(JD has a beautiful, full head of hair! However, I wondered how bothersome it might be for him to have to frequently "flick" his hair out of place, while he's drumming. I see he's got a lot of his hair in his front and both sides cut off, so he can be more comfortable - I would think - while performing.) These kids worked very hard to get where they are now - I'm so happy for them that they may both had supportive families. Dedicated to accomplishment, a supportive family, and talent - a fantastic combination!

That's what i call disrespect. It's not a problem for the person whom you "disrespect" (a bit too strong word), it's actually a problem for you. It means that you just don't understand.
