Valheim Moderately-Modded Run Supplemental #1 - Building Base Defenses
This is Supplemental Episode #1 for my Moderately-Modded Playthrough. I wanted to give everyone the option to watch me build the initial base's defenses in real-time, or as I will do in the actual Episode 12 video, have it sped up very fast to get through it quickly and on to the real adventure. This is my first try at recording a run in Valheim. I've been playing (and watching others play) Valheim on and off for over a year. I've also been really interested in trying my hand at doing Let's Plays, so I'm diving in and giving it a shot. I hope you enjoy it! I thought it was good time to jump in right now as it will be my first exposure to all the goodness of the Hildir's Request update, so you'll get an unvarnished and untested reaction and playthrough.
I've been inspired heavily by a few other Valheim streamers/recorders (​‪@henrik9658‬ , ‪@ThreadMenace‬ , ‪@Anabriella‬ ) that I watch the most. Please give me some grace if it's a little rough to start, but I'm sure I'll hit my stride eventually!
I'm going to classify this run "Moderately-Modded", as you'll see from the list of 16 mods below that I'll be starting out with. The heaviest hitters aside from QOL tweaks will be CLLC and EpicLoot, configured to make the game both harder on the mobs side and more interesting on the weapons/armor/abilities side. We'll see if they all act as I want them to and hope they stick around for the entirety of the run.
