Great video but I agree with a lot of the comments, not really “beginner” friendly. My husband started me on this series and he’s a tough strong marine man who’s lost a lot of weight yes but I think whom much like the instructor isn’t aware of the concept beginner.
I made all 5 sets... in 10 days. But this one killed me. You call these exercises beginner's exercises... I won't include any others for now. Thanks. And no thanks. ;)
