Pro tip: add a few tablespoons or a scoop of vanilla protein powder to your baked oats! Easy way to get in your protein and make the oats even more delicious!

Why would you want to sign up for a gym membership when you already have a (perfectly great) gym at your apartment? Genuinely curious. Ngl that would just be an unnecessary expense imo.

im sorry but nah the "that girl" trend is extremely problematic because honestly social media glamorizes ED’s and ed behaviors, diet culture and excessive exercise and always being 1000% active and puts unhealthy stuff ( like obsessions with healthy eating, calories, making up or earning food with movement, always doing hiit- burning calories) on a pedestal and this ain’t healthy it’s disordered. same goes for SKINNY = better. skinny privilege as if being skinny ( and by skinny i mean - only being skin & bones ( very very skinny like i’m speaking from experience i am anorexic ) is better than anything, makes ur life 10000% better and it’s normalized lol. skinny ≠ healthier, FITTER ( lol all these comments " omg if i was this skinny i’d - " or " do u workout, i wanna look like u". like no. skinny ≠ doesn’t mean ur better, healthier, fitter and leaner or toned at all. we shouldn’t let our body define our self worth, it doesn’t make us more worthy to be lean and be active, do 5 hiits a day and eat less or more volume / less cals !!!!! also: we shouldn’t have to justify gaining weight, eating more and moving less. we don’t need to earn our food, make up for missed workouts, count calories and it’s okay if u lose progress and not eat healthy. and yeah everything in moderation and balance but even if u don’t, that’s okay. weight gain is a good thing and weight loss and being skinny isn’t superior. this active "that girl" lifestyle sets unrealistic goals and promotes dangerous, unhealthy diet culture & workout behaviors OR even fat phobia and especially i am struggling extremely hard with body image bc i had to gain quite a lot of weight bc i’m in recovery, i lost my abs, had to completely cut off exercise after an excessive addiction- i worked out for 3 hours every single day for 1 1/2 years, planned all my meals, punished my body, scheduled all my meals and never ate unhealthy. i literally defined my worth on how skinny i was and on this lifestyle that i was living, it made me think i am superior and i proved something to myself/ feeling accomplished.
And now i am experiencing extreme hunger!!! i am going against what society tells us to do. my body needs lots of food lol.
i was literally the definition of "that girl". it was me on paper. i lived this veryyy productive, healthy, active lifestyle but it made me sick and my body suffered and people praised me for my lifestyle and now i have to do the complete opposite and i HAVE to eat a lot, i am gaining weight ( and that’s a good thing. my body is changing drastically and yeah i miss it but ). my body is sending me all the signs that it needs food and is exhausted and being underweight but having abs and working out/being fit and this lifestyle as "that girl" made me miserable.

At 7.00 am I'm on my way to work. My skin care is looking in the mirror and thinking ' fuck me, you hag' and smearing cream on my face cream. At 7.30 I don't question coffee..... It's a must ..... Bugger the water ...smoothie liquid stuff... Just no.... journaling ... No .... My goals , my to do list, atop people killing themselves, making risky choices, there's no journal re for that.... My to do list... Make it through the day .....no nice music ...... Breakfast is dream ..... Brunch is the key .... At 3pm.....my banana are rotten and cinnamon put of date .... Baked oats I wish..... What's social media .... The place I periodically post a whimsical comment..... I wish I could do the gym...... My cardio Is running after patients and staff all day ....airpods What???? Lunch is biscuit with coffee ..... What a life .... Miles apart ..... I wish I had the luxury .... Life times apart...... Generations apart .... little jealous of the luxury
