I can't do the jumping ones not because I'm physically not able to do it, but because my neighbours who live below me won't appreciate an earthquake every morning
small victory: when i started this video, i was only able to do 1/2 of the minute doing the full exercise and 1/2 of the modification and i STILL took breaks. now, i can do 45 seconds full exercise and 15 seconds modification without any breaks!! i hope to be able to do the entire workout sometime soon :)
14 minutes in: "This isn't too bad." 15 minutes in: "When did I start sweating??" 16 minutes in: "Oh my GOODNESS, when did 60 seconds get so long!?" The end: " I did it, I did it, I did it haha!"
Today I promised myself to complete this workout until I reach my goal. Starting weight-75. 4 Day 1- done Day 2-done Day 3-done Day 4-done Done 2 weeksss I was able to get back in shapee. Doing this with intermittent fasting is very helpful. Can see results in less timee. I'll do this again after a break.
im 5'6" and weight 170lb. I burned 300 calories doing a mix of modified and regular. I liked how she adds lots of short breaks instead of one big break because it helped me perform the next exercise better to my ability. thanks for the work out edit: after about 3 months i lost 20 lbs and maintained that weight until now. im now at 150lb but my goal is to hit 130lb throughtout 2022. i took a break from exercise since may but have been eating healthy. when i start to excersie again im sure i will lose the next 30 pounds in about 6 months
Me whenever jump squats come up. Seriously though, it should be illegal for jump squats to go on for more than 20 seconds because my fatass thighs can’t take them.
this workout is so intense & doctors say overweight ppl shouldn't jump or even run!! you might hurt your knees really badly please stay safe. they recommend walking or swimming

Today i have my 29th birthday and i decided to say thank you to everyone that supported me this year and i could not forget you for making my everyday workout, a way of living. It's not only that you create amazing workouts that have already changed my body and made me feel so strong inside and outside. It's your unbelievable energy and the way you motivate me with your sweet vibes! I LOVE how the screen is split in two showing the modifications on one side. Thank you for normalizing modifications and showing them just as big as the regular moves. GREAT workout!!!
I've done this workout so many times and I absolutely love it. I've tried a bunch of other cardio workouts but nothing compares to this one. So intense and sweaty, the best

Thank you all guys for the comments, i thought i was the only one struggling hard! But with small "modifications"-breaks, it was manageable. Thanks Rachel for this intense workout!
30:19 completed the workout- I’m 5”5 around 55Kg and am 17- currently, I burned 280 active calories and 332 total calories, given that HIIT probably will burn around 50 more calories. I think 500 is a stretch maybe 400/450 calories max you can burn. I did all of the higher-intensity versions- the beginning was killer but I made it (you can too). I did burpees instead of burpees jump that's all the modification I did and towards the third quarter I was a bit slower but still did a good amount of reps. Great workout feeling the pain in my ankles lol. Keep going guys you can do it
I love how you can see the modifications just as clear as the regular workouts. I have to do mods because I’m overweight and I have arthritis in my left ankle. Thank you for this!
So, I have been doing Rachel's workouts now since February with the goal of losing body fat and gaining muscles. My weight now is pretty much the same as in February, a little less though, but my whole body shape changed. I definitely look more shredded and I feel so much stronger now! During this workout in particular, I burned 235 calories (30mins after the workout additional 100) - most of the exercises I do in advanced mode, some others in modified mode and I always smuggle in 10 - 15 extra seconds rest in between the exercises. For eating, I began counting calories with the help of an app and, since I struggle with some health issues, I write everything down what I eat. Thus, I am able to observe what exactly harms my body plus prevent any kinds of pain etc.
Doing this for 4 weeks will update every week! Please hold me accountable, I need motivation. Height: 5’0” Current weight: 195 Goal:135 Day 1️⃣: It was harder than I expected but not too hard to finish (I mostly did modifications).

For anyone wondering how much I burnets (5'7, 147 lbs) I burned about 280 calories! I used to go to the gym a lot before quarantine and I also did almost every single Chloe Ting challenge while in quarantine lol. This was an amazing workout and I want to do it a few times a week to get a good cardio blast in!
@@jicucheolinh1323 it’s when I did the full version with only a few modifications. I didn’t do any burpees because I injured my wrist and can’t put any weight on it. I did bicycle crunches instead when I was suppose to do those. If I did do modifications, it’s when I would be in the middle or end of the workout and get tired, so I would switch to modification for a few seconds then go back to regular if that makes sense haha
@@jicucheolinh1323 I also used to workout a lot before quarantine and did a lot of cardio as weightlifting, so that might be why I didn’t burn as many calories! It’s still a great workout!

I’ve been doing this workout since Dec 31! With a few rest days in between. I’m doing the modified version, at first I could only do 8 minutes but now I’m up to 15 minutes :)
Have you seen any results or changes from it?
as someone wanting to get on the road to fitness while also having bad knees i greatly appreciated the modifications and still felt accomplished working through the entire workout :D thank you
i overate today and felt really bad about it, so i used this as my last resort. i told myself getting half of this done will be okay, but i surprised myself by completing the whole entire video! i dont know how to describe how proud i feel. the guilt from overeating went away miraculously too. after a day of sitting down for exam prep, this was my perfect evening exercise. im feeling lighter and so much better. thank you!!
i think i’ll start doing this workout and doing an update every day lol

Keep going guys you can do it
Such a breath of fresh air that the moves aren’t mind boggling to follow
Thus, I am able to observe what exactly harms my body plus prevent any kinds of pain etc.
keeping track of my workouts‼

I did this workout 2xweek 4 month straight with weight training on other days, alongside CICO and 1 cheat meal a week, it is DOABLE.
It’s the calories you burnt when you do the modification or the full version?
