    This recipe is one of my favorites ❤️. I add some sliced kalamata olives after cooking & heat up some pita bread for my egg yolks. Great recipe, Mediterranean Dish!!

    i've been making something similar with this but with kale... never thought of adding bell peppers! Will try it this weekend 😊 Love your channel ❤️

    Made it tonight for the first time! It was so crazy good. I love finding easy, healthy recipes, cuz we're trying to eat better and I get really sad about not having cake lol
    I made this as a side dish to lobster tails. My boyfriend diced up garlic and shallots really finely and the mixture was great on top of these veggies. We subbed shredded Colby jack for the feta, and a poultry seasoning instead of zataar, hope that's not blasphemy haha. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

    This looks amazing. The only thing I wonder about is, do you eat this straight out of the pan? If so, don't we worry about scratching the pan with metal forks?

      Hello! First, bake the veggies alone for 10-15 minutes. Then add the eggs and bake for 5-8 more minutes. Enjoy!
