    Hey Chef Buck, My students won a competition this week using your recipe. It was healthy, easy to make and delicious. The students grew the Zucchini in the school garden and got the rest of the ingredients at the local farmers market. Thanks for the post!!!

    I stumbled upon your channel only a couple weeks ago, and as a chef i initially tried to find fault in how you cook... but i simply can't. You seem like an AMAZING cook and also seem to surprise me in the quality of your food and cooking skills.
    Honestly, keep up the great work, cos you truly are great in the kitchen.

      Cool! I can't wait to try it. I LOVE zoodles but no spiralizer and in the store they charge too much for zoodles. I will prolly be making this a staple. I eat lol carb soup weekly and theres always the point when I have a tiny bit left. It is perfect to eat that over zoodles or even put zoodles in my soup. 😋

    • @dorotheep.693
      @dorotheep.693 7 років тому

      yup, it distributes the herb throughout and the pieces are so tiny that they always cook, especially with flash in the pan cookery that only takes a couple minutes. Not sure about the hands tastier hahaha! that was funny

    • @ChefBuckRecipes
      @ChefBuckRecipes  7 років тому +2

      we've cut way back on pasta, and I don't miss it--I still enjoy it, though! I love carbonara and Alfredo sauces and tend to still cook up pasta with those sauces, although next time I make an Alfredo sauce, I may give it a go with spaghetti squash, but I think the zucchini zoodles would be too watery for a creamy Alfredo

    • @picantesworld7723
      @picantesworld7723 7 років тому +1

      I think so too, they will give off too much water. Just that I'm a diabetic tbh and I think I have to bring my sugars down to a certain level to eat pasta again.

    Do you think zucchini would work in a salad like pasta salad? Maybe let it sit in a colander for a bit to drain? Overnight even.
    Cut up in little half melon balls/shells?
    Yeah, I am getting away from the wheat too! Luv u 2!
