I never comment on YT but I will say that after seeing your house video I immediately built it. I was surprised that that was your first video and was disappointed there wasn't more content. Thank you for keeping it coming, this is probably going to be the next project I work on. Keep up the great work!
One of the best tutorials I've watched. Your style is so clean and precise. Fantastic job. Earned my subscription easy.
Your wit is such a wonderful addition to these great builds, I'm looking forward to seeing more of your creative spirit!
This is a great template and is super helpful for scaling production in later biomes too.
I used your template with 16 length so that I could have 4 kilns:5 smelters to preserve the resource ratio (kilns do 25 wood into coal at a time, and smelters accept 20 coal at a time, so you can do 2 stacks or 100 wood total per trip and everything will be balanced). I also did two rows of kilns and smelters instead of one (so it ended up as 12x16) so I could have one row of 5 regular smelters supplied by 4 kilns, and one row of 5 blast furnaces supplied by 4 kilns. I put the kilns on the outside ends and the smelters/furnaces on the inside so I could maintain the flow you have where all the outputs dump into the middle and all the coal inputs face the kilns. It's so satisfying!!
Great editing by the way, I was very entertained 😄
I'm partial to building a ring of 8 smelters that drop into a single central hole, going clockwise to fill one side, counter to fill the other while having a large enough platform behind the smelters to drag a cart full of ore, nice and close to the dock to transfer it up with chests from the boat deck or such.
I can't believe you only have 270 subscribers. I mean, your builds are amazing man. I've never seen such an efficient smelting room, and I have like 400 hours in Valheim. I'm absolutely building this next time I hop on. Keep the videos up, they're awesome!
I just came here to say as of today, (it says 3 months after your post) he's showing 6.47k subscribers, so clearly you knew he was destined for greatness. I can't believe I've missed out on him until just now. Crazy good stuff. Glad to see his subscribers has grown so well in such a short amount of time.
wait hold on this is only your second video?!?! Your editing and voiceover are amazing! Most YTers I've seen at this level are just rambling with no apparent point and don't know how to edit or anything. I loved your house video, but now after seeing this and realizing your channel is so small, I insta-subscribed!!! Looking forward to more content :)
insta subscribed. the dedication into making this factory and doing the voiceover/video... I don't usually comment but I really appreciate this video. Currently building a base for me and my bf haha
I LOVE your humor .. please keep making videos!
Love it! Much cleaner than the version I made off of an older video from another creator, and certainly less materials. Though you might try putting a 1m wood piece in the exit spout of the blast furnace in such a way that it forces the bars to spawn far enough down the shute that it won't hang up.
I appreciate the mass production and efficiency of your designs.
again very nice and practical ! like ur vids !
I just wanted to drop by and express how much I enjoyed the video, Your ability to break down concepts into easily digestible chunks makes the process a whole lot easier! Watching you demonstrate the functionality of your smelting factory and then guide us through the construction process was both informative and entertaining.
Your attention to detail and clear explanations made it so easy to follow along, and I found myself feeling inspired to try out some new techniques in my own Valheim adventures. It's evident that you have a passion for sharing your knowledge and helping others improve their gameplay experience.
Speaking of which, your video has me even more excited to dive into Valheim with my brother for our first playthrough! I've been working on a custom mod pack consisting of around 18 mods that we plan to incorporate into our series. These mods are designed to complement the vanilla gameplay and enhance the overall experience for both us and our viewers.
Thank you for being such a positive influence in the Valheim community. Your dedication to sharing your knowledge and passion for the game is truly admirable, and I can't wait to see what else you have in store for us in future videos. Keep up the fantastic work, Crate Of Bananas! You're making a real difference in the gaming world, and I'm grateful to be a part of your audience. Cheers!
Great work with adding success and possible failures! Well thought out and done
I’m gonna try building it today, perfect addition for the new house ;)
mr crate of bananas gifted us another god tier build
can't explain how helpful ur tutorials are, waiting for more of ur ideas, man
6:31 excellent life advice as well!
With "Auto Fuel" mod this build will be a beast. Thanks for the idea for a beautiful, automated smelting area!
Such well made video's so far man. If I were to compare your creative nature to any youtuber from any survival building game it would match the best of the best no doubt. I love valheim and haven't even played it that much. Yet after watching two videos from you I can safely say that this game captures my intrigue more than any other. Amazing content, original builds and an engaging script. Please keep up the hardwork.
I'm gonna use this. Thanks for such a thorough guide! It looks great and works really well.
Both your videos are amazing, as are the builds. Thanks a lot for the witty, clever and in depth descriptions. I've got thousands of hours in Valheim and have made plenty of builds, let's face it, some less successful than others, so now I can't wait to try out this smelting factory that seem to work! Smelting is so tedious and that tunnel-run must feel like such a reward at the end. Just have to get to the stone age on my current server.. Subscribed!
Gutted to discover your channel and not being able to binge more content, but also glad to discover this channel so early in it's progression. You're great, keep up the good work!
Bravo! Keep up the good work and they will come. Funny, informative, and logical. The way you explain your reasoning makes it easy to follow. You have changed how I'll look at all my builds in the future.
Alright, first of all, I am about to get to the floor setting up part, but I just wanna say that from one person to another person, your voice is reassuring and nice, and I hope you are taking care of yourself dude.
Second, I don't tend to get too fussed on valheim builds and tend to nick them and leave, but then the first point came to mind, and right after my mind thought about that, you showed off the caged processor and it baffled me plenty, it may be simple in some people's eyes, but that clean look and then the sliding bar ramps, very good job dude.
One of the best tutorials I've ever seen. Plus I was about to build a forge and this design matched perfectly.
This is a great design. One thing that could make it a bit more efficient, maybe: you can reach the coal/ore holes from the front or back even when they are like 1/2-1 meter apart. This would allow you to keep the filling on one lane instead of two.
I am actually very impressed with the explanation and the tutorial, Thank you very much. You deserve way more subscribers
As someone just rediscovering Valheim after not playing it for years, thank you, this has helped so much in getting me back into the game
Exceptional design, just built myself one and loving it
Great videos, inspiring lots of builds and getting me to push through the early game where I've always gotten stuck. Thanks for the fun ideas.
this man loves his secret holes
deserves way more subs
Honestly I hope your channel completely takes off, awesome builds and funny without forcing it.
Damn i hurt my neck throwing my head back laughing at the "weird spoon" line 😆
great job! very nicely explained and illustrated!
Great and clear vids bro, keep it up! Love those ideas, just finished your smithing area! 💪🏼
OMG!!! That build is AWESOME! I especially love the tunnel.
Was looking for some advices for Valheim and I came accross your videos. This factory is as neat as your house, not to mention quality of your editing. You deserve a seat in Valhalla.
this is one of the most practical valheim builds ive ever seen and i love it
Haven’t played valheim in a while, just wanna say your videos are some of the most impressive how to builds I’ve seen since it’s release
carrying heavy materials to your smelting area is pain in the ass. build a factory like this. step one: carry all the heavy materials to the chests in the smelting area...
Do you propose an alternate solution?
Carts. Use carts.
Build it near water so you can dock with a ship
@@patric97xeede This, I always build my refinery near the dock, ifnyou.wsnt to base further inland, tame lox, and keep a pen at the shore, so at least you save yourself a little trouble...
Use valheim+ ya lazy bastard
I feel Odin calling me back to this game now....
This is awesome! I greatly appreciate this video! Can't wait to build it
Insane video thank you a lot for this.
Very clear to understand, everything is explained from the beginning to the end with a really good explanation on top of that, it's Perfect.
Your builds are so amazing.. please do more videos!
dude, youre so informative and concise. I wish i had found your channel earlier! keep up the great work!
Great build, i have found out that your design also helps with fps drops when around the smelters and kilns, because the ingots are not visible right away so they dont take so much from the resources of the pc, my gf has older pc and she was lagging hard around the smelters and kilns now she can move aroung the factory easily, thank you very much man, keep the good work up.
Built this in a joint server with a friend. He lost his mind haha.. thank you! Epic idea! Great video
Your designs are great. Will keep it as my reference.
I am patiently awaiting the next build vid so I can keep building my base. Would love to see where you take this series, I know I’d love to see a full end-game base on the border of the Plains and Mistlands with all the late game materials.
Whatever you make next I’m sure it will continue to satisfy my OCD, keep it up bro!
Nice, I recently build my first city in valheim with a harbor and many random buildings. Now Im looking to add these crafting stations, gardens and farms to it so it really comes alive. This is great inspiration.
Great video! Entertraining and educational
Bro this is amazing, I am in talks with the party to plop this down in our base. These editing and visualising is amazing my guy ❤
Thank you man
First of all your base video its really help me to make a base that is simple and efficient
and also this one
Love it
I have been looking for a system like this for a while now Thank you for the vid
The thumbnail looked so good I purposely didn't watch this video the first time I saw it cause I thought it was modded, I came across the sundial video and this was suggested and I am so glad it did.
Keep going amazing videos.
i didnt knew is autamatic the box to smelter in vanilla valheim. good work hopefully will come more things from you
2 for 2. keep it up ;)
Truly, the best, most concise, and efficient Valheim content.
another great video! hoping to see more ^^
Bro. Thanks this video. Waiting the next video!
Great video
Think I'll be building one of these. :) Cheers!
i love how you did the top down iso screenshots
Only two videos? You're too good for that. You sound like Diego Luna, btw. Great video, can't wait to see more.
Thanks for sharing Mr Crate! Refreshing vid once again.
I built your house in the plains. Looks amazing and I’ve got a nice lox barn right out back. The open door concept looks good but I need something to keep the skeeters out
Great build! I like to stack my Kilns using the hoe to raise the terrain to be able to place on top. I only need 2 kilns, so it's nice to have them take the space of one.
i did it and blast furnace works just fine with your system, just turn the furnace the other way around on the same line with the smelters, did 3 smelters tuned the first furnace to use the same hole as the last smelter placed and continued every other square with 3 more furnace, to cover them and have the chest inbetween them i started with a horiz core wood then beam on top and then half wall to be tall enough to give clearance for the furnace poop hole, btw metal on the furnace 3 stays and the 4th one coming makes them 3 fall, and you can collect it when walking by if it is stuck and there is no more to be proccesed
Great video pal, i immediately subscribed! :)
Just found your Dream House Video today - by the way not sure you mentioned it! lol 🙂 Came straight here to watch more content, can't believe this is only your second upload! Another brilliantly edited and scripted tutorial, which once I've built the Dream House, I will be adding this sexy smelting system! It certainly tickled my Valheim bone lol Love it! Thank you again!🤣
I refuse to build anything until you make a video on it lol😂 both vids are entertaining and really well put together. Also your builds are excellent. 🍻
thank very much for the idea
another banger! thanks for the content
On box placement, I like to raise my equipment on stone arches, then put the boxes underneath.
It save a lot of width :)
nice video mang, gonna do that for the next update
Pretty high quality video. I Like it
Dope build I often build something similar but never as pretty, if you make your paths wide enough for a cart you can save a lot of mats on chests and the headache of figuring out where your resources are which I find just a bit more convenient
Most important when trying to build this - Make sure your build is aligned with some cardinal direction (North, South, East, West). Your character should face side of the map, not the corner. Otherwise it will be hard to dig straight tunnel.
Great stuff OP. I've been looking long time for some practical builds!
This is so good!!
I wish all tutelage was as magnificent and instilling as your instructions on how to build a straight tunnel.
Самый лучший бро , я тебя люблю !!! Ты сделал то что мне нужно !!!
Extremely fucking quality video brother. Thank you for this. Will be watching your career with great interest.
Beautiful build. Awesome video. YT perfection!
"If this doesn't tickle your Valheim bone, then you and I are very different" eloquently put hahah
Very nice vid, subbed!
Brilliant !
Goated content keep it up!
good video. Great layout and build. I did something similar, but yours is much more refined (😏) than mine. Thanks for posting this. Now I have a blueprint how to improve what I did.
WTF Brotha, this is fkin fantastic... im blown away, thx much for the Vid i am inspired to no end!!
Amazing!
THE SECOND UPLOAD, we were here at the beginning! :D first one was amazing, 2nd one keeps it going, third one will make it a "tradition". GLGL
Wtf dude, what a Nice video you got here. Congrats. Long time i dont play valheim but im considering play and try this building.
Original content and good humor, coupled with the fact I'm deathly allergic to bananas. Have a sub🎉
The Most creative designs this game Have seen in my opinion.!!! Also Looking forward to A lot more Content,..................... No Pressure!!!!
This video was top tier
great production quality on this video! earned my sub. very inspiring video, I am thinking maybe I can build one of these going diagonally up a hill with roof tiles going all the way down would you be able to have all the smelted ingots fall down into one pile? mmight be worth giving a shot
wonderful
Like this, nice idea
Honestly gave me ideas to make it better.
