    If I only knew how long sweet potatoes take, I'd know how long to roast these beets. Quite the riddle you've set out🤨😉😁

    I've only seen the weird looking mushy kind so I've never tried beets before. They look SO GOOD roasted! Now I wanna try some!

    Oh my goodness, I adore beets, they get so sweet when roasted! I am also a huge fan of pickled beets, yum! Not a fan of the stained hands, tho!

      I agree, they are so sweet ROASTED! I can manage stained harnds... but stained clothes are the worst! 😜

    I thought the skins are also very nutritious. I love baked potatoes skins so I think I will eat the beet skins as well.

      It's always in the description: Preheat oven to 375F. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

    PRO TIP: To keep the blood-red beet color off your hands while preparing beets, wear gloves.

    Thanks for your video und the great cooking tips. I'm not sure if it's very healthy when you use foil and salt, because there's a chemical reaction between these two and the aluminum salt would absorb to your food. Another word to say: poisonous!
