The ash maple and alder rosewood sound so different! Both on the v7 and p7. Love the ash maple version!!

Ash-Maple sounds quite clearer on both models. Soundwise my favorite is the V7 ash

I love to see these comparisons. They both sound great to me, but it's cool to see how the "same instrument" can sound so different! I just got a V7 alder. Now I see I need a P7. Hopefully a 5-string. Great video! Thank you for sharing!

Wow nice job on the video and in English. That's great. I have a V7 2nd gen Vintage Ash /Maple. For me that is the best sound but I'm not sure how alder compares to ash in the Vintage model.

I´ve got the Ash V7 5 string and the Alder P7 5 string. For a jazz bass (V7) I like the brightness of the ash and for a Precision bass (P7) I like the punchy lows of the alder. For me, that gives me most versatility. (Got a P5 5 string on the way....can´t wait!....I guess I can soon call myself a collector 🙂)
