Well, there are a lot of books. If you take legends continuity , the stories the books cover could possibly be a 100 times the movies. We have planets in the books that have a lot of information that aren't even mentioned in the movies.
Where are you now, General Kenobi? _Because me and my pals want to send you an executio- pack of sausages! “ISB” stands for “Intergalactic Sausage Business”!_ Yeah, I can work with that...
Ryloth is one of the most interesting planets in the SW galaxy. It would be notable just for having more than a single climate type, but in fact it's incredibly varied and also tidally locked, has a decent amount of flora and fauna and history, and features the Twi'leks who are one of the more memorable species. Good stuff!
The one where Waxter and Boil find the little girl Twilek? Is that the only time Ryloth is shown on Clone Wars? I’m rewatching after a long hiatus and just passed that episode but can’t remember if there’s another instance of its presence
I have 2 questions about the clone wars. 1) After the Umbara arc, did the rest of the Clone Army knew about what Krel did? If so, wouldn't that blow their moral? 2) in the 4th episode of season 3 when Greedo kidnapped the daughter of the pantorian president, he goes to Tatooine, and tells Jabba that they are friends. How is it that what looks like a novel politician is friend of the most powerful crime lord?
I don't hear "Goldilocks zone" used often in UA-cam videos. I first found the term in a science fiction writer's guide by Kevin J. Anderson and Ben Bova, used to describe an orbital distance around a star that isn't too hot or cold, but is just right.
If you can do these: 1) The Complete Canon Story of Luke Skywalker 2) The Complete Legend Story of Luke Skywalker 3) The Complete Canon Story of Anakin Skywalker 4) The Complete Legend Story of Anakin Skywalker
Ah podracer for n64 great game wish we would get a new podracer game the update to switch was cool but it would be a smash if we got a new one for modern day gaming

My head canon is that the mother machine didn’t create races out of scratch. She modified them the way she modified the Sith whose story introduced her. So she didn’t create the Twilek species, but she did create the contemporary Twilek race.
Ryloth ought to have been in the newer Star Wars Battlefront II in both the Galactic Assault and Blast/Battle map circulation. There is already a Starfighter Assault map and it would have made more sense to have ground maps as well. Heroes VS Villains and CO-OP maps on Ryloth would have of course been better too. If it were possible, this is how I would design the missions: *Galactic Assault* on Ryloth: - PHASE/STAGE 1: *Outer Defences* = Starting in the tree-line, as the Republic, overrun Separatist fortifications and command posts in the canyon which leads through an abandoned village, fighting through houses and along narrow roads to reach Phase/Stage 2. AT-RTs will not be available nor air support units for either side. The Clones and Jedi will have to fight uphill to reach Phase/Stage 2. The elongate, relatively narrow map, would make effective use of cover for both sides, essential. Sniper positions will be equally available to both sides though of course the defenders get a few high elevation ones which would require suppression fire/accurate grenade throws/launches or rockets to take and overrun. It will be an infantry and hero only slog until Phase/Stage 3. - PHASE/STAGE 2: *Droid Artillery Battery* = After securing the abandoned village, move through the canyon to take out a Separatist artillery position causing serious losses to the fleet (as you engage the first defences of the concealed artillery position, an _Acclamator_-class Assault Ship will be seen overhead off the North, just in view of the canyon roads winding upwards to the droid artillery, being shot explosively out of the sky. As your team fights the first gun posts leading up to the artillery, the Clones will have to overwhelm a few chokepoints leading into the hilltop artillery site. Dozens of Twi'lek hostages will be visible held in chains on their knees as a human shield in front of the guns. No AT-RTs are yet available, or air support units. The Republic troops will have to capture a command post which automatically takes over one of the heavy artillery guns, making it take out the others in the circular area within with rocky uplands. This automatically frees the Twi'lek prisoners. This will trigger an animation showing LAAT gunships taking the Clones to a second map, similar to how map shifts happen on the supremacy maps (where it shifts the players up to the capital ships) However, this will take the Clones to a second ground map on Ryloth, a little further to the North. Having taken out the troublesome gun battery, more Republic ships descend into the atmosphere and LAAT gunships are seen in larger numbers overhead. Phase/Stage 3 begins after the animation takes the Clone gunships past the crash site of the _Acclamator_-class Assault Ship seen being shot down earlier. - PHASE/STAGE 3: *Outskirts of Lessu* = This will begin as an AT-TE in front of the spawn point of the Republic players will be destroyed and falls down into the deep canyons and ravines flanking the precarious roads. AATs on the Separatist team will be able to fire down onto the road with little to no cover for the Republic. Both AT-TE's and AT-RTs, plus LAAT gunship support becomes available for this phase/stage. The task for the Republic is to overrun the two main droid tank depots and command posts within them, on the other side of the ravines and to clear out the droids entirely. However, the Republic forces will fail if they lose all of their AT-TE's. AT-RT use will be available to fully half the team, reflecting the larger number of AT-RTs canonically used in the Battle of Ryloth by the Republic. Also, it'd be interesting if several extra AATs could be controlled by the Separatist team, as well as about four additional AI controlled non-player AATs whizzing around to make it even more of a challenge. There will be 12 AT-TEs and at least 1 must make it to the circled area in between the Separatist tank outposts and if they aren't able to make it, it's an automatic defeat. The AT-TE's have to get to the crest of the hill on the other side of the ravine. The more that make it, the more reward points for each player. The more AT-TEs the CIS team take down, the more points they get. Effective use of the AT-RTs and AT-TE main guns would help to clear the path to Lessu and LAAT fire could help scour droid infantry from the canyon sides. However, just as well, accurate AAT fire could shoot down a fair few LAATs in turn. It's a balancing act and the Republic team has to take the initiative and cross the rock bridge over the canyon and not allow themselves to be pinned down and destroyed. As noted, it'd be better for the more skilled players to man the vehicles and knock out as many droid tanks as possible to ease off the fire pouring onto them as they move up the narrow road. A command post on the bridge must be taken first, with some droid barricades and gun posts to clear, but after that checkpoint on the road is taken move forward to allow the AT-TEs to fan out and take the outposts one by one. Phase/Stage 3 will end when the last tank depot's command post is captured and the droid AI tanks are also finished off. At this point, the teams will load into a third and final map for Lessu itself. Having defeated the Separatists on the road to the capital, all that remains is to capture the city and apprehend Emir Wat Tambor. - PHASE/STAGE 4, FINAL PHASE: *Liberate Lessu* (this will read as 'Bomb Lessu' for the Separatists as they play it) = The Republic must storm the energy bridge to the city gates and overrun the bunkers and bridge defences leading up to the walls. Many smaller gun turrets will have to be dealt with and at least 4 AI controlled AATs will supplement the maximum of 2 human controlled AATs also defending. However, there are three ways for the Republic to fail; three counters will be timing down. One, lasting 5 minutes, for the droids to abandon the command post on the Separatist's side of the bridge, guarding it's entry way. The Republic troops have to capture the command post there to ensure the bridge doesn't go down. If it does, anyone still fighting on the bridge will fall to their deaths (AT-TE's and heroes included) and this will trigger and automatic failure of the mission. The second way for the Republic team to fail at this phase, is for the second timer to run out - lasting 20 minutes. The Republic troops must fight their way into Lessu and capture all six command posts within the city in time, or Dooku's order to bomb Lessu will be enacted before Ahsoka and Anakin can take them out in the air with their starfighters. Although 5 minutes seems harsh for the first of seven command posts to be taken, the sheer weight of numbers, firepower and plentiful heroes should make this doable in the time given. The bridge control room above the gate is the second command post, and that must be taken within 10 minutes or the bridge will automatically shut off. This is the second/third timer to keep an eye on as it will mean an automatic failure if the bridge goes down under any circumstances. AT-TE fire will automatically open a breach/hole in the stonework of the gatehouse and troopers must use this to overrun the gatehouse. Once the gatehouse is secured, the only thing to worry about is the timer for the droid Hyaena bmbers running out. You must save Lessu from being bombed. The third command post will be the courtyard, the fourth an inner checkpoint, the fifth a guard tower, the sixth an access corridor and the seventh and last will be on the landing pad inside the citadel. There Wat Tambor will be able to escape so capturing it before the timer runs out is essential. All of these are fairly close together so 20 minutes (this counter will begin after the gatehouse is captured) to take those six remaining command posts, should be enough (could be 25 minutes etc if that's a bit harsh, or just 15 minutes if too easy at 20 minutes) The total match should last about 45-60 minutes depending. Victory credits would be 2,000 plus if you played from the start. 500 maximum if it ends in Phase/Stage 1, then 750 maximum if it ends in Phase/Stage 2, then 1,250 maximum if it ends in Phase/Stage 3. 1,500 credits awarded minimum if the Republic team loses in Phase/Stage 4 at any point past the gatehouse. *Battle* on Ryloth: 100 VS 100 Blast/Battle mode on Ryloth. Map of choice in my opinion should either be the abandoned village or Lessu. You could include aspects of the steep terrain in both options e.g. huge sheer drops of certain death in a few places. The abandoned village seems to make more sense to me for this, because you can imagine tactical scenarios playing out all over Ryloth where the Clones clear out - or fail to clear out - pockets of Droid defenders in each area. Maybe it'd be a completely different abandoned town to the one in the Galactic Assault version. *Heroes VS Villains* on Ryloth: Preferably in Lessu, probably on the landing platform where Wat Tambor is left behind on for the fun of it. Rows of MTTs and other vehicles would be seen nearby.

I'm starting a star wars campaign (D&D style) where my main and companion character are planning to start an uprising on Ryloth, implementing a paramilitary industrial complex in the underground and far more, too much to mention. The ultimate goal is to have my characters and their former-slave army to find out every pattern the hutts use, where every holdout is... and the location of all vital planetary cities, etc. Using blitzkrieg battle tactics and their inside information provided from their slave agents... We plan on forcing the hutts into extinction and making a gruesome example of everyone involved in their wrong doing. All the while purging hutt space in a grandiose invasion code-named "operation icebreaker"
fyi H.P. Lovecraft's character Cthulhu is imprisoned in a place called R'yloh. Not to mention Cthulhu being the Abaloth arc. I mean everything about her is Cthulhu.
Anytime I hear podracing I think about how Anakin was supposed to be the best pilot in the galaxy and what we got was a kid that never won a race except for the one we saw
Is the tidal-locked thing still canon? In the clone wars and definitely in rebels we see the same areas naturally go from day to twilight to night to dawn-
Offhand, I'd think not. (Also not that real science enters much into it, but five large moons would in all likelihood prevent total tidal locking to the star or else be flung away, but there could be other weirdness involved, (if you prefer a Ryloth 'dark side,' you might imagine the moons make the terminator oscillate over the temperate regions in a way kind of like a day night cycle, I guess. I shudder to try and do the math for that, though. Maybe some Rakatan did, who knows. :) ) )
A hut, because a building wouldn't do much, just shelter you from the weather and provide warmth. And yes, I know you meant Hutt, but you didn't say Hutt, you said hut.

Is the tidal-locked thing still canon? In the clone wars and definitely in rebels we see the same areas naturally go from day to twilight to night to dawn-
I mean I usually am fine crossing legends and canon when they don’t contradict but I think the clone wars eps were even before the Disney buyout?
Offhand, I'd think not. (Also not that real science enters much into it, but five large moons would in all likelihood prevent total tidal locking to the star or else be flung away, but there could be other weirdness involved, (if you prefer a Ryloth 'dark side,' you might imagine the moons make the terminator oscillate over the temperate regions in a way kind of like a day night cycle, I guess. I shudder to try and do the math for that, though. Maybe some Rakatan did, who knows. :) ) )
The lylek looks like a Rakata a lil bit

Our moon doesn’t have a constant dark side it has a side that constantly faces us
You know what I mean and the darkside of the moon is a common way to describe that
What would you rather be. A slave to a hut. Or enslaved by droids ?
A hut, because a building wouldn't do much, just shelter you from the weather and provide warmth.
And yes, I know you meant Hutt, but you didn't say Hutt, you said hut.
This planet should of been in battlefront2 as a map. I like the sub urban, mountainous terrain with the slight vegetation.
Yeah. Would have been too similar to Geonosis though
