if anyone cares.....I've had my pr1100 for 4-5 weeks and my lat/row for almost 2. Very solid stuff...not high end but i'm very confident in this piece of gear. Would buy again and would upgrade if my future home allows for it. You DO pay for shipping though so plan ahead. Also, cheaper to buy direct than thru Amazon.

What time on the 27th will I be able to purchase this from your website? As soon as it turns 12am or in a specific time?
Hi Jesse - we are not releasing a time for when orders will open back up. The last time we did, the site was flooded and led to a temporary site crash. We are avoiding that this time around.
You said its rated for a 1000 pounds but your website states its rated for 700 pounds
So what about the reviews and pictures on amazon of this rack rusting before ppl even receive it.
We took steps right away by adding a more thorough QC checklist after we had a couple customers point this out on a very small percentage of racks when we first launched the this power rack. We've been running smooth sailing with the PR-1100 for over a year now with thousands of very happy lifters! It's a great rack and we are always here for our customers!

What will make the rack more stable? If I add the weight storage on it would that make it more stable?
Weight storage, the lat pull down low row, sandbags, weight peg holders near the base. All add stability.
You could build a deadlift platform and bolt the rack to that. This adds all of your bodyweight, bench, barbell weight, etc into the stability at the base. Very cheap option to build yourself and doesn’t require drilling the floor or walls. Pretty much just mounting the rack to some plywood and horse stall matts.

One thing that worries me about this rack is the instability and small interior space

Some really strong people lift inside the PR-1100. However, if that is big concern, we recommend upgrading to the PR-4000 or PR-5000
@@REPfitness I preordered the Rep PR-4000 and to say I'm excited is an understatement. I knew I wanted to get a rack that was going to last me for life and this is that rack. I can't wait until it ships out once it comes back in stock.

@@REPfitness I'm very excited about it. To be honest I never thought i'd be able to get a rack of that caliber. I'm looking forward to building it up. Right now I ordered it with the band pegs, front foot extensions, rear stabilizer, sandwich j-cups, safety straps, and the multi-grip pull-up bar. I heard you're making monolift attachments for it, is that true?

How tall are you? I’m 5’8” and I’m trying to decide if this frame is tall enough for me.
Asked one of our team members who is about 5'7" and they said they feel pretty good about this frame. How much are you lifting - bench/squat?

I'm not lifting or squatting anything close to the maximum weight limit. I'm lifting and squatting under 200. I haven't lifted/squatted in years. I mainly do pull ups and chin ups. I'm looking to get one of these to start lifting/squatting alongside chin ups and pull ups. I've been using a door frame chin up/pull up bar, but it is irritating because you have to bend so much at the knee to avoid touching the ground.
If he is still available, can you ask your 5'7" associate if he has to stay bent at the knee to avoid the ground? Would he and I have plenty of clearance from the ground if we were hanging, while keeping tension in the shoulders, from the multi-grip bar?
The multi-grip bar might be the few extra inches above the uprights to avoid the ground.
@@PaulOutsidetheWalls I think you'll be fine... even bending ever so slightly at the knees would be pretty easy. It also depends on the width you're taking for your pull up grip too. Wider will get you more off the ground of course.
I think you'll love this rack and the extra pull up grip options it provides and the added safety for squats, benching, etc. to help you safely achieve your strength goals.
