Randomly making a crustless Keto pizza/Cast Iron Pizza

- This is one other way you can make a low carb or Keto friendly pizza. It works pretty well and uses the cheese as the crust. Making pizza by Keto cooking or low carb cooking ingredients/methods.
I tried this in a non stick red copper(just the color) inside pan as seen on TV:-) and it worked great, I used it b/c its small one serving. Thanks so much, now I know what to do when I get a sudden pizza craving on my keto mostly diet.

I've always made crustless pizzas as a way to enjoy low carb pizzas but lately started making a cheese and egg with red pepper flakes in it, crust this is pretty close to a normal pizza. You do have to precook the crust on both sides before making the pizza to get it crispy.

AMAZING. I make a crust free pizza all the time. But, I could put the cheese on the bottom?! And it will crisp up?! And I’m betting the cast iron helps here. Why have you abandoned this channel? Oh well, I’ll just watch it all up. Good luck to you and thanks for the ideas.
