As an avid rock climber I've been using your workouts for over a year now for cross training and attribute some of my recent gains to these workouts. Great complex movements that are applicable to the strength and movements required in climbing, and the videos are to the point without any annoying chatting or pleads for "likes" and "subscribes". I searched UA-cam for several days and this caught my attention with its wide selection of workouts and clarity of presentation. It helped me to get back to training after many years. It took only a few months of following Dan's schedule for effects to become obvious. Also, Dan works out with encouraging and upbeat demeanor which makes it more pleasant to follow. Glad you enjoyed the workout! I was pouring sweat, too. Good short workout. I ended up burning just under 500 cal according to my watch. Avg heart rate was 148bpm. The amount you or someone else burns will vary depending on output and other factors. But at least that gives you a ballpark number to go by. Thanks again!
Wow that was really good! Nice execution of move to keep up heart rate...YOu have an impressive amount of muscle in your core...Not just the six pack but your abdominals are really built and big.... most guys look sort of skinny when they have six pack, you are solid....
