I was 5'10" and my mother constantly poked me in the back with her finger. One thing that helped me with shoulder and neck pain was, of course, the reps (keep it simple) and when I slept I made sure I was not curling up and that I had my head, neck, and body straight.
I will try as always your amazing workout but I think this time I maybe not be able to do it because of arm injury 😪😪 But I ll give it a try with big attention!! Do you have a special advice for me??
