I've been to a few of these places already and their scoops are no where as big as they are in the video lol. The ice cream really does taste amazing though, but it sucks cause they charge a lot for pretty small servings..
I'll answer as a cook in a restaurant: They use plenty of exotic ingredients and fresh fruit, and it takes more time to process fresh fruit (washing, peeling, cutting, grinding, making syrups and concentrats) than cream and chocolate. Time is money in the food business. Also, the fruit precentage in asian ice creams (and of course, sorbets) is very high, and low in sugar. Sugar is cheap, fruit are expensive. Also, it depends on the amount of ice cream they make. The bigger amounts an ice cream factory makes, the cheaper it will be. They make plenty of special flavors in small amounts - which, of course, bumps up the price. The overall cost of their process makes the plain ice creams, such as vanilla, more expensive.

I saw Earl Grey Tea, I’m going to that ice cream shop if I can reach it.
I recommend it it’s pretty good
Tea, Earl Grey, cold
If you live closer to NorCal we have so much earl grey ice cream
When I first tried green tea ice cream, I thought that'd be my favorite, until I tried earl grey up in Humboldt.
If you go, mix it with the honeycomb. It’s spectacular!
I don’t understand why there is so much hate on this page other than the fact that women of color are so heavily criticized. I can’t wait to visit the places they choose. This information is gold to me 👍🏼
Watching these amazing food videos makes me wanna visit the US. 🥰In a few years , hopefully, when I have money of my own😅
Also, going through the comments, I was a little amazed as to how everyone found the hosts annoying...I guess they are just fine ☺️
