Hey everyone, I’ve just dropped a full breakdown on the original cut of the movie before Disney edited it. The movie sounds way better and it fills in a lot of the plot holes. Check it out here - ua-cam.com/video/hCuK1MJUcxY/v-deo.html
Heavy Spoilers I would have done something like Snoke is was a hive mind, and the one that Kylo killed in the end of episode 8 was only part of the hive:
Well at least it's over, and personally these 3 are now "Legends". Seeing Disney delete half canon, then give us *"EP7: The Force Set-Ups"*, followed by *"EP8: The Rian Johnsons"*, didn't expect the best from *"EP9: The Oh-Shit Palpatines"*. Won't lie though, I'll probably watch it when it's out on Disney+ _H264.mkv_ But to me personally, the disney triology is as canon as Kinect SW Galactic Dance-Off. PS : Definition I agree that triologies shouldn't be a rule ... But I think you're mental wanting 1 more of this madness.
Problem with Palpatine is if he just survives certain death, how can he be dead for sure ever? If he is unkillable there is no point in killing him at all ...
No. That'd be like Jon snow being the last of the line left and IDENTIFYING more as a Stark than a Targaryen. Therefore who lives on? a Stark or a Targaryen? Technically both in this case, but whose namesake lives on? It's not about family name. that's the point of ROTS. it's about identity.
Wanna hear something that will piss you off they were supposed to do exactly that and she deleted every scene there were supposed to be multiple scenes with anakin and vader they deleted their scenes and made them voice act instead
Exactly what i said too, I expected a tribute to the fallen ones and a victory ceremony like in episode VI where all the force ghosts appear. That would have been a goose bumper and a nostalgia trip.
Or...hear me out...they all die in a meteor shower and noone is with anyone. We just erase this whole trilogy, which was garbage fanfiction from the beginning (and it was really easy to see this bomb coming, btw...even the blind fans couldn't say anything the landslide of objective criticisms so far. How many warnings did you need). Just make it noncanon and kill it off cuz noone older than 12 cared about anyone in it. GG
Bryan McDonald honestly, I think Lucas could have lived without 4 billion dollars, taking the fact that he already makes billions and billions out of royalties from his movies.
Well if Star Wars fans didn't have to be such whiney lil bitches then perhaps Lucas wouldn't of sold it. Fans can blame and backlash at Disney all they want. But in the end the fans have nobody to blame but themselves. The fans killed Lucas's passion for his beloved franchise. Hell if I was in George's position I would've sold too. No matter what he did fans were never happy.
At the end I'd have liked to have also seen Anakin & Ben stood with Luke & Leia as force ghosts too. Then we'd have all the Skywalker bloodline characters together "on the other side" to finish the final scene in the Skywalker Saga
Emma T Qui gon Jin was mentioned as the first character to communicate from the other realm yet we never saw him. However they had Liam Neeson adding a voice over here and there. There were so many untapped areas - and too many OTT moments RIP Star Wars
MakeTheInternet GreatAgain I did like the scene with Han though. Yeah 100% needed to see Anakin. I thought Hayden Christensen had filmed a scene.. I was waited for him to appear to one of them.
Having anakin in there would have made me feel slightly better....he was the chosen one...to have him see someone else “finish the job” with palpatine......would’ve made it somewhat better...
I really didn’t care for Rey’s “And I am all the Jedi” line. I’d have preferred it if Palpatine had said “I am all the Sith...and you are all alone,” to which Rey replied, “I am never alone.” Then the force ghosts of all the Jedi would materialise behind her, fanning out like an arrowhead. Anakin, Luke, Leia, Yoda, Obi-Wan, Ashoka and Qui-Gon would make up the first two rows behind Rey and, when she started pushing against Palpatine, the ghosts would be seen summoning the force in unison to support her. I think the visual and the look on Palpatine’s face would have been amazing.
Yes, and he really fulfilled what he said in TFA: "I will finish what you started." At that point, he believed that Kylo Ren would finish what Darth Vader started - but it turned out to be Ben Solo finishing what Anakin Skywalker started. He allows the line to continue by giving his life force to - and thus from a certain point of view "fathering" - Rey, who will adopt the name of Skywalker and align herself with that heritage. Anakin Skywalker founded the bloodline - and it is in that respect, not by killing somebody or destroying something - that he brings balance to the force; it is this work that his grandson finishes for him.
@Brian Barlow No...the saga was about Anakin from 1 to 6, covering his entire life beginning to end. Then this fanfiction tried to tack itself on like a poorly written leech.
thelocust619 ep 4-6 were about Luke saving his Father from the Darkside. Ep 1-6 were about the rise and fall of Anakin Skywalker. Ep 1-9 were about the rise and fall of Darth Sidious and his Grandaughter. Each trilogy has a new meaning on the saga as a whole.
Night Rage he don’t have to be at the celebration. He just have say goodbye to Rey(because she’s his only friend in the resistance). I think it would be better if Ben is the one that do the burying of the Skywalker lightsabers on Tatooine, change his name to Ben Skywalker(because it just sounds cooler than Ben Solo), and the movie ends with him walking towards the twin sun set
WiSe La_Mistica ikr...I was actually enjoying his character in this movie, and I would be ok with him kissing Rey although many would disagree with me, but it doesn’t have to be him kissing her and dies like some generic fairy tale story like, what the fuck?! Lol
Gold/white light sabers are covered in star wars lore. This is the natural color of all new light Sabers formed with a fresh kyber crystal. The colour of the blade will then slowly change to reflect the nature of the person welding it. Green is for a Jedi who has a strong mental connection with the force. Blue is for Jedi who are more warrior/guardians and physical channels of the force. Red is obviously for evil/Sith dark side users who's light sabers have been "bled". So her Saber was simply a new one made from a fresh unused crystal indicating she was now walking her own path and not luke or leiahs. At least that my take.
It’s a good take on it, but the yellow lightsaber tends to be more in tune with the Jedi temple guards or if you look it up on google than I guess the Jedi sentinels
The Gold blade by Temple guards are, for lack of a better term, generic, they aren't entwined with a single person's force signature through meditation. They also passed the saber down from guard to guard because they aren't personal. Ahsoka turned blade was white because it was pure or sterile.
@ yes that would be the other option. If she used kylos dark side blade and "cleared it". After a light Saber has been bled by a sith and turns red if a light side user clears it of dark energy then it returns to its neutral clear color and is unable to take on the color of its wielder again. It stays the clear color permanently. So Its also possible I guess she took kylos blade and cleared it.
@ it was said temple guards blades did not change and take on a color due to the complete abandonment of their identity and emotional detachment required for the position. On taking this position they ceased to be an individual and became anonymous sentinels starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Color
They should have had darth Plagueus be the big bad, would have been much better, especially with the introduction of bringing people back to life, as it would link to his ability ro do sk.
I Have Mixed Feelings About This Film... - I Envisioned This Film To Be All About 'The Rise Of Anakin Skywalker' Meaning For Anakin To Do What All Previous Films Had Been Going On About, To Claim His Title As The Chosen One, Bring Balance To The Force And Bring The Trilogy The Close We All Have Been Clamouring For - The Poor Guy He Left His Mother As A Child To Train As A Jedi And Then The Next Time He Visits Her As An Adult She Was Brutally Killed, That Led Him To Becoming Angry, Uncertain And Uneasy - Then He Had Fears About Losing His Wife Which He Eventually Did And Then This Led Him To The Dark Side And Palpatine Kept On Playing Tricks On Him To Become His Apprentice And Became Darth Vader - At The End He Realised Palpatine Was Just Using Him So What Should Have Happened In The Rise Of Skywalker Is... As A Redeemed Anakin Skywalker He Should Have Took Revenge On Palpatine For All The Lies And Deceitfulness And Killed Him Once And For All - Anakin Should Have Been The One To Kill Palpatine, The Whole Trilogy Was About Him Being 'The Chosen One' - Anakin Skywalker Has The Most Deepest And Saddest Story I've Ever Heard, Even Though It's All Fictional - Just Really Wanted To See Anakin Appear Even As A Ghost, A Voice Isn't Good Enough, Imagine If Palpatine Had Said To Rey Or Ren 'Join Me And I Will Complete Your Training' And Suddenly You Hear 'LIAR' Being Shouted At By Anakin And It's Him Either As A Survivor From Death Or As A Ghost, Would Have Been An Epic Moment And You'd Have Heard Massive Cheers In The Cinema And Even Some Tears - Would Have Been Nicer To See The Younger Ghost Forms Of Luke And Leia Standing Beside Their Dad Anakin At The End Since It Is All About The Skywalkers Basically My Point Is... Disney Has Pissed All Over My Childhood And Made All The Legendary Characters Like Anakin And Obi Wan Some Kind Of After Thought, Like Their Almost Non Existent. I Don't Think I Want To Watch Any More Disney Films Ever Again I Am Literally So Heartbroken 💔
Yeah I agree and I came to terms with him not coming back so I was rooting for kylo to become the next anakin so when he Became good I was loving it because it felt like anakin was reborn through him but they killed him and that pissed me off like crazy
I really hate Finn though. He over exaggerates all of his emotions, like when he always yells out “Rey!!!!”. Dude is not at all important, and they would have all been fine even if he died...
No Rey is a skywalker because she said so! Absolute bullshit. Imo Palpatine should’ve killed ren and Rey. Anakin, Luke and leia should’ve destroyed palpatine as ghosts. That would be the rise of skywalker!
@@user-sy9jn2zf8mAnakin did get his revenge in Return Of The Jedi by killing Palpatine and saving Luke, The End... The last 3 movies was just pure greed!!
Heavy Spoilers ha ikr, they seem to gloss over that part. They even made a point of showing that not all storm troopers were bad, as most were abducted and made into child soldiers. Aside from that, at least one or more of those ships is intact - what’s to stop someone going back to get one? Seeing as so many people know the address now xD
For that moment though it was necessary, to save his son from the death of palpatine, its not hard to figure that out. It was his chance to turn away from the dark.
Red, green and blue are the primary colors. Adding red and green light yields yellow. You can see it by using a magnifying glass to look at the pixels on your monitor.
It depends on whether you are talking light or paint. RGB are the primary colors for light and RYB are the primary colors for paint. Therefore, yellow is the mix of red and green for LIGHT sabers
With the thing about Finn wanting to tell Rey something, I’m pretty sure it was answered. From when he said it Finn focused very much on having a ‘feeling’ and says that he understands Rey and what she was going through. My suspicions were confirmed when he sensed that Rey was in danger during the final fight scene. Because of this I think Finn was trying to tell Rey he may be very slightly force sensitive.
Ben White no darth plagues (sorry don’t know how to spell it)had the ability to create life using the force when using this power he made shmi aka anakins mother pregnant and also a virgin for life
I like how he survived a blown up death star but couldn’t survive some weak force lightning that Mary Sue blew back in his face with her ultimate power 😂😂
they said cloning . like jurassic park. but your right they didnt overly talk about it. I think bringing back.the actor who played him was smart. he was one of the big stars in this film.
I wish when Rey said “and all the Jedi live in me”, the Force Ghosts of Luke, Obi-Wan, Yoda, Mace Windu, Anakin (as Hayden Christensen), Ki-Adi-Mundi, Kit Fisto, and all the other Jedis from the prequels appeared and fought Palpatine’s forces, and Anakin’s Force Ghost killed Palpatine.
It was the one thing this filmed missed.. the opportunity to bring everyone back as a forces ghost and finish of palpatine.. bit like in Assassins Creed.. would have loved Ben to have been next to luke and Leia at the end as well
No next chapter they will have new sith lord and have no choice to bring Luke and Ben and Han solo and other jedis back from the dead to help with battles fuck I'll. write next script if I have to
I’ve came here to say to all the peeps commenting this is the last one... and even if you get another movie it’s gonna be by Disney ... and Disney just fs stuff up
I was actually OK with Rey being a Palpatine. That could have been really cool. I didn't like the fact that Ben just dies at the end, hence basically killing the original 3 movie characters. In my opinion, it would have been better and more epic to let both of them live on to guide the next generation. I think the pairing of the two families would have been a much more suitable ending and pay homage to Luke, Leah and Han. As for the rest of the film, it had it's good moments and its meh moments. They tried to hard to to pull emotional strings with original fans while leaving them really flat at the end. I mean, all the sacrifes made to get you those light sabors. Don't just burry them like you're trying to bury the past. In the end, it could have been worse, it could have been better. It didn't have much to work with as a setup from the first two films, and I think most true fans will just say, "Sticking to the original 3, thank you."
He had to die, was the whole universe supposed to forgive all the atrocities that he had commited? A return to the light side and death was as good of an ending as he could have asked for.
Deconstruction of ideals, cutting down roots are the ways of the dark elite on planet earth. Tragic this is. Only a fully trained jedi with the force as his ally can confront the choosen ones who shall not be named.
Amen someone else thinks 9 shouldve been split to 2 movies. Just release 9 and 10 back to back years for a proper story. look at harry potter and deathly hallows part 1 and 2
Palpatine did not survived a fall, or a nuke. He survived from an explosion that destroyed the Little Planet were he was. But Mary suewalker, who never received any force lesson from any master, is stronger than that. Too bad she did not overpowered the planet killer beam as well, with her second hand laser blade
@@ehh54 Palpatine does genuinely get defeated in the EU and unlike in Canon they gave a reason why he came back which tied into the PT that GEORGE LUCAS made. And it is kinda pathetic trying to justify something in Canon by comparing it to material in the EU that are competely different.
Rey and Ben absolutely killed it in this movie, so much emotion. People will find things to complain about but at the end of the day this movie is enjoyable, makes sense and closes out the saga. Just enjoy it man, dont over think it.
I’m so confused by this trilogy, so can someone explain to me why Luke would try and assassinate Ben/Kylo for him potentially turning to the dark side but somehow he had enough good faith in Rey even though he and Leia potentially knew she was a Palpatine? I don’t understand how Luke came from literally confronting Palpatine and bringing Anakin back to the light side (in Return of the Jedi) to potentially killing his nephew over a hypothetical fear of him going dark which In turn forces kylo to go dark because of said hypothetical fear? Where did we go wrong? And why wouldn’t Rey just call herself Rey Organa or Rey Solo since she had a stronger connection to those people? Calling herself Skywalker seems like fans service for people who wanted her to be Luke’s secret daughter.
Dude, in the theater I was like she wouldn't be called skywalker cuz they're not related and literally the guy next to me said skywalker not knowing the relation :P
Where did we go wrong you ask??? Ask George why he sold SW to Disney. He should have known better what to expect with his legacy. Deconstruction politics of all ideals that give hope for people who would wanna change the world.
The hardest or disappointing part is that Disney killed off the Skywalker blood line. REY may have taken the name...but Palpatine blood runs through her veins.
Respect your opinion, however I have to say I enjoyed the film immensely. There was a lot to like. The main characters weren’t split up for the entire film, like Last Jedi, so you could see them interact with each other. I actually enjoyed the pace, they handled much of the exposition by weaving it into a lot of action. Each character had a similar crises to work through, and I thought the way Kylo and Rey dealt with it was awesome. I could go on with the things I enjoyed about the film. It did seem like JJ Abrams pretty much said NOPE to everything Rian Johnson did with the Last Jedi, but I feel he worked it out admirably and turned it into a film I’ll watch repeatedly.
feel the same walking out, don't have a lot i personally have to say was bad about it, i was happy walking out of the theater! might have helped with my incredibly low expectations but still! :)
I agree 150% I also wasnt sure how the film would go b/c the Last Jedi really threw some curve balls at us. So my expectations being low helped me just relax and go with whatever. And I got to say I loved every second of it. The characters being together alot of the time was very enjoyable, and the cast did a fantastic job! There were moments of real stakes I felt, and the whole saying goodbye to Leia/ Carrie felt extremely genuine and made me tear up lol Paplpatine also was terrifying in this film which is why I didn't mind his return
I just saw the rise of Skywalker, and personally I thought it was the best out of the current trilogy. The force awakens and the last jedi created alot of questions that the rise of Skywalker answered. If you look at the movie by it self it definitely seems fast passed and maybe rushed. But if you watch it and have the context of the previous movies in mind, it's an incredible movie. Personally I thought it had alot of great moments and tied together the trilogy well.
The explanation is simple. Disney had no idea how to explain mary sue rey, and came up with a lame:: "Rey, i am your grandfather" from palpatine, that made NO SENSE. Not to mention that now both Luke and Anakin were made USELESS. The empire was not stopped and palpatine was not killed in episode 6. Anakin suicided for nothing. Luke trained for nothing, beliving he could become a Jedi master, while Rey never needed anything like that. She kicked the ass of the emperor, even without takin lessons from anyone
Couldnt agree more!! Started already with the unexplained existence of the first order and the huge starkiller that was possible to be finished without the attention of the victorios rebels. Ep7 was already bs
@Multi Fandom Edits i am used to be branded as an hater, from Disney star wars fan, from Dragonball supers fan... And some other franchises that were ruined in the past 10 years. But the force is still with me, and i know is not the dark side :)
You have my respect for trying to make some sense out of the crap that is episode 9. I am sure that no one at Disney has analysed this plot and movie in such detail as you.
No matter what, People would have complained about this movie. It’s either to similar to other Star Wars movies, too far off from other Star Wars movies, doesn’t play enough into the lore of Star Wars, or plus too much into Star Wars lore. There is literally no chance of winning here. Did the movie have problems? Of course...almost all movies miss things. Did it seem a bit rushed? Yes it did However, you can’t sit there and say when you watched this movie the first time that you didn’t like watching it. Most people making these reviews are too critical on story plot. The action was phenomenal, finally showing how powerful the force really is was great. Kylo arena character development was perfect...he is likely one of if not THE best character in all of Star Wars history imo. Let’s all remember, he beat Rey this time.
TerroristNeutralizer Based on these movies, Vader would have been curb stomped in a heart beat. Vader never once in the movies ever really showed his power. Sure we know how powerful he is based on novelization. However, in the movies...they never wanted to showcase his powers. These latest movies actually show how powerful the force really is. Kylo Ren in this movie vs Vader in his movies, it’s not even remotely close. Kylo completely destroys him.
@@rey8812 there was so much going for you in the last two movies, a *nobody* that grew up surviving and scavenging that is strong in the force. But NOPE, your a Palpatine, and now your living out your days on Tatooine.
EccentricJoe all the sequels suck even the farce awakens which is a new hope copy. Sequels were doomed from day one empire after rebels again with luke leia and hans work of the originals undone and them back to square one. Disgusting movies
Palpatine died in Return of the Jedi. Period. In terms of Luke, Leia, and Han, everyone lives happily ever after once the celebration with the Ewoks ends. Sure, parts of the galaxy are still outlaw territory, so the Mandalorian works well there, and thus, Baby Yoda saves Star Wars.
Hi @Arikm7, I'm Jesus first because I'm not perfect, but I know that Christ takes away my sins when I repent, so I'm a better person. That's the true meaning of Christmas, but I'm happy we can share each other's love for the part of Star Wars that works.
Bradyn Lawrence so you okay with them shitting on anakin’s character by making a mary sue beat palpatine (who shouldnt have even be alive and was stupidly brought back) and then just call herself a skywalker just why tf not ? ok then
y’all critics are terrible. this movie was beautiful! all of it! it did a great job of rewriting the crappy last jedi and closed out the saga with a great movie all around. why is negativity so prominent in our world. why can’t we have positive reviews, critics are way too picky. just enjoy the movie for what it is. it’s great
I just finished the movie and I'm happy with how it turned out.. I'm so much more satisfied with how it turned out going into it without expectation.. It was definitely super fast paced but it answered a ton of questions and the effects dept absolutely killed it.
@@BJ-dn2ji It's not one of the best for me but I was so relieved leaving the theater because of how worried I was. I played a lot of mental games lowering my expectations for the movie and honestly? It blew them away, thankfully. There's a few nitpicks I have for the story but for the most part, I'm so happy I saw it.
I personally think that episode 9 wasn't a bad movie if you look at it from a certain star wars fan perspective. There was a lot of fanservice and they used a lot of stuff from star wars legends which I really appreciate. For example the force storm from palpatine was a very nice thing to see, also the abilities which Rey now has, are well explained because of this. If you look at this movie with the knowledge from legends, you will find lots of cool stuff (yellow light saber, force storm, healing abilites etc.). I think the main issues of this movie are the plot conveniences which are permanently present. It is bad written, plus some characters are literally just useless and are adding nothing to the plot (Finn, Rose, Jannah).
AhriKitsune I agree, not written the best it if Abrams would’ve directed all three or would’ve been way better. We have Disney to thank for that. Plus Disney wouldn’t approve an unsafe ending anyways so not sure why people expected one. I think ultimately it ended in a good place. Could it have been better? Yes, but could it have been a lot worse? Absolutely. Honestly it’s one of my favorites, it wrapped up what needed to in enough sense but did require a good amount of external Star Wars knowledge to feel that way. Casuals will probably not understand a lot of things in the film
I think it was much better than the last jedi atleast although poor, they did something to fill the plot holes they created. Obviously all 3 movies in my opinion were poorly written. I agree they needed another movie to pull themselves out of the hole they dug themselves in. Finally, I think 6-7/10 is what i will give this movie and again people just like this video is based on an opinion, this comment is just my opinion.
Vulcan Blaze i agree, by no stretch of the imagination The Last Jedi is a better movie. The last Jedi is a parody of itself. It’s impossible to erase purple hair lady, Mary Poppins Leia, Corny kiss Rose Tico, Wasted Cptn. Phasma, Blue milk breasts, or Casino planet. As an episode of a TV space comedy would have worked, but not worth the Star Wars title.
Im going to say this just to throw it out. I DONT think this was deliberate by Lucasfilm or Disney, but just a different angle I thought of. What if Palpatine isnt really human at all? The Prophecy read “The Chosen One will bring balance to the Force”. What if Palpatine & Rey are actually parts of or the Force itself? I’m not trying to defend or condemn anything, but what if the Skywalkers were the Chosen One all along and they were not dealing with “Normal” people, but Force beings like in the Clone Wars. If Palpatine is actually a Force being, then was his goal really universal domination? Or perhaps the destruction of the Light side of the Force, which he does several times? Sure he had the Empire going, but he never really did anything with it. He used the Death Star a few times to show muscle (if he made the call, which u could say it was someone like Tarkin), but thats it. Vader’s death stopped Paplatine from destroying Luke’s light, which kept the Light side going. I still think Luke’s greatest story is never told. I think Luke’s story is somewhere between Ep 6 & 7. Kylo’s story was helping Rey actually defeating Palpatine (who again may not be totally dead now [godhood]). IF Rey is a Force being, then her powers kinda makes sense. The only true bust in this theory though is Rey probably shoulda died permanently at the end to actually bring “True” balance. By Kylo dying instead, it kinda feels weird bcuz then the definition of “balance” comes into question, bcuz she could either b both Jedi & Sith or theres just the Force & no “sides” like Jedi or Sith. just throwing it out.
That’s where you’re wrong my friend. You have to listen carefully when Rey is standing before Palpatine and you’ll hear the siths of the past refer to duel of the fates
The movie starts well building the tension. Everything looks good even the choreography of the fighting scenes, the cgi, which I guess the special effects were what made the originals great. Story - you wanted a darker tone to the movie like everything is these days. Cloning was always the emperor way of surviving way back from the time of Dark Empire graphic novels. It has some good feel good moments and a lot of eye candy. It's a movie and meant to appeal to all different audiences. I liked it, it wasn't perfect, but I did enjoy it.
I agree for the most part. A few things I think hurt the film more so than help. -the kiss, I mean relationships lead to the dark side. Just as dear ole Anakin. -Leah being a Jedi. It was just a way to explain her scene in TLJ. They went way beyond what needed to be said. Luke could’ve just been like I made this lightsaber in case she ever wanted to train. -and the ole Rey getting healed. I’d have been torn to see her stay dead but kylo suddenly being able to force ghost and heal after swapping back to the light was ehh at best. Even after those things that got me. I still love Star Wars. All of them. I got out what I felt and now I’m good. I’ll still buy the blu ray. I’ll still rewatch on a holiday weekend with my family. I’ll still buy merch.
@@blacksun6245 the sith order during Darth bane and his reign, the start of the jedi order, Darth raven, the sith race being found and destroyed and the sith taking their name. The sky walker story line is such a small span of time over the entire star wars universe. If you play the games or read the books it's a whole lot of content.
🎬🎉Star Wars fans read this!! ROS Final Battle: Rey is knocked back by Palpatine Palpatine says "you cant defeat me! I'm all the Sith!" ...and then you see Darth Maul appear behind Palpatine, Then Count Dooku, Then maybe another Sith, and finally Darth Vader Then Rey on the floor, looking to the Stars pleads and says: "be with me" ....and then, Obi Wan appears behind Rey, then Ashoka, Qui Gon Jin, Windu, Yoda, Luke and Finally Anakin So then the camera pans out and the audience sees a line of Sith and a line of Jedi Then Rey gathers strenght, rises up and says "and Im all the Jedi" She raises her lightsaber up to the stars (like the original StarWars poster) Then all the Jedi throw their lightsabers towards Rey's blue lightsaber an then we see for the first time Reys lightsaber turn the Gold color Then all the Sith get angry and throw their lightsabers at Rey and Rey's Gold lightsaber desintegrates all those red lightsabers, Palpatine gets blinded by the clash So Rey penetrates Palpatine with the Gold lightsaber saying "The force is with the Jedi" And the battle ends. With this ending we would have seen: Luke Skywalker in his iconic ROTJ black outfit and a green lightsaber, we would have seen Darth Vader, Anakin Skywalker and all the major Sith and the Major Jedi back on screen one final time!
@@PhilVillagerOffical He's probably on the prophecy and all that. Some people don't realize the prophecy was covered in the cartoon, Clone Wars. Season 3 or 4 or so. Anakin was supposed to literally balance the force. Anakin chose instead to save his friends from death, Ahsoka and Obiwan. In doing this the force being he was suppose to replace in balancing the force tells him his choice will have repercussions throughout the galaxy. He goes on to show him everything even Anakin choking and killing Padme. he can't accept it and begins to lose it. So this being takes away his memories. The end. Prophecy no more. the rest of the skywalker saga is dealing with these ripples. That's it. Episode 9 basically brings these ripples to a close.
FBI AGENT 77 They undid every character arc the last 6 movies created. Just look at any Mark Hamill interview at any of these conventions lol, he was really vocal about it.
Paul Wiltz episode 9 didn’t close no ripples lmao. If anything it was trying to undo everything Episode 8 did for 80% of the movie and then they ruined the sky walker arc , ya know the arc that Star Wars is all about and revolves around, by killing off their whole bloodline and they cut off all of Hayden’s ep9 scenes , and then to make up for the huge plot holes revolving around Rey they made her a palpatine and since it’s 2019 they made her self identify as a sky walker lmfao, shits a huge clusterfuck, it’s only a good movie if you don’t think about it and what was the end goal of this movie.
Kristen Kristen palpatine is the father of anakin or at least thats what they show in a comic of darth vader from 1 or 2 years ago so technically he is right skywalkers and palpatines are family
Personally the film is like my 3rd favorite out of them all. I love that palpatine came back because now it's credible that throwing any force user into a chasm or off a cliff. NEVER. WORKS. EVER. this is cannon and official in full now. There were alot of holes and problems but honestly it all felt minor. I love that Rey found her own path and officially adopted the Skywalker legacy as her own and I'm pretty excited to see what happens next.
@Connorshark tbh I had cold feet going into it because of the reviews. But watching it showed me 2 things. 1) the plot is alot more linear and succinct compared to the other 2 films in the set. 2) Critics hated the last Jedi because is super all over the place, now they hate that this film fixed everything the last Jedi broke. There's a few points where the dialogue does feel rushed and I was personally ok with that. The only thing I had a problem with was the final battle. I was hoping for a climatic duel but didn't get it. That's the only negative I have of the film.
same. the force is feminist don't forget about that. in my neighbor country, the movie is being advertised like this “We especially recommend it for the promotion of gender equality” but in Spanish. lol
At some point during the movie, I was expecting a Stargate and Harry Potter and Gollum passing through, on the back of a decepticon. No worries, they were running away from Alien and Predator.
Well, my friend. Let me explain why you got literally everything you just asked for. Through the study of ancient hieroglyphs carved on artifacts passed down through the family members of the main character, the heroes find a path to a mysterious and unknown planet. On this planet, the dark Lord who was defeated many many years ago was a shadow of his former self and quietly amassed a dark army while orchestrating a long-term plan to regain his former vitality and power. When facing this dark Lord, the hero had to literally sacrifice herself to kill the dark Lord because they were inexplicably linked by birth and fate and magic. But luckily, never before seen magic was successfully used to bring her back to life. And all of this was brought to you by an emotionless and strangely wily and powerful monster who really really resembles a penis and came to life by bursting forth from the dying carcass of the Star Trek franchise. Oh and there was another monster who was featured in one pretty great action sci fi film who valiantly tried to exterminate the chest bursting monster and all of the monster's future atrocities at the expense of his own life but he failed. Edit: oh i forgot transformers. Hmmm. Transformers didn't really have a plot so i don't know what to say. My bad. I guess there were cute little robots and explosions.
7:01 Spoilers: He was trying to tell her he had the force. In the movie, he shows signs of being force sensitive, like how he felt when Rey died, and when he knew where the signal was coming from.
Spoilers below This movie just feels so incomplete and while watching it I didn’t feel like I was watching Star Wars. And all these plot holes... like maybe they want to explore that in books or something but not everyone reads them. At least the thing with Palpatine suddenly having a son should have been explained. Or why Leia died when she reached out to Ben because we saw Jedi reaching out to others before and it was like totally normal (eg Luke to Leia in esb) Another thing: why did they kill Ben? It just felt so useless. I mean he just turned to the light side, Reylo kissed and he died. Wtf why? And he didn’t even have a force ghost. Even Anakin had one in rotj. In general I feel like they gave the fans most of what they wanted to see, like Reylo, Han or a light side Ben but in a bad way (though I was personally rooting for the “Rey and Ben form a neutral side like the Grey Jedi” theory which obviously didn’t happen) and then destroyed most of it with that ending and all those unnecessary plot twists. The whole trilogy is just a way for Disney to exploit Star Wars and their fans for more money. If you have the upper hand in such a big franchise why don’t you at least make it enjoyable? It could have been so good. Imagine something like the Thrawn trilogy as a movie. That would have been so great. But these three movies just feel like they don’t fit together which is probably a side effect of different directors and planning them one at a time instead of as a whole. Am I the only one who thinks that way?
I was hoping for what you said to, that if Ben and Rey were connected that if they both lived, they could have balanced each other out . It’s such a waste to kill of Ben. And it didn’t seem to make sense.
Nina Emerald I think they need another movie of some sort. Not like a 4th to the sequel but more like a movie similar to Solo and Rogue One to explain everything.
Palpatine: "I've returned" Kylo: "How?" Palpatine: "Plageuis brought me back through the use of his power" Kylo: "But Plageuis is dead. Unless Snoke is Plageuis, but that makes no sense, because I don't remember you ever saying Plageuis could bring himself back, so how could you possibly come back?" Palpatine: "Uh... Yes" Kylo: "They forgot to give you a reason to come back, didn't they?" Palpatine: "Uh... Do it, I love democracy, execute order 69 or whatever" Kylo: "Did you just try to use fanservice on me?" Palpatine: "GET OUT"
I don't think it was anywhere near as bad as its being made to sound. It wasn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination but was far better than the last Jedi. Unfortunately there was always going to be people who didn't like it, its the nature of the beast. For me I think it would have been more conclusive had Rey have actually died though.
TROS left some questions unanswered. Like really, who were Rey's parents (their story)? Did Palpatine created a child through the Force, or else had sexual relations with an unknown someone? How did he survive that fall at the end of "Return of the Jedi"? Was Leia a Jedi? Did she ended the training to gain the title? Why does Kylo Ren become a good guy so quickly and so completely? And why was he so obsessed with becoming the next Vader in the first place? And what about the Knights of Ren? What are their motivations? Reylo kiss was really necessary? Who's in charge of the government now? Is the Resistance equipped in any way to govern a galaxy? Was balance brought to the Force at the end?
Rey's dad is palpatines son, probably created as anakin was, through the force, but what about her mom? It would be interesting if she was from a Jedi line. Leia was trained by Luke and from her blue saber is a Jedi knight, but she doesn't pursue her training further. I don't think the force is balanced. Rey now has a "yellow" light saber, which is orange, signifying a complete allegiance to the light side of the force. I think in legends it's explained that wielders of an orange saber rarely choose violence, only as a last resort, and are compassionate and diplomatic. Po is now the general of the resistance, and I imagine goes on to lead a final assault on the remaining imperial forces, afterwards forming a new republic among the star systems in the galaxy.
@@mdkruse2 Yeah I agree. The movie doesn't need to answer every single question. People can assume stuff and still enjoy the movie while still not having to know every single detail about it.
I disagree with the notion that Last Jedi was better. Last Jedi is what broke this franchise. Had Last Jedi progressed the story, this film wouldn't have had the onus of trying to complete a trilogy with no second act.
Star wars nerds just wanted a repeat of the original nothing would have made the nerds happy. The fans ruined this trilogy by constantly complaining which affected the creation of all three.
Robot killer I think the last jedi was a very good movie ,but it did make it hard for abrams to finish the story he created. The last jedi will be looked back on as one of the greatest standalone star wars films ever but that’s the problem it doesn’t align with the other two and ruins the trilogy as a whole.
Mate, honestly. 'They don't explain how the lightsabre was fixed'. I bet if they'd shown a scene of them repairing the lightsabre, you would've complained about it being a pointless scene, because it would be, and it doesn't matter. I've just come back from watching this movie and I swear the internet is infected with being a miserable bastard syndrome. Star Wars was never a complex story-telling platform. It's cliché fantasy in space, it's simple light versus dark, good versus evil, magic and swords. Basic. I think people really need to drop unrealistic expectations, expecting an age defining movie such as the first ever Star Wars, every time they release a movie is a sure fire path to depression and never enjoying anything again.
I bet there are a lot of people that liked it(me included). People just want to seek acceptance by saying starwars sequels suck because its the "cool thing to do".
I actually quite liked it. I think it was a fitting ending to the skywalker saga, and it dit what it should. I think JJ did a good job with what he was given and trying to clean up after the mess that was The Last Jedi. That said, it still has some flaws. I agree that Palpatine was kinda shoehorned in, but again, I think he served a purpose, which any random villain could have served tbh, but it being Palpatine, is just an example of the INSANE amount of fan-service in this film. Some like it, some don't, I don't mind it. It just seems to be a big apology for The Last Jedi. But I digress. It definitely had some flaws, but I think it overall worked and was a fitting ending for the saga. P.s My friends and I were talking about the yellow lightsaber at the end. First of all, where did she get it from? My friends and I have 2 theories. She either fused the two lightsabers together, but that just seems kinda weird, not building them herself, but buried them? 2. theory is that it's her staff, that she had all along. Especially because the handle of the lightsaber had a striking resemblance to the top/bottom of the staff
Hey Definition, where do you think the Star Wars universe will go from here? In the past to the Old Republic, more of the Mandalorians, or will Disney just bring back the entire expanded universe?
@@heavyspoilers I'm actually hoping Feige or some talented autuer brings to the screen some of the older sagas from the old republic or something to that effect. Some of the old Sith Lords were actually interesting characters..some rather likable too.
Heavy Spoilers skywalker bs thrawn that was the best in my opinion the Eu was flawed but it a still 1000 times better than these sequels. I’ll take Jaina and jacen and over rey and kylo
ok first onto things I liked. Seeing Carrie Fisher again. Seeing Harrison playing Han again (probably the best part of the film), The resistance finally showing up. The fights in the RotJ death star looked fantastic. Lando making a showing. Leia becoming one with the force. Ben giving up his life for Rey, Chewie finally getting his medal. Missed opportunities: Not having Anakin come back as a force ghost to in some way mentor Ben, not having Luke, Anakin, Leia somehow help Rey and Ben defeat Palpatine. Not introducing the idea of grey jedi (the inner struggle of Ben/kylo and Rey and her true parentage manifest itself into the concept that perhaps the true way of the force is balance and not light/dark side. Things I hated: the big bad being Palpatine. 1000's of star destroyers with Death star tech... I mean planet killing machines AGAIN??!, the whole journey to find a device to find the Sith Lair.. all that time could have been better spent..oh I don't know.. character development? Not nearly enough screen time for Luke. The whole idea of teleporting objects.. I mean if just imaging yourself from one planet to another kills someone like Luke.. how the hell does actually teleporting an object for real not completely waste you?. Final thoughts.. I agree with you.. 5 of 10 rating sounds about right. I think the whole concept of these films could have been handled better a lot better. And I don't mind Rey and Ben as the focal characters. But its put to bed now. Hopefully now that they can get away from the whole Skywalker story and onto original ideas they can come up with something better. Kennedy probably has to go though.. I don't think she has a clue how to handle this franchise. Take your lessons from the Mandolorian.. that is the kind of direction you need to go in. I think in the end for this movie they paid too much attention to the haters on Reddit..
I've seen the movie yesterday, and even today I don't know how to react to it...that tells something..I'm happy to see the universe one more time...but..the mandalorian episode 7 was so much better...
Yellow is definitely a mix of red and green light, if you mix all the colours in pigment you get black, but with light you get white, look at sun light, it's pure white yet it's the full spectrum of colours, ever seen a rainbow?
They could have discovered where Exogol was in the first 10 minutes correct they could have but that would have been horrible. It makes sense that Palpatine was re-purposing his empire from a location in the universe that was //extremely// well hidden. Thus it would naturally take a considerable effort to locate it.
Great breakdown! I actually loved Rise Of Skywalker after an epic re-watch of all of the films leading up to it. Totally agree that four movies would have worked better, and it was rushed. It did remind me of the feel that Revenge of The Sith gave me, which again finally got to the "good" bit of the prequels.
I think as a film it's good but the fact it's a film which has the expectation of finishing off saga like star wars' means it probably should have done more -I know it was a mess in places but had they ignored the problems from episode 8 everyone would be moaning about how they effectively ignore episode 8
I actually enjoyed the movie. I agree some parts felt a bit rushed but overall I thought they did a great job, this movie was so much more emotional than the others. I was on the brink of tears when Leia died, the scene where Poe is about to give up, turns around and sees thousands of ships being led by the falcon piloted by Lando and Chewie, nostalgia. The part that hit me the most was the end scene on tattooine, seeing Luke's old home and himself and leia as force ghosts really gave me goosebumps, followed by Rey staring up into the double sunset just as Luke had, gave me a feeling I've never felt watching a movie before.
We can just pretend it didn't happen, and that it was like Shitty Fan Fiction, and with luck they'll get Dave Filoni to head the whole thing up, toss everything into the KOTOR universe or some period far after the Disney Trilogy and redo the entire universe from there, ignoring their awful first attempt.
This movie really isn’t that bad. I came in with a low bar set after already seeing spoilers and bad reviews, and after watching it I can say it ends very well. There are some things in this movie I didn’t agree with, but you can’t please everyone.
Hey everyone, I’ve just dropped a full breakdown on the original cut of the movie before Disney edited it. The movie sounds way better and it fills in a lot of the plot holes. Check it out here - ua-cam.com/video/hCuK1MJUcxY/v-deo.html

Won't lie though, I'll probably watch it when it's out on Disney+ _H264.mkv_
But to me personally, the disney triology is as canon as Kinect SW Galactic Dance-Off.
PS : Definition I agree that triologies shouldn't be a rule ... But I think you're mental wanting 1 more of this madness.

No. That'd be like Jon snow being the last of the line left and IDENTIFYING more as a Stark than a Targaryen. Therefore who lives on? a Stark or a Targaryen? Technically both in this case, but whose namesake lives on?

Wanna hear something that will piss you off they were supposed to do exactly that and she deleted every scene there were supposed to be multiple scenes with anakin and vader they deleted their scenes and made them voice act instead
Exactly what i said too, I expected a tribute to the fallen ones and a victory ceremony like in episode VI where all the force ghosts appear. That would have been a goose bumper and a nostalgia trip.
I totally agree that would be awesome if they did

I said the same thing. If Anakin can show up at end of ROTJ then Ben should have been with Luke and Leia.

GG

You mean they weren't related at all?
George Lucas should have never sold to Disney
No... he was smart enough to get out before a politically correct SW had to be made to appease the masses....
Well ya your'e right but that doesn't make the movie bad.
You wouldn’t sell your franchise for 4 billion dollars? Yea fuck having that much money

@@alexag779 Wrong, Jesus Rey is the chosen one with Dual Wield X Stance.
So you just gonna have Mace in the back, like he’s not the most powerful Jedi lmao 😂
That would have been great!
Can you remake star wars please ?
Like a Portals Avengers Endgame type scene?
but then this raises the question: if they could have done that all along why wait until Rey comes along
I think kylos death was a big mistake he was ready to become the next avakin but nevermind
Rey cheated on a dead man
Kylo can’t be the main protagonist because... you know....... FEMINISM!! 🤦♂️
It seems that whenever a character redeems themself (dark to light) the end result is death.
It has to be, imagine Ben Solo being at the celebrations at the end, everyone would be like "dude, you killed my friends/family"
Ben was never dark didn’t have it in his eyes and he was weak. Jacen solo now that’s a character to be proud of
Night Rage he don’t have to be at the celebration.
I would have rather him go into self exile and start over with a new setting

Serendipitous Bliss white lightsabers are sabers that we’re cured from “bleeding”

I Have Mixed Feelings About This Film...
- I Envisioned This Film To Be All About 'The Rise Of Anakin Skywalker' Meaning For Anakin To Do What All Previous Films Had Been Going On About, To Claim His Title As The Chosen One, Bring Balance To The Force And Bring The Trilogy The Close We All Have Been Clamouring For
- The Poor Guy He Left His Mother As A Child To Train As A Jedi And Then The Next Time He Visits Her As An Adult She Was Brutally Killed, That Led Him To Becoming Angry, Uncertain And Uneasy
- Then He Had Fears About Losing His Wife Which He Eventually Did And Then This Led Him To The Dark Side And Palpatine Kept On Playing Tricks On Him To Become His Apprentice And Became Darth Vader
- At The End He Realised Palpatine Was Just Using Him So What Should Have Happened In The Rise Of Skywalker Is... As A Redeemed Anakin Skywalker He Should Have Took Revenge On Palpatine For All The Lies And Deceitfulness And Killed Him Once And For All
- Anakin Should Have Been The One To Kill Palpatine, The Whole Trilogy Was About Him Being 'The Chosen One'
- Anakin Skywalker Has The Most Deepest And Saddest Story I've Ever Heard, Even Though It's All Fictional
- Just Really Wanted To See Anakin Appear Even As A Ghost, A Voice Isn't Good Enough, Imagine If Palpatine Had Said To Rey Or Ren 'Join Me And I Will Complete Your Training' And Suddenly You Hear 'LIAR' Being Shouted At By Anakin And It's Him Either As A Survivor From Death Or As A Ghost, Would Have Been An Epic Moment And You'd Have Heard Massive Cheers In The Cinema And Even Some Tears
- Would Have Been Nicer To See The Younger Ghost Forms Of Luke And Leia Standing Beside Their Dad Anakin At The End Since It Is All About The Skywalkers
Basically My Point Is...

Yeah, like he can just keep coming back with these rules, just stupid
Well you guys have never heard to start wars EU so welcome this is not something new boys and girls .

Yup like plot holes you could fly a Death Star through
Dude, in the theater I was like she wouldn't be called skywalker cuz they're not related and literally the guy next to me said skywalker not knowing the relation :P
It's rather simple, really. It's because Abrams, Johnson and Kennedy are sadists who can only achieve orgasm from destroying things other people love.
Bad scripting

Although I think this movie is a mess I ultimately really enjoyed it too.

Kylos death is low-key kinda sad
Dude went and redeem himself only to die moments later😢
The explanation is simple. Disney had no idea how to explain mary sue rey, and came up with a lame:: "Rey, i am your grandfather" from palpatine, that made NO SENSE.
Not to mention that now both Luke and Anakin were made USELESS.
The empire was not stopped and palpatine was not killed in episode 6.
Anakin suicided for nothing.
Luke trained for nothing, beliving he could become a Jedi master, while Rey never needed anything like that. She kicked the ass of the emperor, even without takin lessons from anyone
spot on. so disappointed. everything put in the dust bin for this new trilogy.
Couldnt agree more!! Started already with the unexplained existence of the first order and the huge starkiller that was possible to be finished without the attention of the victorios rebels. Ep7 was already bs

People would have complained about this movie.
Yes it did
However, you can’t sit there and say when you watched this movie the first time that you didn’t like watching it. Most people making these reviews are too critical on story plot.
The action was phenomenal, finally showing how powerful the force really is was great. Kylo arena character development was perfect...he is likely one of if not THE best character in all of Star Wars history imo.
Let’s all remember, he beat Rey this time.

@@westont98 yep. maybe it was because I also had low expectations going in. turned out really good.
Fanservice is just a lazy savegame from them no riskes and still a Bad plot so no this movie is a 4/10 for me since the cinematogrhaphy looked good
AhriKitsune not gonna lie Rey is a bitch
AhriKitsune I agree, not written the best it if Abrams would’ve directed all three or would’ve been way better. We have Disney to thank for that. Plus Disney wouldn’t approve an unsafe ending anyways so not sure why people expected one. I think ultimately it ended in a good place. Could it have been better? Yes, but could it have been a lot worse? Absolutely. Honestly it’s one of my favorites, it wrapped up what needed to in enough sense but did require a good amount of external Star Wars knowledge to feel that way. Casuals will probably not understand a lot of things in the film
Exactly! Fanservice is not filmmaking is like asking a 5-year-old to build a house.
The story doesn't make sense, but the action was entertaining
Jake Hartup ~ Entertaining huh? Not what many would call entertainment
Jake Hartup nothing made sense through all 3 of these Disney shit hole movies
I mean it's a good movie if you turn your brain off yeah
I think it was much better than the last jedi atleast although poor, they did something to fill the plot holes they created. Obviously all 3 movies in my opinion were poorly written. I agree they needed another movie to pull themselves out of the hole they dug themselves in.
Finally, I think 6-7/10 is what i will give this movie and again people just like this video is based on an opinion, this comment is just my opinion.
I also feel like Kylo has a better arc story. Rey is character is kinda bland for me
Vulcan Blaze i agree, by no stretch of the imagination The Last Jedi is a better movie.
The Last Jedi was a far superior movie and was by far the best in the new trilogy .

J S Haven I really liked this theory!

Palpatine says "you cant defeat me! I'm all the Sith!"

Then Rey on the floor, looking to the Stars pleads and says: "be with me"
....and then, Obi Wan appears behind Rey, then Ashoka, Qui Gon Jin, Windu, Yoda, Luke and Finally Anakin
So then the camera pans out and the audience sees a line of Sith and a line of Jedi
Then Rey gathers strenght, rises up and says "and Im all the Jedi" She raises her lightsaber up to the stars (like the original StarWars poster)
Then all the Jedi throw their lightsabers towards Rey's blue lightsaber an then we see for the first time Reys lightsaber turn the Gold color
Then all the Sith get angry and throw their lightsabers at Rey and Rey's Gold lightsaber desintegrates all those red lightsabers, Palpatine gets blinded by the clash
So Rey penetrates Palpatine with the Gold lightsaber saying "The force is with the Jedi"
And the battle ends.

At least the thing with Palpatine suddenly having a son should have been explained. Or why Leia died when she reached out to Ben because we saw Jedi reaching out to others before and it was like totally normal (eg Luke to Leia in esb)
Another thing: why did they kill Ben?
Palpatine: "I've returned"
Kylo: "How?"
Palpatine: "Plageuis brought me back through the use of his power"
Kylo: "But Plageuis is dead. Unless Snoke is Plageuis, but that makes no sense, because I don't remember you ever saying Plageuis could bring himself back, so how could you possibly come back?"
Palpatine: "Uh... Yes"
Kylo: "They forgot to give you a reason to come back, didn't they?"
Palpatine: "Uh... Do it, I love democracy, execute order 69 or whatever"
Kylo: "Did you just try to use fanservice on me?"
Palpatine: "GET OUT"
I don't think it was anywhere near as bad as its being made to sound. It wasn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination but was far better than the last Jedi.
Unfortunately there was always going to be people who didn't like it, its the nature of the beast.
For me I think it would have been more conclusive had Rey have actually died though.
if ray died there would not be a balance to the force
There's probably some comics that could answer these questions
I agree. Last jedi was terrible.
@@drew318 no, Rian Johnson ruined everything.
Robot killer I think the last jedi was a very good movie ,but it did make it hard for abrams to finish the story he created. The last jedi will be looked back on as one of the greatest standalone star wars films ever but that’s the problem it doesn’t align with the other two and ruins the trilogy as a whole.
REY_IS_EMPERORS_GRANDDAUGHTER Nerd.
Is palpatine now the chosen one who brought balance to the force?😂
I dont need likes i need answers
AMEN
Then don't go on the internet, that's what you will find
I bet there are a lot of people that liked it(me included). People just want to seek acceptance by saying starwars sequels suck because its the "cool thing to do".
BTW everyone was cheering in my screening.
Martin Sleight well said. I couldn't agree more. The people who are complaining are pathetic and will complain no matter what.
The only thing i wanna know is where the hell is jar jar
I thought he died in 3 when the senate was destroyed.
Kill Joy he’s homeless on the streets of Naboo as an entertainer.
DED.
Dead in a Jar...
He was the dumbest character in the prequels but STILL smart enough to avoid the new trilogy!!!😋
Can we just get a f in chat for Finn like we all knew he was gonna day “I love you Rey” and then she kissed Ben ✊🏾✊🏾✌🏾
F
Apparently he was trying to tell her he is force sensitive which I think is so stupid, probably why they cut it 😂😂
@@alyssas1705 I think it should have happened
Finn sucks. It was a complete waste to add him to the roster.
@@vexshoemaker3941 Leave him alone.
They should have kept Kylo Ren alive
cyle Cammarata I know, he literally had no reason to die he died exactly like darth Vader.
Stuzzyyy he should have been the one to kill palpatine since he was stronger than Rey
Stuzzyyy everything else in my opinion was great
I actually quite liked it.
In the past to the Old Republic, more of the Mandalorians, or will Disney just bring back the entire expanded universe?
probably expanded stuff, really dont want another skywalker vs palpatine thing again tbh
@@heavyspoilers I'm actually hoping Feige or some talented autuer brings to the screen some of the older sagas from the old republic or something to that effect. Some of the old Sith Lords were actually interesting characters..some rather likable too.
Probably just do movies about Baby Yoda
Bring on the yuuzen vong!!!
Each to their own, I really enjoyed the movie...
I've seen the movie yesterday, and even today I don't know how to react to it...that tells something..I'm happy to see the universe one more time...but..the mandalorian episode 7 was so much better...
Tiago Mendonça nope
I finished watching the movie when you wrote the comment
I would prefer an obi-wan solo film
Guest B from Wii sports resort same here. Its time for the spins offs other than continue making films and anotjer trilogie!
Yellow isn't a mix of green and red.
Complementary colors mixed together make a mucky color. Yellow is primary.
Yellow is a primary color in substractive synthesis, but in additive synthesis is a mix of red an green color.
You are right that yellow is a primary color, but for video the three colors are RGB or Red, Green and Blue. The yellow is made up of Greed and Blue.
I've died inside my childhood is gone forever. Disney always has to have a kiss at the end too. Seriously. I'm dead.
Thank you 🙏
Mando is going to be the one who save the Franchise.
Yep, Mando will be the movie in 2021....
Why would Rey go to a place the Skywalkers themselves hated and wanted to leave?
EG because that is where Luke grew up?
Dunny we both know it’s for nostalgia purposes
EG yeah that was my point
You said exactly what I said during the movie. Let's just make it up as we go along...
Welp it finally over and now we can move on
I hope
least we have baby yoda
Agreed
We can just pretend it didn't happen, and that it was like Shitty Fan Fiction, and with luck they'll get Dave Filoni to head the whole thing up, toss everything into the KOTOR universe or some period far after the Disney Trilogy and redo the entire universe from there, ignoring their awful first attempt.
We have The Clone Wars, this is the best
This movie really isn’t that bad. I came in with a low bar set after already seeing spoilers and bad reviews, and after watching it I can say it ends very well. There are some things in this movie I didn’t agree with, but you can’t please everyone.
