I love that the isolated muscles being worked are emphasized in red. I have been doing some of these simple exercises for years and didn't know which muscles I was working out. It's incredible how the single leg stretches shown on your video works so many muscles. It is more motivating to work out when I know which muscles I am working. There are some marshal arts videos that show the muscles used when doing the kicks. Not only do they work the quads, glutes and front hip flexors, but also the abs. Abs exercises when lying down always hurt my neck, so hated them. But knowing there are alternative ways to work your abs, it is comforting. So, now I love kicks. The music is also energizing. Lovely of you to share the knowledge. Thank you.

No point stressing over things out of your control, but if there are things you can change, focus on those for sure
