Those are Haloumi cheese fries that I bought precut from Aldi, in the cooler section under "Aldi Finds". I put them in the airfryer at 400 for 20 minutes. They are super yummy! 😊

I just buy the bags of plain pork rinds, the ones from Dollar Tree are great because it's just pork and salt. Then I crush up in my little Ninja Blender. I blend up a bag at a time and store in a ziploc bag so it's ready to go when I want to make them! 😊👍

Ohhh I’m so sorry dear! I think each person is different and you have to find the balance of what works best for your body and your health goals. I had to stop carnivore/ketovore due to cholesterol and blood pressure. It’s taken me two years to get my labs normal (without meds which I refused). I try to keep everything natural now but eating unsaturated fats like avocado, olive oil, lean chicken, etc. I’m wishing you all the best on your health journey dear! 💛🤗👍

I have a problem too. Getting up 120 grams of protein is a crazy amount of meat to chew through. So I will try this too.

It's really depending upon the ingredients that you use and the amount of carbs in your sauce. The aldi brand sauce I use is 6 carbs per 1/2 cup. I would say that you're probably looking at around 6 or 8 total carbs per slice using my recipe. Thank you! 😊

I'm praying for my dear MIL so that we can spend some more time with her when we're up working on our land this summer. 🙏 Our property adjoins my in-laws so it works well so the beef cattle can roam over and graze on our land. A lot of my FIL's property is field ground with corn and hay. 💛💛💛
