They literally showed you? You put the mix into the machine, then that mix is laid on the tray for it to drip through at -240 degrees, flash freezing the mix which making Dippin Dots.

We all have hard times in our lives but they're all trials for us to pass so we can learn the most about ourselves ik it can seem like the world is not on your side during these times especially nowadays but you can do this don't give up there's a light at the end of every dark tunnel some tunnels just might be longer than others but keep on walking through you'll eventually get out

Ice cream mix is dropped into vats of liquid nitrogen and the drops become solid beads of ice cream. But who cares dippin dots tastes like trash

If you ever got the chance ask the person serving to do half cookies and cream and half banana split. It’s literally so good!

What’s good y’all I’ve been in the dippin dots game for 15 years as a franchise here’s how they make it. There’s these huge silver bowls almost look like perfectly rounded bath tubs and they’re filled with liquid nitrogen. Then atop of these are these huge discs the same size as the bottom tub that has like a 1000 needles on em that drip this liquid into the pool of liquid nitrogen. This process will flash freeze the liquid resulting in 100% product and almost no air unlike regular hard/soft serve. So it’s quite dense and after being flash frozen it will sink to the bottom where they funnel them out of the pool of liquid nitrogen and wala you got dippin dots. Quite unique go visit them in Paducah, KY maybe you can tour

(For anyone wondering how they are made) All you basically do is put a liquid ice cream base into a squirt bottle and make droplets fall into a pool of liquid nitrogen. I loved these things as a kid

This is the same as "Mini Melts" in India... This was so popular in India a few years ago.. I m not sure if it still exists.... I think its the same....

they should sell these at gas stations or grocery stores to make them more accessible. i only ever see them at theme parks which i rarely go to.
They do in some gas stations but they have to be kept around -35 to -40, so you have to buy a deep freezer to keep them in
