Do you guys realize that this is basically doing what our parents wanted us to do when we were younger? It‘s everything we hated not so long ago. Eat healthy, clean our rooms, get up early, do our work. I call it boring adult life. We have time to do that in our 40s, so why waste our 20s on strict routines?

this is no hate to you or the “that girl” thing but it makes me really sad that i want this lifestyle but having a chronic disability makes it so i can’t. i feel like everyone gets to love their lifestyle except me:((
Oh I am so sorry, I do not know what are you going thru but I am sure you can do something to make you feel better. Could you maybe start journaling, meditating, drinking more water, reading, stretching or something simple like that?(not saying to do all of that but maybe one or two habits) That is also a big part of being "that girl". I hope you are doing well.

can someone explain habit n°15 (affirmation) for me, please? I didn't get it.
for example, when you think about yourself negatively like, I'm not smart/beautiful/successful. That's how you see/ think of yourself.
You want to change those negative affirmations into positives ones like, I'm beautiful, I'm worthy, I'm successful. Even if you don't fully believe those postive affirmations about yourself, eventually you will. if you say them enough, like every morning, your mind will believe you are those positive affirmations and you'll believe them too!

Can anyone tell How to remove pimples?? 😭😭😭I'm soo struggling because of the bunch of pimples on my forehead it's really weird I litterally hate it😭😭😭😭😭I don't have enough confidence because of this pimples😭💔
get a good skincare routine: visit a dermatologist to prescribe products for your skin type. also apply sunscreen in the morning. and NEVER pick or pop your pimples!!! it can be tempting but it’s not worth it - just apply spot treatment and leave it alone. you’ve probably heard it a million times before but consume more water and less dairy (eg. drink nut milk instead of cow’s milk). and just wait it out. trust me i have acne too and i know how it can ruin your confidence. but when i realized it’s normal at our age i started to feel better - less ugly and ‘gross’. remember acne is something most people deal and it will go away eventually.
PS. people with acne tend to develop less wrinkles later in life;)

i have a question for u... Why don't u show the bad aspect of your Life? Why don't u show the hard time or the difficulties of this Life? Why don't u show us the fact that this type of life is so difficult and nearly impossible? Why don't u show the sacrifice of this life style? Please make a video of the hard part not only the good part of your Life. Some people think that your life is perfect and when something goes wrong they think that All Is trash and they are the problem, they think that they need too change because they are all wrong, because they see all the good of your Life, and can't believe that their life is not good as yours. Please think about this
I do not think she tried to make her life look perfect or make people feel sad about their lifes. She just wanted to motivate people to become their best self and be healthy. I don't think there was a need for you to commrnt this lol we are just trying to set goals for the new year- :/
