Well that looks good. I’m going to make this. My sister and brother both are diabetic and this looks good. I also have a nephew and his wife that eat this way. I will share to my Facebook page. So I am Your 883 and 884 subscriber. Tv and phone. I will look over the others as well. I do vegetarian days and carb free meals. I made baked chicken thighs and cucumber and tomato salad. I have made pizza with zucchini halves and added stuff and I liked it. Because I like sweet stuff I have to be a little more aware of carbs. It’s gonna be a long winter. Off to view more. Hi Jenny! That's so nice of you to share. I love this pizza skillet, it is so easy and very tasty! I, too, have a terrible sweet tooth. And my hubs and Colten love me to bake cookies and ask for them all the time. It does make it a challenge for me because I really need to stay away from sweets or else the flood gates open and I start to crave it badly! I got off from Halloween to New Year's so back to trying to be more strict and watch it more closely! Thanks so much! 🥰😊😘
@@BethsHome the sweets are deadly. I had a small Carmel Sunday for lunch. Are you able to eat fruit? Grapes can kill the sugar urge a bit. I bought this stuff at the health food store called Coco Mojo. Low glycemic and it’s hot cocoa. Not it’s not it’s made from mushrooms and you would never know it. It also gives you a little bit of energy not being hyper just energy. When I’m craving something I’ll try that first. It’s not cheap it’s like $15 for a bag but it’s also sold on Amazon. It’s hard to give up sugar. And it shows around the middle of my stomach unfortunately. At least it does for me to see most people wouldn’t notice but I do. Now that I’ve got through all the episodes of sex and the city I’ll start watching the healthier UA-cam videos. I couldn’t break away it was so good. Kept me busy for about eight days. Baby steps. Last night I let Chloe watch Harley again. She just can’t get away from the TV when she comes on. Cracks me up. I think today I’ll be wearing the butter toast wig today. I don’t care if it’s winter. I just don’t feel like doing my hair. Have a great day and I’ll talk to you soon.💕🥰❤️

Really any kind of carbs, whether considered good or bad, will through me off a little but the pure sugar like baked goods is the worst! Harley is such a funny puppy and she's so treat driven which made her really easy to train. She's our daughter's dog, Colten's mom. I trained her as a puppy using the little cheddar goldfish crackers! lol 🤣😂🤣 I may just have to buy the SITC dvd's so we can watch it, or buy HBO+ for a month. lol 😜 Have a great weekend dear! 🥰😘
I'm sorry for your hubs diagnosis, but I can tell you from personal experience that low carb living is the way to control your A1C. Combine keto with intermittent fasting and it's really a huge difference! Wishing you and him the best on this journey! 😊
