From the first point , you are basically saying always choose peace with pleasure over only pleasure 😊
Because what I want to have in present time , will get done but I will not be able to make peace with my behaviour as that was a distraction from a long term goal , attaining which I will be at peace and then same pleasure will get 100 x more enjoyable.

@@mygreenparrot2674 bhai brain ka most evolved part hai pre frontal cortex. aur usme bhi ek part language se associate rahta hai. tumhe kitne languages aathe hai aur kaisa communicate karte ho vo sab iss part ka health pe depend karta hai. agar tum jyada languages sikhoge aur ache tarike (clear way) se communicate karoge toh vo brain part mein jyada wirings form honge neurons ke bich. isse uski capacity badh jayegi aur vo aur healthy hojayega. And vo language part, prefrontal cortex ka ek part hai isliye prefrontal cortex ka capacity bhi increase ho jayega.

Thanks to Dr Sid for such a nicely articulated and structured presentation advising very effective ways of training the frontal lobe part of our brain.
In this context, I would like to ask about the functioning of two distinct frontal lobes, what we call generally right and left brain in processing of different emotions entering through ACC or otherwise.
As Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor specified, the two parts of the brain control different thoughts which give rise to markedly different behavioural traits. Do you agree with her explanations in this matter?
Finally, please also let me know whether both of the frontal parts process neural signals simultaneously , if not then what prioritise the processing and what are its outcome in human expressions.

Inhibition basically is adding discipline in life which involves saying no to vague decisions, keeping your meals and expense in check, which were discussed in the video. Also all the disciplinary activities which are there like time routine - saying no to laziness, minimal use of smartphones - saying no to overuse of phones, saying no to procrastination. So these are a few examples to why "saying no to something" was stated.

Sir, I am a doctor, I completed my MBBS but my question to all the viewers, Arjun Tendulkar has the same body, same number of muscles best possible cricket genes but can he succed like his father? If you practice a kid in football will he ever be Ronaldo or Messi? The answer is no, that's the simple answer I got from life, if I study 16 hours a day, it may take me to a very good place/average rank, but I can never be the topper who is doing it with ease, my friend plays pubg, plays guitar, watches anime, studies 10- 12 hours a day ,still he is topper, I can't take his place after leaving every entertainment from life and working 16 hours a day, remember a donkey can't be made to run like a horse buy beating

But i never got this answer ,that may it is genetics,or what environment or what ?

Strengthening a brain is similar to strengthening a muscle,
Let's say bicep, if you want to get stronger bicep you need to perform the function of biceps at higher intensity, likewise if you want to strengthen a part of your brain you need to perform function of that part of brain is responsible at higher intensity.
