Love this song. This is the Queen song that was selected by the band to be played at Freddie Mercury’s funeral. 😢. That goes to show you these 4 guys were close as they’d known each other since college and became a creative force that are still enjoyed today. You should check out Death On Two Legs.

“Friends Will Be Friends” was written by Freddie and John Deacon, with lyrics written by Freddie (which was confirmed by guitarist Brian May on his website). It is one of the last of Freddie's piano ballads, and in some ways is a musical similitude with older Queen material, such as “Play the Game”, and “We Are the Champions”.
The video was directed by DoRo and filmed at JVC Studios, Wembley in May 1986, and features the band performing the song in front of fan club members. During the show, Freddie “high fives” audience members, and at the end cuts the mic and sings along with them, letting them lead. Because of this, this performance was nicknamed “Queen’s Greatest Show Never Performed”.

Anything from the official channels will be there because it's part of Queen, Dr Sir Brian has a couple of channels, Roger and even Freddie, the remaining members will sometimes watch reaction videos and even post on their official social media platforms, they never block and have never been in it for the money, always one of the most inclusive groups, and never have hundreds of " yes men/women " around them quite happy having pictures taken or signing something
I love this song that John wrote! Yep, official video and the fan club were the people in the video. I do appreciate all your reactions, but the Queen ones have a special place in my heart as does the band Queen. Loved them since I was young, also might want to try 'It's Late".

Never get bored with Queen music, all the songs are so different. All due to the different members having diverse tastes, but yet they still come together as one.
This song was performed live on The Magic Tour. It was the first & only song that was sung at the end of concerts between “We Will Rock You” and “We Are The Champions” since the News of the World Tour. John Deacon always seems quite pleased with himself for writing this song! Queen were a band of brothers & friends!! 🤩

This is one of Queen's beautiful songs. The message is simple but the meaning is true to the time-tested friends. IMO, this video was special because the people who attended that video were Queen fans. Here in the video, you can see how Queen cares about their fans. It's true that the fans sing as if they were members of the band. I'm not surprised why Queen fans are still active on social media. You can feel how much they love Freddie and the band. Freddie and the Queen consider their fans as family. The fans who were able to watch their concerts and see Freddie Mercury in person were very lucky. It's the 'OFFICIAL'....lol. Also heard on another reactors channel a person who was there said Freddie wanted fans only to sing the very last line but mgmt said no way. BUT Freddie insisted he would not sing AND turned off his mic. Maybe he handled it a different way but, for sure Freddie's voice is not on the end line. EDIT: Has someone told you the crowd is staunch Queen Fan Club Members? That's the truth.

Hey bro. About Queen vids, if you see it is from the Queen official channel there is no getting wrong. when they write official music video it will always be it. Also when they write a live performance or a lyrics video.
Most queen songs do not have an official video. So they have lyrics video. so if you see official lyric video showing up in the first result and from the Queen channel, this is the only actual clip made.
Now there are a few things to know. Queen are working on doing lyric videos to all their previous official videos. so just look for the top 5 results and if you don´t see another offical from their channel, then again. there is only and official lyric video. there are 2 exceptions: the postmortous 1995 made in heaven videos are not really made videos, they are more like a story told vids. so don't bother seeing them. find the lyric videos for songs from there. the only real vid there is I was born to love you. the other exeption are some vids from 1997 compilation Queen rocks, that are just wried made vids. so. that's it. there are many more vids you did not see by queen.
Now for reccomendations, I say again that you do the lyric vid (not live please) of Stairway to heaven by Led Zeppelin. this is a good one even though not official.
