The moped rider sounded young so for him to stop, accept his mistake and be so polite with it too - well done fella.
Not really that well done because as soon as he got some distance he got right back on it and drove down the path he was told he wasn't allowed too. That's not politeness that manipulation.
@@KoboldPip He was on a road when he started riding again.
@@KoboldPip That's a long way to go just to say "I didn't pay attention and can't tell the difference between two completely different roads."
@@Daktangle Well in that case it was my bad and I take it back.
@@ArmadaOne well no I'm not analysing these videos frame by frame I'm just watching casually not paying much attention. They looked similar to me at the time  I take back what I said though if it was what I thought it was it would of been true, though in this case it wasn't.
3:20 “Pete! Fucking hell! Why did you go straight over it?!” 😂
well done to the police with the moped.
Yes.
Thank you guys for being so cool ;)
Attitude of the moped rider helped though.
He kid driving the transit connect @ 23:55 look at his eyes and typical attitude he's definitely jacked up on some illigal substance.
Fair play to the cops at 6:00, and to the moped rider for stopping and accepting what he did was wrong
How was it wrong?
@@Dehydratedpencil Seriously? How could you possibly miss that?
@@HEARTS-OF-SPACE Oh I am completely aware that he broke the rules of the Highway Code.
But I can separate law from morality. There was nobody around, he wasn't going particularly fast, therefore nobody is at risk of being harmed.
@@Dehydratedpencilok so it must be ok to text and drive as long as no one’s around, stupid comment. Laws are there for a reason, how did he know no one would be around ducking down that path? I question your reasoning.
They aren’t police mate, they are pcso. Pretend 1s
2:17 takes one to know one....anyone could have seen that coming!
And chasing after a car like that is a utterly stupid thing to do too. He's lucky he didn't get killed or similar.
" You hit me " 🔔end , you hit him !
Only way they could've gotten more tits in this video is if they just filmed a strip club for an hour.
Even in the clips where there's no contact or crash, 99% of the dash cam drivers make a mountain out of a molehill and are just as dangerous as the other idiots.
Ashley Neal's UA-cam channel should be a mandatory section of the driving test, anyone who crashes or claims should have to watch his videos to learn.
Not quite. The cam cars lane splits into 2, the black SUV's lane was by itself. Black SUV tried to merge into the other lane, hitting the cam car
10.30 onwards. The fella screamed when the car was about 30 metres away! Like that scene in Austin Powers where the steamroller is heading towards the fella at 2mph
🤣💦... He probably thought his padded
helmet would dampen the hysterics...
sounded like he forced a couple of nuggs out!!
8:57 KUDOS TO THE AMBULANCE DRIVER FOR PUTTING THAT ENTITLED MERCEDES DRIVER IN THEIR PLACE
You would have thought uk ambulance would have rear camera record functionality to send this kind of footage to the police, the ambulance being on blues has no time discussing this with road users, they have urgent life saving business to attend to and are not the high way police.
‘You hit me….!’
I'm sure #67 will soon meet all the other people in the cemetery who were also right.
He will confirm any anti-biker attitude that the van driver might have by his stupid behaviour.
Yep, just because the van driver is a cnut doesn't mean that biker has to act like one too.
#5 3:20 How can people drive with windshields that dirty is beyond me. Probably one of the reasons he couldn't see the obstacle he hit.
Maybe it's the sun
Na it’s definitely that dirty windscreen that caused his lack of vision. If your windows are that dirty you should be lucky it’s only a curb and not a person.
Ether needs new wipers or bad washer fluid
Didn't realise this was an American video
What the hell did he hit? I can't see it. I watched it several times 😂😂
10:34 - Massive over reaction, you would think think the guy had a massive lorry barrling towards him at 100mph the way he screamed.
12:22 - and that is why "elderly" drivers should be tested in depth at least yearly, he could have crushed someone.
15:25 - Lexus obviously a moron but you should also have been in the left most lane for most of that clip.
16:08 - Death wish
19:29 - lulz
22:04 - Just let them in, were they being impatient? Sure but lorries on that road are a nightmare and people want past them, there was ample space for them to move over, you didnt have to cause the whole issue and then sitting on the horn to antagonise... do better.
22:32 - While he was in the wrong lane, its a very poorly laid out bit of road and the guys confusion is perfectly justified imo, he shouldnt have brake checked like a knobber though.
24:54 - What a spindly wee twat.
25:50 - What a fud, more money than talent.
29:10 - 10/10 dramatics, plus that horn use... proper twat cammer, VW was also a muppet.
31:40 - Jesus Christ.... That's Jason Bourne.
34:05 - That's incredibly bad driving and a gross breach of their policies and training.
37:40 - Cammer is a complete walloper here, the vans late join onto the slip wasnt great but is it really worth getting killed over.
42:00 - Pro tip, dont sit in the blind spot... ever.
43:18 - This guy needs fired and his licence revoked, he is clearly not stable or intelligent enough to be entrusted with a lorry.
3.35..... a raised curb section haha
curb???
hate ppl like this lorry driver (#72). he causes the problem but blaming every1 else for his own stupidity.
i'm afraid it's apparently not common anymore to have the balls and taking responsibility for your own bad actions...
long live humanity! although we are on a revolutionary decline. so, good luck everyone! :)
bit of a late reply but the sign on the other end about weight is obscured and the road has now been closed due to it having 2 crashed in 3 months head on round corner
#41 You reduced your 'safe distance' to a third as the car was overtaking.
Yes - deliberately closed the gap, just because you were annoyed.
The car had passed him and the lorry driver tried to block him out. Lorry driver is a w⚓
#14 That motor bike rider is so lucky, that he was not paying attention to the green light.
34:07 show us more than a couple of seconds.. did you not see a bright police car with lights and sirens on coming towards you more than two seconds prior? 😂
25:09 he looks like he's smashed out of his face when he gets out and starts talking to the rider.
Little road man getting baked for his shit job.
#74: ASL at start of clip - Rule 178 of the Highway Code states: "Motorists, including motorcyclists, MUST stop at the first white line reached if the lights are amber or red and should avoid blocking the way or encroaching on the marked area at other times, e.g. if the junction ahead is blocked.' Neither the car nor the motorbike should have been in the box reserved for cyclists.
Not sure how some other rule (88?) makes anything right here.
14:29 can we just appreciate that opportunistic transition?
2 boys in the girls car wanting to fight when they're the ones in the wrong 😂
13:45 "you should have gone"! Because you took a few seconds to move I thought I'd rear end you 🙄
#72 The HGV driver blaming the woman in the car he must not read signs as he is driving 🤷♀️🤣
38.10 It is bikers like that that give the rest of us a bad name; meanwhile the bike that was at the root of it was long gone. The van driver was not tail gaiting he was attempting to overtake the slower bike.
Audi drivers well represented again.
10:43
😂😂😂
The kind of reaction my wife has when I’m driving along the road and absolutely nothing happens!
21:00 I was taught to reverse into my driveway (on a road that width) as drivers can see you pulling up and have to wait for you to finish your manoeuvre. A lot safer to do that then drive out so you can see what's coming.
I like how the video says the driver backing out didn't check his mirrors. What would that have accomplished lol
@@hugo1593also whilst the new driver isn’t at fault, an experienced driver could have seen that coming from a mile away and would have slammed the anchors on, avoiding all the hassle of getting into a crash altogether
When I was doing my driving lessons I was taught that it's breach of the highway code to reverse from a minor road (which includes private driveways) onto a major road (which includes any road that the driveway emerges onto).
@@JamesA1984this is correct and has been in the Highway Code for years
#72 Fair play to the mother keeping calm and being a good role model for her child
‘Naughty truck’
= twat
Yeah, hope the truck driver was reported and sacked. "Muh Sat Nav" isn't an excuse when the road is clearly signed like that.
@@Para2normal u clearly dont drive hgv, sat navs take u up these roads all the time. Driving massive vehicles is stressful. The man was probably stressed
@@marksmanpola8055 Agreed I don't drive HGV but if the road signage says "No vehicles over x tonnes" then the driver MUST obey those signs. I understand that driving a Truck can be incredibly stressful, I've known a lot of HGV drivers in my time but my motto has always been (at least for driving lol) "keep your rage in the cage*.
Actually, she's a terrible role model. She moves forward while saying, "I can't get through there"
You don't pass a large vehicle on a bend. The better place to pass is where it is wide and straight.
She implies that as she has traffic behind her, she can't do anything. Wrong. The best solution is the simplist. If you have to reverse a little way, so be it. What ever is easy and quick. NOt holding the, "I have the right of way, so YOU move. I'mma stay here" crap I see all the time.
38:10 Just seems like you were upset because you were overtaken.
100%!
10:20 the submitter should challenge that and potentially seek legal advice, if you take to the road with an unsecured load that is a criminal offence, it also means that your vehicle is not roadworthy. A cursory check online suggests that the driver of the van and by extension their insurance is 100% liable!
Also amazing timing with the song on the radio
#72 not the wagon drivers fault, it's SSO logistics transports managers fault, I've been in that situation and telephoned saying can't go this route only to get the reply "if you don't do it walk and we'll get someone who will"..... transport managers are supposed to plan routes for the size of the vehicle's
Driver is in charge of the vehicle. It's no different to drivers going through no entry signs because their "sat nav told them to".
A truck driver should know the weight of their vehicle and know that they can or cannot go down a road. 100% his fault.
4:51 I don't see a Jeep anywhere ! Did you mean Landrover?????? Get it right.
People sometimes use "jeep" as a generic trademark to refer to a large SUV of any brand. It's quite common in the UK, especially among older generations.
56:08 that horn was priceless
I must be honest- compared to the video clips coming out of Russia, America and the Far East, these guys are good drivers!
Totally agree with you, when I moved to Canada from UK I was appalled at the standard of driving . Having said that I do come back every few years and I think the standard has dropped in the last 20 years, but, there's a lot more traffic.
I must agree that they are tame compared with the USA 😂
#41 so you close the gap and blame the lad , also speed limit for HGV on Dual carriageway is 50 mph in Scotland
3:40... ffs Keith... what's the matter with you 😂😂
#38 20:50 genuine question because I genuinely don't know. What was the point in zooming into his numberplate like that? His mistake was either not seeing the sign, or not being fully aware of his height (possibly he uses multiple different vehicles, and there may not be a height indicator in there) But ultimately, all that matters is that he didn't try to go under it, it executed a nearly perfect reverse out of there, didn't hit anything. That's problem solving. Lots of experts here who don't drive anything bigger than a mini cooper.
23:56 “furthermore” lmaooooooooooo
Clip 4 - Why chase them if you have it on dashcam? If you let them flee the scene they get a much more severe penalty.
Exactly and he was driving like an idiot trying to catch up!! Cutting people off etc.
It was poor driving to start off with. Cutting underneath and the road markings were not heavily defined into which lane. With a bit more awareness it could have easily been avoided.
I'd argue he only fled out of fear.. he just got cut off by the camera guy.. the UK isn't as laid back and all loving as people make out, if you get in a collision or pulled over by police always do the smart thing and drive somewhere else with CCTV if possible. And yes, it holds up in court lol
@@MiddayEnglishman That's a fair response actually.
As someone who's lived a significant percentage of my life in England, I can completely agree when you say it's a somewhat hostile environment. It's a shame, because England used to be the envy of the world.
It's quickly devolving to a third world nation.
I hear they even have to pay a tax for sugary drinks now... Pretty barbaric.
@@dancoulson6579maybe, but nothing compared with the tax on alcoholic drinks.
how does a nation even 'devolve'
17:50 the BMW driver is right. You are trying to overtake when the signs are clearly visible the the lane on the left is closed in 800yards. You do not need to be in front of him especially when he needs to move over for the lane closure ahead.
#67. White van possibly an idiot, but cam biker was a bigger one.
Van was doing nothing to cam biker until the cam biker started things by crossing hatchings on slip road then crossing two lanes to get alongside the van who at that point, was trying to pass the front biker.
Elderly drivers! I am so glad that a neurologist told me to stop driving when I was 70 because driving standards do not appear to be improving, and that does not go well with increasing traffic.
Rubbish! Utter rubbish. I'm as good a driver NOW, as I was 20 years after passing my test in a truck. Since then my driving has improved and the cars I drive now have more safety features built in to ensure I remain a competent driver. Sounds like you have given up life to early .
#5. I know that roundabout well A66 just outside Darlington. The cammer should have left the roundabout in the Right Lane as Marked.
Clip 29 was a clear undertake attempt - the driver recording was in the wrong.
Also had the audacity to moan about lane control when they're claiming the middle lane with no one to the left.. embarrassing
Agreed - the car was clearly coming around parked cars on the side of the road and would have to manoeuvre left. Even though the road might have a 'give way' sign, the driver recording should have the initiative to not immediately assume others will stop for you. Should've been more aware.
No.74, that’s Bedford for you!
15:25 although that driver should not have cut you up, you were doing a fine job of hogging the middle lane, seemingly for a prolonged period of time.
#83 thanks for the commentary.
#34 As soon as you realised it was an audi you should have eased off. Them and BMWs have their own Highway code and it only has one rule - don't bother giving a toss about anyone else.
14:30 thats was SLICK with the window wipers and lil title
2:17 you can see the driver that got hit was driving in the middle of the lane
8:10 motorcyclist won life that day.
I've literally watched the same clip about 10 times and i still have no idea what Pete hit in number 5.....
A bit of pavement separating the road into two different lanes
4:16 Cammer didn't help. It was clear the other driver was trying to get back into left lane but cammer didn't pull back to make space.
Is he required to? The other car came fitted with brakes as well as an accelerator.
@@calibrazxr750 He isn't *required* to, but that misses the point. The other driver had misjudged up his overtaking manoeuvre but was clearly trying to move back to the left lane. At that point, the cammer should realise what's going on and just held back so that other car could slot inbetween him and the car in front. Instead he chose to honk his horn, hold his position and squeeze the other driver into the spin. That doesn't seem like making allowances....
@@roberthindle5146 completely agree
Salden247 @ 37:08 : This is the A289 coming off the A2/M2 at J1 coastbound. My home turf :)
@3:09 So many people in UK have poor lane discipline in roundabouts.
Number 4 speeding and cut up other people. Obviously tempting to do but once he had their number plate he should've called the police on them. He could have caused way worse than thst little bump!
#43... that reg comes back to a silver Merc....
It's a personal reg, bearing in mind this was 12 months ago and the way the car is being driven has probably been written off, the plate is likely on a Merc now
Be warned if anyone brake checks me I am in their boot.
Be warned it’s no claim not no blame on your NCD just for teaching them a lesson…
A lesson in the hazards of undertaking there.
When I was taught to drive they always told me to give a Quick Look left and right before pulling into a junction even if I have green lights.. why don’t people do this? Takes 1 second and could save your life.
The jeep driver was clearly in the cammers head, they are the crazy one.
I understand 26 was upset, and yes the guy should pay more attention but the bloke sounded genuinely apologetic so calm down no one got hurt, he will learn from his mistake and be more careful it’s gonna cost him more then you in the long run
Some people have just got a big energy bill in .
and they are taking it out on drivers
The driver said he ''should have gone'' (not very apologetic sounding), a poor excuse for a rear ender. Callous attention to the road like that is why people get killed.
@@mikewade777it’s true! yes he should have looked again but also you don’t expect people to sit around / stall when it’s perfectly clear, on a side note, there’s nothing worse than idiots who are too scared to pull out and hold everyone else up whilst they’re waiting for a huge gap which is never gonna come (not saying that’s what happened here)
23.37 - There is no getting away from the fact that there are more and more meatheads on the road that should never be allowed near a vehicle - if that fool does ride a bike he won't be riding or driving for much longer, he'll end up killing himself or worse, another driver.
I think your right as he has to be of his face to look like that .surly no one can look as stupid as he does an sound . If the biker had asked what planet we are on right now I'm sure it NOT be earth lol .
Also his fag bag ha ha ha what a tool .
#98 Sorry, but both drivers were equally at fault. You can see at the start that it's a 4 point roundabout. For those, the left hand lane is for left and straight ahead and the right hand lane is for right only (Exit 1 and 2, Exit 3). Both drivers were in the wrong lane for their respective exits and ended up colliding because of it.
Not correct, you can take the right lane to go straight ahead onto a dual carriageway!! I hope you dont have a licence!!
#83 53:00 that bridge doesn't have the height displayed. Which should mean it's higher than 5m, 16.6ft. I don't believe that lorry comes anywhere close to 5m
No 67 - two wrongs don’t make a right!
56:06 flipping hilarious 😂😂😂😂
17:09 why apologetic comment from the rider. Audiot had to check if its safe to merge at the speed to second lane which he/she clearly didnt do. If you aware of blinds spots do proper checks before any speedy move. I would report that idiot in the heartbeat that was very dangerous
8:14 - 🤣💦...
Sounded more Dirty than Insulting!!
We need a "Raunchiest Dashcam Insults comp" lmao
im glad i dont drive - my blood pressure would be through the roof xD
Number 78 was satisfying to see
#77: Cammer shouldn't have been passing another vehicle on a crossing. The best clips feature a bad driver capturing someone else's bad driving and putting their own lack of skill on display.
The kid on the scooter was lucky, when I got stopped as a 17-year-old on my Lambretta which was tricked out with all the accessories, a backrest loads of mirrors and badges with skid guards and outrigger exhaust with no baffle they made me dismount and push it back to my home which was two and a half miles away while they followed me all the way in their panda car creeping right behind me at two miles an hour and laughing at me all the way.
Guy at 23.48 always reminds me of the guy in enders game the film.small boy complex syndrome 😂
12:57 right here, both to blame really!?
Chicago Bulls fan - always be careful
3:43 Why isn't there a traffic light for the pedestrians?
Didn't know you could cycle a moped 🤣
Ped= pedal. Some still have the petals that pop out for if you run out of fuel.😂
10:11 classed as an insecure load
I was a police advanced driver (Escort/TPAC/VIP etc) for 30 years. The police driver at 34:18 was not advanced trained, as this was an appalling piece of driving in a "panda" car. We are taught never to be what is called the "meat in the sandwich", which is exactly what this police officer did. Poor planning, poor decision-making and very poor driving! And as for the police driver at 58:16, it is quite correct that they are driving dangerously. Blue lights provide a number of exemptions, but solid white lines is NOT one of them. Another very dangerous piece of police driving, again from a "panda" driver.
@41:18 - of course the cyclist is arguing... SMH
12:58 pause the video here I saw a T sign and im sure it means dead end so that cannot f been the main road
52 made me understand American jaywalking laws
#68. A Range Rover being driven by an obnoxious turd. Didn’t see that coming.
Fair do's to #11, most riders would have just laughed and said "screw you I'm outta here"
Seen some of these before unfortunately.
No.15. Yes,he should have seen the cammer, but his view to his right was obstructed by a wagon and the cammer was going slowly, so he pulled out. The cammer COULD have realised the situation and just stopped .
9:45 scum weren't in much of a rush after all
"It took me several attempts to see what the cammer had hit" Didn't want to share though eh?
NG56XEV mini , what the hell ????
The guy following the ambulance was an arse. I had a similar situation recently where I pulled over to let an ambulance past then the guy behind me tried not letting me back in. He messed with the wrong vehicle
The morons that brake check others should face a ban if caught on camera.
Nu#4 can't seem to pick a lane and stay in it.
In all fairness to Pete I didn’t see it either 😅
Biker in 78 totally in the wrong, boxing mirror of car, didn't hang around when driver was getting out after him lol lol. Knob jockey
Clip no 4 - why don’t you try and cause another accident whilst chasing the car that hit you. Madness - you have the film - report to police.
I thought the same, driving like that was madness
"no words to describe" two cars mounting the pavement to get past a bus? Come on it wasn't that serious!
PC perspex is gonna be a laughing stock when his mates see this video 🤣
Best of April. is that 2022
