Thanks for the video. In 2019 my knee injuries started and used beer to ease the pains when I walked with a sleeve and knee brace. Then in 2021 got total left knee replacement, but increased my drinking level of beer that went to my gut, but I controled my knee pain. In 2023, the pain eased up but still drank beer. Then I caught covid in August of 2023, then after recovering, came down with Covid symptoms. In July, I finally got relief for my covid symptoms and then in August recieved medication that helped my migraine headaches and noted it eased my knee pain discomfort. Your program is helping me do streching before my bike ride now and after my bike ride. Thanks for posting and helping a 72 year old to get that beer gut off his body. My intake of beer has been reduced to only drinking a bottle with dinner.

I do these everyday! I like it when you have the beeping noise so you know you are getting ready to switch stretches! Ty for these and the skeleton to show which muscles should be getting the stretches. This helps me to know if I’m doing them correctly as a beginner! Ty!!❤

I find that it's important for me to alternate between arm and leg moves, so I jump through the sequences. 1/5/2/6/3/7/4/8/11/9/12/10/13/14/15/16. If ever possible, please can you prepare one in that type of order. I am not very tech savvy, and this is the first time I've typed a comment. Thankyou for all that you do.

I'm only 32 but due to sedentarism and long hours sitting at the office got messed up with sciatica, lumbago and carpal tunnel, been doing these cause a student of mine suggested them and they help a lot, the wrist exercises help with the carpal tunnel and the leg raises and back stretches help a lot with the sciatica and lower back pain. Do these every day and I stay relatively pain free if I do them 2 or 3 times a day. 😊
