I hold the Quinta Ruban and the LaSanta in the highest regards. Especially the Quinta Ruban. These were the two that solidified my passion for single malt whisky. I recieved the small bottles with the Glenmorangie gift box. And the rest, as they say, was history. I look forward to trying this one as soon as I find a bottle.

This extra matured range from Glenmorangie is just great. I find the Nectar D’Or to be a wonderful summertime dessert whisky. Cheers gents 👌😊🥃
THE WHISKY COUCH perhaps. Quality and complexity are there for sure, but extremely sweet for me. However as a dessert it's great.
I like Dalwhinnie 15 for dessert but quite enjoy Nectar d'Or on a warm summer night.
Sir you said that chill filtration is just a gimic after you made your research, but know you say it does make a difference?
Chateau d'Yquem is a Grand Cru wine. It is a stunning sweet wine and better than any whisky aged in its ex-barrels.These French barrels are also the most expensive oak in the world. Glendronach also made a fantastic 12 year whisky with Chateau d'Yquem a couple of years ago which I think was a bit better than this Glenmorangie Nectar d'Or. I think the review was a bit thin. Come on Horst.

I always like your review . Just a bit touch of presentation, Please pour the drink for the other partner (the dad) first , that would looks much better., just like being presented at hosted party.
