    Hii Sid, so fasting can actually be a good thing? and what happens if you fast for really long (for 15-30 days)
    Ps: i am jain, and we have fasts which last for 15-30 days!

      Some foods have tryptophan which increase serotonin levels and carbohydrates help absorb it. This can trigger sleepiness

    8 months back i visited this video and i have stopped Tea/ coffee intakes without feeling sleepy or without yawning.

      Very dedicatedly start this thing, you have to remind your mind nhi Pini jab b craving ho....ek step piche hath jao aise regular 21 days krlo habit ht jaigi. Also try to wake up early in the morning between 5-6 am. Just drink 1 or 1.5 glass full of water , water reduces this craving thing ..we Indian kids have this habit of drinking bed tea ....so substitute that with 1.5 glass of water....this 100% help you to decrease the craving.
      Once your water habit becomes daily routine you won't feel any kind of yawning, craving, low energetic, low BP ..no nothing.
      I swear this much will help a lot!

    Hi Sid...I came across this video by chance....it was a wonderful explanation on the brain functioning and it's nutritive care
    Also checked the link for the band...is it like glucometer which you wear all the time to check your blood sugar?

    Not much useful for genetically skinny/thin guys. We have to eat like 3000 calories a day to gain weight and look normal.

    I am suffering from tremors in my hands. I have noticed increase in tremors after working and even after driving car. My hands become more shakey and i face difficulty in drinking a glass of water or a cup of tea. Writing becomes more difficult.
    I want to know reason behind these tremors and are tremors curable?

      The last intake of any kind of food other than water has to end at 7pm, beyond that time frame, we r not supposed to eat anything, except water, till the next day morning 11am, this reduces the bad bacteria in our gut, which in turn reduces our cravings for binge eating

    But people say as we are use to get food at certain times ...and enzymes are used to release at that moment ...if we switch to intermittent diet ...our stomach line will get ruptured by the hit of the enzymes which is not getting food at that particular time and that's hw ulcer happens in stomach...is it right?Then how to go about this intermittent diet?

    My 30 year old son is diagnosed with a pitutary tumor, underwent multiple surgeries and radiation,at present he lost his memory nd is unaware of present, almost all the time he is craving for food ,forgets that he has eaten nd asks for food again and again or else keeps on searching in kitchen nd into fridge we are unable to control him as he is out of his mind

    Helllo Doc, Fan nd vidyarthi of yours... As fasting is covered here, I'm curious and wanted to ask, though have logic that is it okyyy to eat fruits nd raw veggies in case of strict fasting (I'm able to fast for strict 24 hrs)... coz it may nd should introduce fibrous intake which ought to help increase good gut bacterias but won't introduce simple glucose or sugar as I don't want to lose Muscles. So, is it okyyy to eat fruit/s during fasting??? welcome to suggestions, what to eat during fasting... :)

    Need a in depth video on fasting. There is many confusion about fasting.
    Like how to start?
    Which day should be the best, working or non working day?
    Intermittent fasting is daily implimentable or not? How does it work.

      Eat for 8 hours (in intervals of course) and fast for 16 hours. Initially, if you are struggling, aim to fast for at least 14 hours. For instance, you have your breakfast at 10.30 am, followed by Lunch at around 1.00 pm and then dinner at 6.30 pm. You will eat nothing between 6.30 pm and 10.30 am which makes up for 16 hours. However, as previously suggested, if you are struggling with this time-frame, start with a 14 hour fasting routine and gradually move up to 16 hours.
