You only need 10mins to prepare this Decadent Chocolate cake! Full of Chocolate flavor!

Hi guys, this another chocolate cake recipe that I love and I'm sure y'all are going to love this too. The recipe is super simple, I hope you make it and enjoy it as much as I did.
Ingredients:
-1 cup sugar
-1/2 cup vegetable oil
-1/2 cup buttermilk(mix 1/2cup milk with 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice)
-1 egg
-1 tsp vanilla essence
-1-1/2 cup all purpose flour
-1/2 cup cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/4tsp salt
-Coffee water(mix 1/2cup warm water with 1tbsp coffee granules)
For the ganache:
-1 cup dark chocolate, chopped
-1 cup whipped cream

Amazing tries baking a cake today in the oven it didn't rise, was hard outside what could I have done wrong?it was such a heartbreak and also how long do you preheat the oven before putting the batter in the oven ..thanks

Hey, the hardness could be you add too much flour and also if it doesn't rise, it's coz you didn't preheat your oven before baking. I normally preheat my oven for about 10mins
