I am about to turn 42 in September as well- I say “ditto” to what Danielle has said above ! I definitely feel stronger and I can do 20-25 push-ups at a time now like I did in my 20s😊

Another no repeat yay!!! There is a lot more floor work than her recent workouts, however, it was still a great work out. I subbed some floor work for standing cardio. Active cal around 175.

Holey crap balls I made it!!! You just worked my butt sideways. I honestly didn't think i was gonna make it. I was dying at the 12 minute mark. The best work out I have found yet. High five!!!

I didn't feel like going gym today so started looking for a workout at home and this video popped up. Am real glad that i watched it. Here i am so tired after doing all of the moves (though i cheated occasionally ) but am real proud of myself coz i nearly gave up.

Hi Heather - I use your videos at least 3-4 times per week. But I would really appreciate it if you could do a video or several videos on the trampoline or sometimes called the urban rebounder. It is such an effective way to exercise without hurting your joints; not to mention lots of fun. Please consider and I look forward to rebounding with you in the near future.

I LOVE your workouts! No talking and great music to get moving to, my only critique is that I wish you had a warm up and cool down at the beginning and end. Keep up the great videos though I will continue to do them!

I've done this every day for just over a week now - when I first started I could only get to 10 minutes, middle of the week 15 minutes and now I've completed 20 minutes :D Hopefully by the end of this month I can do it all. I've massively changed my diet 99% clean eating and I've lost 4lbs so far :) I also do 30/60 second planks 5 times over the space of the day and my stomach is already much tighter (starting weight 172lbs)
Edit 1: 2 months in and I stopped exercising for a couple of weeks but I've lost 12lbs (160lbs atm) :) 1 month till my holiday so I'll do an update the day before - I'm hoping to be 150lbs

that was the first video I did from this chanel. I have to say-I LOVE IT. Excersises are not easy but not hard to do-you get tired,you feel it in your body,but it`s not like-i will never do this to myself (that`s how i feel about insanity for example :D ) But what I like the most-the music is awesome and no one is screaming-push up one more time or something like this :D

For anybody who is curious, I burned 225 calories during this workout with an average of 164bpm. I'm 5'5, 120lbs, and fairly active!

OKAY GUYS. I've been alternating between Pamela Reif, Madfit and Natacha Oceane for the last few weeks and let me tell you - THIS video was by far the most challenging for me! Don't get me wrong, I love those girls and I will continue to do their various workouts because they're super beneficial. But when it comes to a 20-30 min full body work-out, this one has taken the cake! Thanks Heather!

I just did this workout with my kids. They are 10,6 & 5 lol. They’re out of school so now they have at home p.e with me. They did about 2 seconds of each workout so I think they did pretty good

It is literally 3 o’clock in the morning but I just had the best HIIT workout ever I am drenched in sweat and am sweating in places I never knew I could🤦🏽♀️ but I am gonna make this an everyday workout for me it is almost the same as going to the gym but way better in a way!!😁

one of the better workout routines I've seen on UA-cam.
-Easy to follow (love the "up next" feature)
-Energizing music
-No dramatic "oNe mORe pUsH uP" or the like from the instructor, just simply putting on a timer and showing the moves
-Last but not least, fun and varied excercises. I've had a hard time finding a routine that doesn't hurt my back, but for this one I just had to replace 1-2 excercises (the frog crunch and possibly the reverse crunch).

Dear Heather, as a fit mom of 4, I’ve always made nutrition & exercise a part of my lifestyle. My now 5 year old son was diagnosed with Leukemia last June and my entire world was turned upside down/inside out. I had to force myself to work out after he was diagnosed. But as a part of my self care, I knew it was vital that I exercise still. The gym, a place I previously frequented every day, now gave me severe panic attacks. I tried many different fitness videos, but not many were very challenging for me as I am used to intense training. I finally found Your videos in a desperate search for a resolution! I’ve been wanting to say thank you Heather!!! I cannot begin to express to you how grateful I am for your videos. I love how organized they are and how there are different types of videos that target certain muscle groups. I’m now able to go to the gym a few days a week but I still do your videos at home twice a week. Sometimes I do one of your videos at the gym as a warm up before I lift instead of running the treadmill or doing the stair master. Please continue making videos! You are awesome!
