Just the best acoustic version ever done that I've heard. It doesn't attempt to repeat the riffs of the original. Instead it blazes a new path and becomes something new and fresh. And it is as smooth as silk. Absolutely love it. I even posted this on my FB page as a memorial to a friend of mine who passed away a couple weeks ago.

Wow, I can confidently say that there isn't more than a handful of people that could do this song justice as an acoustic version. But Norm has questionably done it even better than the original. Love it!

Sorry for the late reply, I have been travelling. I am very honored that you would choose to use this version for a friends memorial. (It's probably too late now?). Anyways, I no longer have an audio only version of this recording, but there are ways to download it from the UA-cam video although I have never done that. You will likely find the method just by googling the question. Sorry i could not be more help.
Lots of people asking for tabs and scores of this version. Unfortunately I don't even know how to make those and I don't read music at all. The arrangement maybe looks harder than it is. Capo on whatever suits your singing range. Play the song in Am C G F D formations . There is also a Bb type formation in there in places especially on the Bridge. Don't be put off by my strange use of my thumb on the top string. Probably bad technique but it works. Have fun... keep it simple and from the heart. I dont usually leave comments on videos. But i just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating this beautiful version. My best friend and I are huge Supernatural fans. And this last week he passed away. I played this at his funeral and said my final goodbyes to him as the song played. Thank you so much again.
