I actually have read fanfiction better than this. Like I've read fanfiction of things that I now consider canon. The biggest problem with this whole trilogy is that no one who worked on it seems to actually care about the series (the higher ups in particular)

We dont even know if these leaks are true or accurate till the movie comes out. This movie has gone through many reshoots and we know that leaks can be bias or over exaggerating and we know that the visuals (the movie) tends to be a lot better then a written leak that takes a couple minutes to read and doesnt describe every little detail. This leak sounds more like a kid wanting a story before going to bed and the parents being like "ugh here's a quick and poor story just because I'm to lazy and want to go do something else" 🙄

Leaks aside, have you noticed how ugly the movie looks? Compare the space battle scenes in the trailers with those of Rogue One. Actually, compare any scene with the lighting and color grading of Rogue One and tell me if you notice a difference. The yellow color grading in EP9 makes characters look like they have hepatitis, there is way too much digital haze, and the blue filter makes the space battle look terrible compared to the crisp natural lighting in comparable scenes in Revenge of the Sith, Return of the Jedi or Rogue One. EP9 is just ugly to look at.

Or if you want to compare with strongly colored scenes, look at Blade Runner 2049. The direction of photography is really bad in Episode 9. J.J. Abrahms has always had this issue in his films, from Mission Impossible 3, which was oversaturated and contrasty to Star Trek (lens flares galore, but at least the space scenes looked great) to TFA, which also had a muddy look and strangely unnatural color grading. Maybe he should hire Roger Deakins or someone of that caliber.

Luke kills Palpatine, Palpatine heals himself and dies in the process, then heals himself again and this time Luke dies, but Kylo saves him, dying in the process, but not really because Chewie throws some strange artefact at him and he is ressurrected and kills (who wants to continue this highly cohesive plot line?)
Except Palpatine had to train for over 50 years under another Sith Lord. And then practicing Battle Meditation on a pretty much galactic scale for a couple decades, only growing stronger in the Force. Rey was.... Mary Sue at most. These spoilers only solidify my decision to never spend a cent on Disney.

I actually have read fanfiction better than this. Like I've read fanfiction of things that I now consider canon. The biggest problem with this whole trilogy is that no one who worked on it seems to actually care about the series (the higher ups in particular)
Yup, that was the plot. 100% accurate. I neither loved nor hated the movie. It didn’t quite live up to the hype. Rogue One was the best of the Disney Star Wars movies.

He's the real "big baddy," so Snoke was just a red herring villain for 2 movies? And why wouldn't Palpatine want the First Order on his side?? They had a fleet, too, and would most likely side with him.

Last I heard there were different endings and numerous re-shoots because Disney wanted J.J. to get it right. If this truly is how the movie will play out, and that's the best ending or plot they can come up with, this will rate as worst that Rian Johnson's trash concept of a film.

Honestly, 7 and 8 were not very good either. The 3 sequel trilogy has exactly the same plot as 4,5,6 but switch Luke with Rey. Han becomes a good man, Kylo becomes a good man.

Then, in the climax of the entire trilogy... he gets no closure, because they introduce a random side character to have a more interesting backstory than him while he looks on, a pedestrian in his own scenes. It's Last Jedi all over again. Did anyone else think it was silly for Rose to know more about First Order politics then Finn, when Finn is the First Order soldier and the main character of the two?

We dont even know if these leaks are true or accurate till the movie comes out. This movie has gone through many reshoots and we know that leaks can be bias or over exaggerating and we know that the visuals (the movie) tends to be a lot better then a written leak that takes a couple minutes to read and doesnt describe every little detail. This leak sounds more like a kid wanting a story before going to bed and the parents being like "ugh here's a quick and poor story just because I'm to lazy and want to go do something else" 🙄

Leaks aside, have you noticed how ugly the movie looks? Compare the space battle scenes in the trailers with those of Rogue One. Actually, compare any scene with the lighting and color grading of Rogue One and tell me if you notice a difference. The yellow color grading in EP9 makes characters look like they have hepatitis, there is way too much digital haze, and the blue filter makes the space battle look terrible compared to the crisp natural lighting in comparable scenes in Revenge of the Sith, Return of the Jedi or Rogue One. EP9 is just ugly to look at.

The direction of photography is really bad in Episode 9. J.J. Abrahms has always had this issue in his films, from Mission Impossible 3, which was oversaturated and contrasty to Star Trek (lens flares galore, but at least the space scenes looked great) to TFA, which also had a muddy look and strangely unnatural color grading.
Maybe he should hire Roger Deakins or someone of that caliber.

Luke kills Palpatine, Palpatine heals himself and dies in the process, then heals himself again and this time Luke dies, but Kylo saves him, dying in the process, but not really because Chewie throws some strange artefact at him and he is ressurrected and kills (who wants to continue this highly cohesive plot line?)
I like that they made Rey a Palpatine, that helps explain her power.
Except Palpatine had to train for over 50 years under another Sith Lord. And then practicing Battle Meditation on a pretty much galactic scale for a couple decades, only growing stronger in the Force. Rey was.... Mary Sue at most. These spoilers only solidify my decision to never spend a cent on Disney.
