Day five complete! Oh man that stretching portion was much needed! I never realized how my body is so...tense(?) This has been the most relaxing workout day so far. No sweating, no heavy breathing, and no pain. Good job to everyone who is participating! I believe in us.
My body feel unwell, my nose keep watering, sneezing and coughing, yet I'm still proud to myself who never give up to pull this Day 5 pilates. I'm sweating a lot and feel so much better than just laid on my bed. Thank you Madeline for your vudeos, you know I adore you so much Day 5 done

5 день, супер, тренировки уже даются легче и равновесие держать легче, хотя до сих пор бывает, что трясет во время некоторых упражнений. +результат/разница уже видна

I thought I wouldn't be able to do it today. I was planning on combining days 5 and 6 tomorrow. Good thing, I decided to do it tonight before bedtime huhuhu and I did it!!! Day 5 ✅

This is so awesome, I love your routines ❤❤❤❤ One question, every time I try to do the dog pose I feel like a little pain that feels like electric shock in the back of my ankle, do you have any recommendations? Any specific stretch or warm up so that I can prevent any further injury? , cause I know that my body can go further but I think I just need an specific recommendation 😅😅
Did not like it at all. Thought many time to stop, but the idea pissed me off. Did it, didn't enjoy it because the positions were hard. Day 5 completed
