    Doesn't "zenzen" also means "not at all" like when somebody says thank you. Also, with "ippai" it also means full like "onaka ippai."

      Yes, you’re’ right😊
      ぜんぜん is flexible. You can use it when someone says “Thank you”
      いっぱい means “a lot, full, a glass/cup of”
      When the stomach is full, you can say おなかいっぱい
