviewing that update too. From their latest Discord update it seems that the Switch port has been delayed pending a decision and they will be reaching out to Switch backers with more information. Tech limitations of the Switch apparently. Their discord has more info.
Great question. I don’t actually know if they’ve received an actual rating yet but I know the topics can get real and heavy within the dialogue. I’d give it a try and make that call for yourself. Every child processes things differently at all ages.

It is! They released a 10 day locked demo a few days ago. They are updating it pretty regularly too throughout development so it’s worth checking out.
