Day eight complete! Maybe I'm delusional, but I feel stronger (?) I'm able to complete the workouts without feeling tired afterwards. I've even contemplated if I should do the workouts twice! I have never been a fan of exercise (hence my obesity lol) but I find myself excited to complete these workouts. It doesn't feel like chore to me. Good job to everyone participating! I believe in us.
i’m loving these workouts, they’re a lot more different to your other plans. just a quick question, would you ever consider making playlists that tailor to different types of workouts (like one for full body, one for stretch and strengthen etc), just so if we’re looking to work on a particular part of the body, we can just find a video in a playlist rather than having to scroll through all of your videos? just a suggestion, love love love the content ❤❤

I have carpel tunnel on my left wrist, so sometimes it’s uncomfortable for me to do it but I noticed my hands/arms are getting stronger. Usually I have to alter my left wrist and today I noticed I was able to be more flexible!! Day 8 complete!
i've been adding weights to your workouts for a few months now, currently redoing this plan with 2kg (~4lbs) per hand and almost cried during minutes 9-12 lol
I skipped yesterday as I was so caught up with making notes for exam that I completedly forgot about it lol nevertheless it was a great burn and my arms are officially dead!! 😆 Day 7: Finished🌟
Okay so I am in my period. First part, I had to take an extra long break because I was exhausted and I felt like I would just give up if I continued. Middle part of the workout was great (with the arms) and I felt the burn. I was pissed asf when I saw there was still other exercices (I thought we were done) after this . I did it, but I know my form was poop. Day 8 completed
I weigh 82kg. Idk if I lose weight with Pilates but it’s fun so ig I’m going to stick with this. Anyone has any suggestions on how to lose weight with Pilates ?

You could make your own playlist 😊 That's what I did. I just added all my favourite arm, leg & core workouts from Madeleine and made my own list 😊
