As a drummer and precussionist / musician for over 20 years I've never seen such flawless spontaneous natural talent. JD is one of the best modern drummers I've ever heard. Domi's intellect on music and her playing the organ which transitioned into playing bass and keyboard. History in this video, I come back to it often...
They’ve already known each other for 5 years, practically growing up together. I don’t see a reason for them to “break up” as a group even if they go in different directions. I’m sure they’d collab forever
Damn I haven’t watched them in a few months. They’ve really progressed and refined their performance. Feel like we’re seeing that inevitable transition from prodigies to world class pros. Thanks for posting. Must have been an awesome show
Thank you for recording this performance and posting the video. I'm from Brazil and I've been following their work since the beginning. And this video was an experience of see them play live, watching and listening from your perspective. Unfortunately they will take a long time to play here in Brazil then, thank you.
It’s an honor my little video brought you joy🙏 I’m grateful for that and hope you can see these musicians in person sooner then later. And if I’m being honest with you, this video was better then my im POV because this one girls head was in my way hahaha. It was an amazing experience nonetheless. Stay blessed 🙏🙏
@@greatvaluecorndog I agree. Most likely next year or the year after that we will get a new album. They've announced that its in the works, but they kinda went out of their way to specify that its not this year im pretty sure. Just with the way they worded in a slightly strange way.
Loved this. If not for the screamers interrupting the vibe this would have been perfect. Those of you out there who scream at performances, what's your point people, if you want to be part of the show, learn how to play and form a band, otherwise, STFU and just listen.
Have they only got this 1 song? 🤷🏻no denying they’ve both got talent…. But every track sounds the same, like they’re trying to play as much as they can as fast as they can….
Have you heard their album? It's got quite a few surprises, vocals from them, guest vocalists, I was impressed by the stylistic variations. Give it a spin.
Domi has 4 independent brains each controlling an appendage , yet all in sync.
Think of it like a drummer. It’s 4 separate parts working as 1 so in your head it’s not independent at all! Realizing this changed a lot for me.
Domi is the pianist.

This is a force of nature…unbelievable.
Man I hope they really last as a duo imagine what they will be like even in 5 years😯

world leaders.
they've pretty much peaked out on what they can do.
I couldn't write this until I collected my eyes and ears off of the floor where they landed after my head exploded.

Somehow the beater was the most important sound element
wild
Hell yes!
Anybody else noticd the bass pedal waggle at the end? Sees pretty tight, it moves back and forth pretty quick...I wonder if it even matters

how the hell do the bottom of his sticks not get stuck in his baggy sleeves?
I don't think there is any stick hanging out of the back of his grip
Fair question
yeah, I can't do sleeves when I drum.
Nice
listening to jd, today, makes me smile. first i thought he had a bit to much of a drink. but then ... ok, if it helps. but ... just love is reliable.
I got lost in this... Also, who's rockin' the boat?
Wait. They learned this ish?!
plagues miles perry
I think JD may have borrowed some oversized clothes from Louis Cole ;)
By far the best music that I don't like 🤷

Disagree. From my experience most players enjoy when the audience actually reacts and isn't a dead wall of people. Different strokes, I guess

Monotony at its best…
Meh They're a one trick pony
They’re literally like 20 💀 they have loads of time to develop and find new sounds. Also the ‘trick’ their doing is extremely good

theyve released one album so far how are u judging them after hearing one album
this was sarcasm right? because they are two of the most musically gifted people on the planet right now.
Yeah, their one trick is being amazing.
They leave, knowing the superiority of their mind.
