After listening yo your review/comparison with the Elliviia Duonamics, ( which I've been using for over a year, and really do like them) the Crossgrips in my opinion, like yours, are immeasureably superior!! Do you know if there are Gymnastic rings specically for thiese Crossgrips? They've come out with rings for the Duonamics but I don't know if they are appropriate for the Crossgrips. I'm glad you like them! I'm not aware of any rings for them and I personally don't really care for rings. I would only get them if I was doing outside workouts on a tree or something. I think I'd also hang too low to the ground if I had rings with the setup.
These look very appealing! How would they go with rings attached to them so i could do a jacknife pull up starting from a sitting position on the ground? I can't really do many full blown pull ups atm
Hello, just got mine a couple days ago, May I ask do you remove it after workout or let it stay on the door frame? If hanging time too long I’m kinda worry about the duration of internal springs.
Yeah price is the only drawback, but they are just awesome imo. I think you could as long as you can wrap them around. I don't own the fat grips but since the handle isn't too far it should wrap around, but can't confirm. I may look into that though as that could make a good review.
To me they fit perfectly with the trim on my frame. as long as it can make it over the edge of the doorframe and the frame isn't too rounded, it should be fine. Just make sure it is secure before use.
@GamerBody my 50 dollar dip bat from Walmart came in. Solid and 300 dollar quality with push up handles and resistance bands. I still can't believe how nice this thing is. Perfect width, hand grips are THICK and push up bar is placed perfectly for only 50 bucks. Crazy
I really wish this product was cheaper because I can't stop recommending it and I want everyone to get it for their home gym. Even at $100, I would buy it without a second thought. I personally wouldn't add rings to it. I think it would hold, but can't say as I don't have any to test with.

Every door frame in my apartment is 23.5" wide. These would not allow me to do a wide grip pullup.
I rarely do any wide grip as it isn't really needed. If you like it that's fine, but no benefits over doing standard.

Any thoughts on the narrow diameter of the cross grips? I just got them and feel as if they are a bit too thin.

Nope. I had other versions in the past that left markings, but this one does not as it rests on the top of the frame.
