5 minutes alone is one of the songs they all react to behind Cemetery Gates, Domination, This Love and Walk. Basically, people request all the songs that got played out on the radio and the ones that have a music video. Sup man. This is the first time I’ve seen your reaction videos. Pantera is definitely a heavy band. The drummer and guitarist are brothers. But both have past away. But that where that chemistry is coming from, you spoke of earlier. If you like the slow pantera tones? Check out planet caravan. That’s a Black Sabbath cover. And I really dig “suicide note part 1. It really shows off Phil’s vocals. But if you want to dig a little deep into some ultra raw heavy metal. Checkout superjoint ritual. I like “fuck your enemy” and “alcoholic” both hardcore tunes. If you have any questions, you can comment back and I’ll always get back. Keep up the work and be good🤘🤘

One of my favorite songs of Pantera - it so fits most situations in life ... your reactions are among the best ... so don't apologize for stopping so much ...

From what I recall, some guy at one of their shows was heckling them and they called him out from the stage and he ended up getting jumped - so the guy and his dad filed a law suit - eventually the Dad of the guy made a comment to the effect that he wanted 5 minutes alone with the bands lead singer - thats where the inspiration of this song came from..

Thank you for reacting to this song. I have to bring up Rex the bassist for Pantera. This man is on point, and in charge for this joint and every joint after this. Rex is working over time to claim his space within this dominating sound. BIG UP TO REX BROWN! 🤘😆🤘

Real fans know! Did you know he came u with the main verse riff in Gates? You probably do. But not only did he do that, he gave it to dime to do on guitar and wrote a different baseline to go along with it.
Panthers was Top Notch from all 4 members and stories I've read lead me to believe the crew was also on the same page. RIP Abbott brothers, good fortune to Rex, Phil, all the crew and all the fans and anyone who needs it with love in their hearts.
I only wish I'd been able to see this monster in the flesh with my own eyes in person with a black tooth grin. Time is cruel in that it takes away greatest humans but history is cool if you look hard enough
Fuck yea. Mad respect. Love above all else

Do Hollow next. Got some nice clean vocals, easily one of the best metal ballads. On top of that the endings brutal just like the rest of Pantera songs.

Instead of saying “The guitar player” just say Dime. Unfortunately Rex never gets his due for playing bass but he was originally a guitar player. But everyone knows when you say guitar and Pantera you’re referring to Dimebag.
Pantera have a way of connecting with the common man and woman unlike many metal bands. They sing about simple things and keep the groove simple for the most part.
Not on the same level, but I’d love to see you try out some Gojira to blow your mind again. Start with “Flying Whales” since it’s their most popular and then go from there. Totally different from Pantera but the drums are some of the heaviest shit that will make you feel the Pantera influence.

BAD ASS!!! Pantera is my absolute fav! (I'm a 53 yr old female btw LOL) This song was written after a teenager in the audience was a little asshole. His dad threatened a lawsuit for Phil's reaction to his son. Phil said, "just give me 5 minutes alone!" with the dad. LOVE THIS SONG!! 😁

The drummer and guitar player are actually brothers, and have both passed away. Back in December 2004, guitarist Dimebag Darrell was murdered on stage. And his older brother, drummer Vinnie Paul, died at home in June 2018.
