I've been running Adam's Graphene Tire Dressing for about 8 months on my 2021 Ram 2500 in the south Texas sun. It lasts several weeks, and gives a semi-gloss look when applied per the directions. You can apply a second coat to give a very glossy look. I apply it very thin and it gives an even more satin finish than the application Pan shows on this video. The key is to apply it on a bone dry tire. I have found that it applies better to a warm surface as well.
I also have been messing around with the stuff and you are exactly right however I’m waiting to see what the rain will do I live out here in California and you know we don’t get rain anymore.
I just recently switched over from VRP to Blue Guard by Chemical guys! Much easier to apply, and in my opinion gives a nicer sheen than the VRP. You can buff after application to a light sheen or leave it for a glossy finish. Very versatile for plastics and floor mats as well! Plus, it smells amazing.
Matte finish Extreme Solutions. Used Chemical Guys VRP today on a friends Nissan. Looks great, easy to apply, leaves an OEM appearance. I will buy it again and again. Looked nice on my black plastic trim on my Jeep too.
Hi Pan, Pearl is my go to for my detailing business for several years now. I got the Adam’s when it first came out and used it on some two of my picky customer cars. They came back and asked for that product “Adam’s” they noticed a difference. So I now have added to my supplies. It seems to last longer than Pearl and VRP out here in Oregon. As always thanks for the great vid.
I'm not in to shiny tires but some people think that's the only appearance for a finished look. I use Perl straight(Adam's hex tire applicator) on a really clean tire and wipe down after maybe 30mins. The second wash followed by another layer of Perl makes all the difference. I may not apply any addition layers for the next two washes. It just works.
Tire dressings for me have been a pain because I have an offroad truck with big, knobby sidewalls. For 3 years I used Gyeon Q2 Tire because it lasts 3-4 months. But it's greasy when wet and can be streaky if not done carefully, but done with care has awesome look. 7 months ago I switched to Lone Star Tire coating and really like it. A little easier to use than Gyeon, not as greasy, looks about the same and easily lasts 6 months plus.
@@t.i.o.motorsports243 Lone Star has their own website. They were supposed to get on Amazon, but I haven't looked recently. It's an acrylic coating, just so you know.
Very pleased with the Adam’s Graphene Tire Dressing. Similar to other viewer comments, the longevity has been very good, especially with all the rain we’ve seen in the southeast. If you want a satin look, just give the tire a quick wipe with a microfiber towel. Since it is a water based silicone, you can mix in CarPro Perl for a bit more gloss. Their applicator (that you used with Extreme Solutions) works very well also.
I only use Longevity as of now. It lasts 3-4 weeks and my cars are outside all the time. You can make it glossier if you apply a second coat. Love it so far.
I use the Fireball gloss coating, quite viscous to apply on off road tires.Longevity quite impressive,I applied on my pickup tires in May and the tires as of today are starting to lose its darkened look.
Xtreme Solutions is my style but would pick either Auto Fanatic Adams for those wanting a bit more sheen. I too have started with VRP and still think it is a good product but finding the 303 Tire Shine a really impressive product.
I know a lot of people don’t like Chemical Guys, but I do really enjoy using their VRP for tire dressings. gives a great finish. it doesn't last super long, but it's great for what I'm looking for.
I have tried Adam’s and Auto Fanatic. Depends on your preferences, but the reapplication of Adam’s after cleaning the tires is best for me. The dirt gets removed, but the Adam’s kind of lingers on/in the tire…so it is already “primed”. Not much product needed when you reapply.
To me most, if not all, tire dressings look alike when first applied. Ya there's subtle varying degrees of difference. Personally I don't care for the glossy shiney look on tires. After trying about 8 different products I tried Griot's Black Satin tire dressing..it's a spray can. I applied it then rubbed it a bit with a cheap micro fiber towel. It's been 6 weeks and there's still visual evidence it's there. It's a muted satin look as if the tire is new and showroom ready. Quite impressive long lasting product.
I just tried the Fireball, huge disappointment. Takes a bit to apply and some areas did not want to cover well, gave a great wet look, after 12hrs still wet, slung off. Had just used retyre to clean the new tires. Could blame the sling on over applicantion, but after just 60 mile of driving in (70 degree sunny weather), it now looks matte and some areas are patchy. The Adam's is far superior in all regards.
My personal preference is a satin finish, so I prefer the Auto Fanatic or the Xtreme Solutions of the four you tested. My go to is Aero Cosmetics Rubber Care. I needed a product to restore a tyre that was turning brown and oxidised. Found Aero Cosmetics Rubber Care on Amazon with 4.5 stars and 2000 reviews. Gave it a shot and never looked back! It restored the tyre instantly and looked great! It gives a nice dark satin finish, conditions and protects the rubber, and lasts for weeks! So durable! I think it was developed for the aerospace industry. Would love for you to put it in your next test Pan, I think you'll like it! Nobody ever mentions it in these tests and I think it's the best out there. Great vid as always Pan!
A great comparison. I agree with your choice of Adams - best blend of gloss/satin finish for sure. The issue I run into most is cleaning/stripping old coatings - so I am always hoping to find the "best" cleaner. The cleanliness of the tire is 90% of the final look as you mention.
I personally like the meguiars Gel tire shine and also DarkSide tire shine they are both really good and also the meguiars one has a really nice scent easy to apply and everything

303 aerospace protectant remains my preferred tyre dressing. The fact that it's aimed at providing protection against UV, leaves a nice satin finish and price point makes it a winner IMO.
@@Take12music I think 303 should be put on first and after a week or so you can put something else on top. 303 penetrates the rubber while others stay on top of it.
I might be in the minority here but I LOVE the Fireball SIO2 gloss levels. That tyre looked like a glazed donut, just perfect. I went ahead and ordered the Fireball SIO2. Hope it lasts at least a full week.

The appearance of Xtreme Solutions is fantastic. Look at the lettering SCORPION and VERDE ..they are clear and pop out. Just not sure of durability or how it stands up to the environment over time. Use a paint sprayer and wipe up any overspray on the wheel and if outdoors on a windy day may have to wipe off the car.
My current favorites are Gyeon Tire and Carpro Pearl. The Gyeon dressing can last for multiple wash sessions as long as you do not scrub hard with a stiff brush. Its a little too shiny but acceptable. The Gyeon Pearl has a fantastic matte finish, but not as durable. However for the price and the fact you can use on exterior trim and interior panels and seats at different dilution ratios. its a winner. I would like to see you review Fireball"s satin wheel wax.
I drive a truck and it sees a lot of dirt and gravel roads, I dont really care for the shiny dressings so the Xtreme solutions might be what I pick up next! Thanks Pan!
Both the Fireball and Adam’s for the right shine if you like. I have been using Dura coating for longevity and it works really good in all weather conditions. The shine does fade about 2 months about 30% but you can reapply to bring the shine out. I would love to try Adam’s or Fireball on top of Dura coating tire dressing
A couple of years ago, 303 was one of your top tire protectants in your "Best of the year" video, but this past year, it wasn't mentioned. This sort of thing has happened with other products as well, in the top 3 one year, not even mentioned the next. It's a little head-scratching. FWIW, I've been happy with the 303 matte/satin finish and won't rush to replace it until it runs out.
I love rich black, but not gloss... I typically keep Perl on the shelf just due to its great versatility on tires, engine bay, & interior, but I may have to give that Longevity a shot. I use a few Xtreme Solutions products, and haven't been disappointed at all with any of them.
I’ve been using Koch Chemie Pss here in the uk and it’s quality for tyre dressing. Leaves more of a Matt finish which I prefer and lasts a few months. Only £13 for a litre here too
My son and I go back and forth between Perl and a 3D product. Watching the video thinking I would like to give the Xtreme Solutions a try. We like to achieve a 'New Tire' look. A not so obvious that a dressing has been applied look.
I have a small patch of dirt road before I get to my driveway, I do go slow. I want something that the dust will not stick to, but keeps my tires looking black no grease....
The Auto fanatic won it for me. thats how it comes out for me but i have to use 2 products and let it dry, while you only used 1 product. i like how its soo dark but it reflects light so it looks natural.
Angelwax enigma elixir hands down application is super easy and gives the perfect factory tire look no sling no greasy look and ceramic infused recommend trying this product out for sure and maybe there ceramic coatings and the whole enigma product line and there new darkstar graphene product line

In my opinion Chemical Guys VRP is probably one of the best bang for the buck tire dressing out there and the durability level is nearly the same when compared to tire dressing that cost much more. Not to mention Walmart carries Chemical Guys VRP while a lot of other tire dressing with similar performance requires an online order.
I like the 303 tire coating in the spray can. It is one of the few that leaves a satin finish in spray can. Having a truck with tires that have big aggressive tire walls, a foam applicator pad would take a lot of time to apply evenly. With the 303 you spray the tire, wipe off the over spray and forget it.
I tend to like a glossy appearance on my wife's Volvo S60, and a Satin finish on my workhorse Tundra. I have been using Chemical Guys VRP as my "all around" dressing. Of the 4 tested, I would lean toward the Adam's if selecting only one. Thanks Pan!
I personally like the Adams, I would really like to see how they perform When you have to clean your wheels with a wheel cleaner and how long will it last
Auto Fanatics looks great but Adam's is close for me. As for what i currently have used, Chemical guys Tyre Kicker and Meguiars. I do have Carpro Perl at home but have not yet tried on tires. Also wanted to mention (unrelated) that i get much of my supplies from carzilla, they are in Calgary so great to support fellow Canadians :)

They all last 2 to 4 weeks for me. Durability isn't of outmost importance to me, as I clean my car twice weekly, and application is a breeze. But there are too many variables for tire dressing durability: prep, application, what environment you're in, where you live, mileage driven, garage kept vs kept outside, daily driver vs weekend driven, etc. If durability is the most important thing for you, skip all dressings, and go for a tire coating. They cost way more, but last for months. Like CarPro BlackOut I tested on my channel.

There are always new products, new technologies and I love testing new products. Consumers have more good choices now than ever before. That’s great!
Adam's I think is the best looking one.
Definately need a sio2 option, brake dust kills my white walls!!!
Can you take the car for a spin? A big issue for me the dressing slinging off
None of these sling if you properly prep the tires before applying. The key to no tire sling is properly prepping the tires.
Cool, I just put Xtreme Solutions longevity on the tires of a 2020 Mustang GT I just ceramic coated. Thanks for this video!!
I want to try that. Can you wash off dust with car soap and water to get the finish back?
I love rich black, but not gloss... I typically keep Perl on the shelf just due to its great versatility on tires, engine bay, & interior, but I may have to give that Longevity a shot. I use a few Xtreme Solutions products, and haven't been disappointed at all with any of them.
I have been using the Adams product for a while now and have been pretty satisfied.
Thanks for sharing your experience Mike!
Definitely agree with you, Adam's Polishes is the best of them all, their VRT is also a great product for tires.
PAN i use Griots.. i use to use black magic.. Griots is very glossy
Koch Chemie Plast Star or Plast Star Silicon free are my go to favourites, can highly recommend them.
I will have to try that one.
For tire dressing I'm using VRP and carpro pearl. Absolutely love it.
Angelwax enigma elixir hands down application is super easy and gives the perfect factory tire look no sling no greasy look and ceramic infused recommend trying this product out for sure and maybe there ceramic coatings and the whole enigma product line and there new darkstar graphene product line
without doubt, 1st Adam's.....2 xtreme sol. 3 fireball, 4. Auto fanatic......

@@PanTheOrganizer got a new BMW, 4 SERIES GRAND COUPE, SO JUST LOOKING THINGS UP PAL.....XXX
Oh cool! I used to have a BMW 435i xDrive Gran Coupe M Sport (then moved on to BMW M550i and now my Porsche 911 Turbo S).
Here's the video I had made to present my 435i to my audience: ua-cam.com/video/RdskiGKn_Wk/v-deo.html
@@PanTheOrganizer as a said, I have the 420d,2018 x drive done a standing start, will not believe this, 6.4 sec, too 62 mog, the book says 7.3, naw bad is the any tips I can do or send mee ,would 😉 appreciate your input...
Have been happy with VRP been using for couple years. Lasts 1-3 wks depending, prefer the wet look. Adams graphene looks interesting too.
Nice battle! I like 2 of them though, Adam's and Auto Fanatic, guess I will get them both! Thanx Pan, am loving your channel and learning a ton!!!!
LET US KNOW IF YOU EVER REVIEWED Aqua Gloss BY SUPERIOR PRODUTS?
I haven’t
Thanks Pan!
Fireball is the best I use the satin long lasting and stays clean……
I think Adam’s did the best job in my opinion with gloss and even application. Great review!
Thanks!
I personally like the Adams, I would really like to see how they perform When you have to clean your wheels with a wheel cleaner and how long will it last
Auto fanatics for me. I’ve been using car pro and pearl some years now. Finally going to try something different
Adam's graphene tire dressing or Geon's Q2 tire dressing? Anyone try both? Thoughts?
Great video.
I was given a bottle of Jay Leno’s tire shine. It’s ok, I’d rather use VRP, it’s cheaper and it lasts longer for me.
Thanks Butch!
Adams Graphene the clear winner. Just ordered. Thanks for the very well done test.
I think you'll like Autoglym High Performance Tyre Gel.
I have been liking armorall ceramic tire coating spraying it on and wiping it with a sponge
My vote, specifically for appearance (most subjective), is for the Adams Graphene
Well as im driving on gravel roads alot, the one dressing i prefer is Hamburger Dressing !!! 👍👍👍
Out of the 4 the Adam's stood out as well for me.

@@PanTheOrganizer I was looking for best tire dressing on Google search. So I click to videos and your video was one of the ones that was there. You have awesome videos, very detailed and very informative. I recently bought a 16 challenger. So I have to detail it. Big turtle wax fan also. Been watching you videos on that line up. Can't wait to see how that review on that permashine. I'm skeptical on ads that come off Facebook. That's awesome you responding to your viewers.

extreme solutions looks good, curiosity on the longevity of the Adams
They all last 2 to 4 weeks for me. Durability isn't of outmost importance to me, as I clean my car twice weekly, and application is a breeze. But there are too many variables for tire dressing durability: prep, application, what environment you're in, where you live, mileage driven, garage kept vs kept outside, daily driver vs weekend driven, etc.
If durability is the most important thing for you, skip all dressings, and go for a tire coating. They cost way more, but last for months. Like CarPro BlackOut I tested on my channel.
Vrp leaves a white haze on the wheels after it get wet. Maybe I am not applying right.
