Just got one yesterday. Wasnt sure i’d buy because price but after all the reviews i grabbed one when i finally got the chance. IT IS GGGGREAT!!! Worth the 250 but now I’m on a bottle hiatus to even out for a few months 😆
Let me put it this way…. This is the experience I thought ER-17 2023 was supposed to be… highly considering refilling my ER-17 bottle so when ppl drink it they can say “oh yeah, that’s a 1500 bottle for sure” lol 😂
Don’t watch these guys often, but why is the dude in the right never allowed to finish a thought? Haha poor dude gets cut off every second. Hard to watch. But another review that says this is a banger. Can’t want to get mine!
An AMAZING bottle, my favorite of 2024, thus far! My palate says this is better than RR13, WT12, and RR CNF. Didn't get a bottle at the distillery, got 2 at my local liquor store. :)
@SigmaNuHE481 CNF stands for camp nelson F(Rickhouse). But he is referring to last years Russell's reserve single rickhouse CNF. It is a special release of a blend of barrels from that rickhouse.
Had RR15 this weekend with my Dallas based crew, side by side comparison of RR15 and RRCNF, among 5 others and we all loved both but all 6 of us leaned towards the RR15. GREAT bottle!
Outstanding as always guys and DAMN! Another bottle I can only hope to see near me let alone buy for a decent price. Thank you and keep up the great work. Cheers...
I honestly didn't even think it had the turkey profile, but I only had a small sample. I objectively think Turkey is some of the best bourbon but i tend to lean toward other profiles. But i'm wanting one of these bad boys... hoping my lucky online order goes thru!
@@bryanmacke agreed. Very different and almost eye opening experience from a Wild Turkey bourbon. (Never had Generations..well, how many people really have? 😂) They did a terrific job with this release. And I am relieved that I feel ot was worth the srp.
CNF was one of the best pours I have ever had! I only had a single pour of it. I would love a bottle of this or CNF. Dont feel bad Dave i couldnt make it up there either. I missed out on CNF and will probably miss out on this as well since i have about a 90 min drive to the place
Secondary price are dropping due to lack of palate compare to nose & finish Found several stores selling it for $350 ~ 375 , so if it's over $400 near your area wait until it drops If it had 10 ~ 15 more proofs it would have been much better I guess
Secondary prices have dripped due to the amount of these available. They apparently made A LOT. But it's really fantastic so far. Will be interesting to revisit after a few months of air have mellowed it out.
@@MichaelR-bz8ci secondary was at $700+ after they first became available. Ten days later when they dropped in other states, many people were eager to cash in and make a profit. Low and behold the secondary value dropped by 200 overnight. The market was flooded with these. We are in week three here in CT since they came out and they are still on shelves (granted it's at stores with heavy mark ups. $500, 600 even $900 asking prices. Those turds can sit there) This isn't BTAC scarcity and I can at least commend Wild Turkey for putting out a good amount of these.
@@steveno7058 I have a few special occasion bottles. Not everyone is a bourbon connoisseur so a special occasion bottle doesn’t have to cost a lot to make them special
I have all the 13s and the CNF and definitely want this but tried to get it online when the site crashed and now the secondary online is 650-1200 🤬🤬. Great video 👊🏻🥃
There is quite a bit of bottles produced!! I’m still not understanding why so few were given out at the distillery/gift shop and why the on line sales were such a freaking mess. I got there at 9:45 and tickets were gone. WT DO BETTER!!
Another banger.. great vid. This 15RR is phenomenal..... Yulp.... That parking was insane Af
Was lucky to pick up a bottle last week while working in TN. 🥃

250 worth every penny (yes im commenting as I watch .... Yes I'm Drunk... Yes I'm sipping on RR15
Just saw this bottle for $599.99 not worth it at that price.

What is CNF?
Totally agree!

Better than RR13 Batch 1 first release? 🤔 🧐

Was the RR13 in the lineup as well by chance and if so how did it rank with the other two.
Well last year's Rickhouse was probably top 5 for me last year. It crushed 13.
My fav bottle of ‘24 and my fav WT expression yet. Beat RR13 B1 & CNF in a blind. Super crushable.
Yes! For sure I saw multiple people double dipping.... Some 3x 😅

Thank you for the kind words my friend!

Rickhouse F was my whiskey of the year last year and this year it’s the 15. Blows away the 13! Not even close

😂🤣 what availability? Only a few states released them and it’s been 2-3 weeks at most when Wisconsin first got them as it was on secondary 🙄 😂

I just hope to see a bottle in Iowa but doubt that. But who knows. Cheers 🥃
It’s probably great but nothing is worth $250 msrp that I can’t live without
Even for a special occasion to share with friends on a special day? It comes out to about $10 a pour

Please do it blind with all those other Russel’s and wild turkeys that you have. I believe R13 came in 2nd to last. Can it beat WT12?
@@timfishback6137 for me it beats WT12, hands down. Amazing loooooong finish on the RR15.

Try El Cerrito they have a 13 & 15 Bundle for $899
Saw the email as soon as it was sent and the website was down... sick
I honestly thought the hug was crazy long
I would love a sample 😊please

It's a good bottle, but not worth the 275 that I spent at the distillery. There's several bottles out that are better. Overhyped.
What are the bottles that are better?
Would love to see a blind between this, Russell’s 13, CNF, and Generations
Me too (David)
The mouth fill of that is gorgeous. That's what he said.
