This video was EXTREMELY helpful in building the PR 1100. Very easy to follow along step by step. All the pointers were well taken. Great job and thank you!
I am excited to say I will be purchasing this rack in the next few months. Id like to get the weight storage attachment, I like the way it looks and its function. It will be a big step up from using a squat rack for every lift. This rack seems to be perfect as I highly doubt I will ever do any lift in the +700lbs.
Great video! Can the pull up bar be installed reversely? So the total power cage can be slightly shorter. Does this change how you can work out on the pull up bar?
Hey Shawn - yes it can! Doesn't change too much. Some of our shorter customers do this or those with height limitations in their garages/basements, etc. Thanks!
Any differences besides weigjt load and size of post between the rep 1100 and the pr 4000? Can I get all the attachments that are offered for pr 4000 for the 1100? Can I use a belt squat attachment on the pr1000 and the rogue trolley arms too? I onow the rogue leverage arms fit on the rep 4000
Hey! We are the same height. I have to get on my tippy toes to grab the bar and do a very slight knee bend. Pretty perfect height! Another guy here is 6'2" and just needs to do a full knee bend but still works perfectly.
i've been debating between this or the pr 5000 v2. Only reason for the pr 5000 is the potential attachments I could "use" but its nice to have the option incase later down the line. With this it seems like im limited?
We do have a selection of attachments for our 1000 series racks, but you'll definitely have more attachment options with our 4000 and 5000 series racks. If you're going to want to maximize the versatility of your home gym with new rack attachments, we'd definitely recommend the PR-4000 or PR-5000v2! Just a couple attachments can cut down on the need to add more pieces of equipment to your home gym... saving precious floorspace over the long run!
Right now i have a half rack that is 81.5 inches tall and It fits just perfect right underneath the garage door. i've been looking to lift in a cage just for extra safety and have been looking into this rack. what are the exact measurements of the height? I checked your website it says 82 with the pull up bar flipped, but the picture says its 81 inches. If its 81 inches it would be perfect
The height to the top of the uprights on the PR-1100 is about 81" - email info@repfitness.com if you have additional pre-purchase questions. Excited for you to upgrade your rack!
Interesting cut when you put the first bolts on. I can't get them to go all the way down, have a drill, they stop half way down. I'm guessing you had issues to since you cut right at that point.
Oh that's a much easier way to put the pull-up bar on then doing one bolt on one side, holding it up with my hands and using my monkey feet to pick up up the second bolt I left on the floor.
Thanks for posting this!! While the setup is straightforward, watching it end-to-end gives me the confidence to purchase and set this up

My son and I put this together, including unpacking in under 30 minutes. Great job on an easy to assemble, yet well built rack.

Thank you for showing us how to assemble this big piece of gear by yourself and saving to pay a crew to do it.
Thank you so damn much for having thought to record this. Just got the 1100 rack. I’m super excited to set it up with no problems!
I used your video to build it. Thank you very much for making it easier
This is a great video. I just purchased a pr-1100 and will definitely be referencing this video. Thanks!

Sweet video. Very helpful. Thank you.
This is an excellent video! I followed each step and it went perfectly! Thank you for this video Dan!
Glad it helped! Dan the Man rocks!
Although they are very similar, will these instructions also apply to the PR 1000? It’s hard to find videos to assemble that one.
yes- just the pull up bar is different

@@REPfitness The site says the rack is 84", does that include the pull up bar?
Do you all have a PR-1000 overview video? Or can we go by this one? Are they much different in assembly? Thanks in advance!
I moved and had to reset up my rack and threw out the instructions. This helped me put it back together.

Can I get safety straps fir the rep 1100?
How different is set up for the PR 1000?
I'm putting mine together now
I'm 5'7". Will I be able to do pullups on this rack without my feet touching the ground? Kipping pullups, toes to bar, etc.?

Excellent video Thank You REP!
What length safety straps are recommended for this rack? Thinking about splurging on those for my neighbors peace of mind.

Hi Dan, I’ve been having problems with the nuts tightening. I’ve tried to tight them with a wrench but the uprights are still wobbly

What was that background music at the beginning what the heck I had a hard time focusing that was a whole vibe
Everything was great until I hit the rubber feet. Still cannot place rubber feet down.
Pull up bar won’t fit it’s too tight
