Pantera gang all day mah G. I'm a Dominican/Rican who grew up in NYC and I'm a huge Pantera fan. Phil is one of my top 5 singers EVER. Let that sync in. Dime and Vin the dynamic bros from TX and Rex is REX. I put mad hip hop "ghetto" dudes from Harlem on to metal and Pantera was one of those "WTF HAVE I BEEN LISTENING TO?!" reaction. Dudes listening to Dipset, Ruff Ryders, D-Block etc etc in the early 2000's.
“I’m broken” would be a great next pantera joint. Also, no reactors are reacting to the song “Piss” (don’t let the name off-put you) it’s a really great song check out the official video for that.
I met Vinnie a few years ago when HellYeah came through town. He treated me like I was an old friend, a helluva dude, we did some shots and just shot the shit for a few minutes. I was so star struck he had to initiate my autograph and picture taking.
Pantera brought the rhythm and the bounce to metal. Southern boys bringing the bomp bomp bomp to a heavy metal song. So talented. Knew you'd appreciate it.
Just want to drop some love for Rex, the bass player on this awesome track. Pantera used bass like the marines use artillery: with precision and power.
@@rsoxx74 Bass is chronically underappreciated in metal, but for a band with such groovy rhythms as Pantera, it surprises me that Rex flies under the radar so often. My boyfriend played them for me the first time he cooked me dinner at his apartment in late 1994. I think we both knew at that point we were meant to be together. I loved them at first listen. Married and still together 26 years later.

Yes!!! Finally someone reacts to 5 minutes alone, not many reaction channels do this song, if any channels really because I haven't found one yet but I assume someone else has.
5 minutes alone is one of the songs they all react to behind Cemetery Gates, Domination, This Love and Walk. Basically, people request all the songs that got played out on the radio and the ones that have a music video. Pantera goes so much deeper and yet the reaction channels barely scratch the surface of great songs Pantera wrote.
One of my favorite songs of Pantera - it so fits most situations in life ... your reactions are among the best ... so don't apologize for stopping so much ...

Look, I’ve been listening to this song (Pantera in general) for 30yrs. And it NEVER gets old! I used to listen to this to hype myself up for my opera auditions😅
I was lucky enough in my late 20s and early 30s to see this band at least 20 times. Instead of saying “The guitar player” just say Dime. Unfortunately Rex never gets his due for playing bass but he was originally a guitar player. But everyone knows when you say guitar and Pantera you’re referring to Dimebag. Pantera have a way of connecting with the common man and woman unlike many metal bands. They sing about simple things and keep the groove simple for the most part. Not on the same level, but I’d love to see you try out some Gojira to blow your mind again. Start with “Flying Whales” since it’s their most popular and then go from there. Totally different from Pantera but the drums are some of the heaviest shit that will make you feel the Pantera influence.
Dime hands down has (not had) the BEST guitar riffs. I was very fortunate enough to get to party with these guys back in the early 90s. The most down to earth souls I've ever met. Just good times and memories that will stay with me forever. I miss the Abbott brothers so much 😔 Thank you for giving Pantera mad love ❤️🤘 New subscriber 🙌

At least you can hear him on the albums, same can't be said for Jason Newsted on And Justice for All
Gojira is amazing. One of my faves 🤘
This one has got to be my most favorite breakdown yet and I’ve listen to a lot of them my man thanks for making my day great
Dime hands down has (not had) the BEST guitar riffs. I was very fortunate enough to get to party with these guys back in the early 90s. The most down to earth souls I've ever met. Just good times and memories that will stay with me forever. I miss the Abbott brothers so much 😔
Thank you for giving Pantera mad love ❤️🤘
